This Ebazar Ninza is fake webite. They do not have proper customer service point. They are not receive any call on their helpline numbers. Their website doesn't have return option also. Please help me here to get my money back.

Sir i have bought a mi power bank order id 106058 from ebazar ninja on or befer 14/06/2016 that was a duplicate product and when connected it for charging it got heat up afer that it became u/s and search for a service center of mi, they told me its a fake one and then i return it on 20/06/2016 & ask for returning the money but they are not returning the money they are forcing me to buy another product what i do, after i see fake product...

I have ordered a power bank from e Bazar ninja few Months ago, they have sent a faulty product and took their product after cash on delivery. Till today there is no proper response from them even though I sent 100 emails and called their customer care number many Times. They are such a cheating company and Rob customers money in the name of online shopping.
It is very ashamed Having such sites into online business and cheating customers...

I complained against ebazar.ninja.com on 5th of Sep., 2016 through your portal on the above subject, recd. a call from their side on[protected] that the return/refund will be processed, but has not heard anything from them since then. I tried to contact at the phone no. from which the call was recd. & Ph. [protected] (given on company website) but could not connect/contact. I again request them to arrange to return the item & refund my money...

Power bank they providing is 100% duplicate.
Just exterior is like mi power bank hut.it is not at all power bank. They took you money and send u scrap.

I already panning to lunch complain in consumer forum.

Consumer forum please take action on this fake company before they hook up more innocent customers.

They have no customer support call center.
Noone will take care of your complain...
