Dear Sir,
Recently I purchased a Power Bank of MI 20800mah through E Bazar. Accordingly delivery of the PB made on 9th Sep 2016. I have opened it and insert the cable to charge PB through CPU. After charging a period of 4 hours, the PB found not functioning. Even no manual about how to use or guidelines. Twice I made the experiment, even though the PB not functioning. My details are:
