I am ROHINTH KG [protected] is my contact number.

I have bought a new MI 10400 power bank in ebazaar ninja website. After receiving it I came to know that it is a duplicate one and I have raised a complaint about it. But no response from the website. I already have a original MI 5200 mah power bank. So I thought to upgrade myself and got disappointed with the duplicate one. Can you please help me to get my money back once the product has been returned to seller.

    I ordered for mi 20000mah power bank. It was duplicate and fake product. Please take it return and give my money back as soon as possible. Please it's my humble request.
    This Ebazar Ninza is fake webite. They do not have proper customer service point. They are not receive any call on their helpline numbers. Their website doesn't have return option also. Please help me here to get my money back.
    Please stop services of fake products from this site.

      I have purchased power bank as per detials below:

      → Product - 20800 Mah PowerBank

      → Logistic Partner - WOW
      → Expected Delivery - 5-7 Days
      The power bank delivered to me is faulty and I am unable to charge it. since I received, I am trying to call customer care no. but the moment I select option of complain, no body pick up the phone. only email id available is [protected]@ebazar.ninja I have sent an email also but remain unanswered.
      No other clue how to raise my complain for refund of money and return of goods.

        Hi I ordered a MI 20000 mAH powebank from eBazar ninja on 10th Sept '16 and I have compared it with the original MI powerbank and product is fake, also its battery backup is not of 20000 mAH,
        have been trying to contact eBazar ninja through calls and emails but no response . Please help me regarding the same, I have marked mails to the company as well stating the difference in the original product and the one sent by ebazar ninja and still no proceedings have been made

            Sir i have bought a mi power bank order id 106058 from ebazar ninja on or befer 14/06/2016 that was a duplicate product and when connected it for charging it got heat up afer that it became u/s and search for a service center of mi, they told me its a fake one and then i return it on 20/06/2016 & ask for returning the money but they are not returning the money they are forcing me to buy another product what i do, after i see fake product how i trust anoter product. Sir i want my money back

                  I have ordered and made payment for 10400 Mah power bank on 7th April, 2016 to ebazar ninja. The order no. OID63935 VALUE OF ORDER WAS Rs. 599. But I have not received the same . I have made several complain for it but they have not delivered it. Several verbal complained also made to them. Assurance has given me to deliver very soon BY THE EBAZAR NINJA. i HOPE If you THEY are genuine business man then THEY will deliver the same. immediately.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      i opened the package i got a damaged piece, kindly find the attachment of the same. I immediately spoke to the delivery guy and he suggest me to drop a mail to you. Kindly Refund for the same as product received is damaged and is fake.

                      I have been trying to call you since the day i received product and still it says busy, i understand as most of the people are calling after receiving Fake and damaged product. I have even return mail's and no response ticket says open and no 1 to look at it. Such a horrible team with no responsibility at all.

                            I have ordered a power bank from e Bazar ninja few Months ago, they have sent a faulty product and took their product after cash on delivery. Till today there is no proper response from them even though I sent 100 emails and called their customer care number many Times. They are such a cheating company and Rob customers money in the name of online shopping.
                            It is very ashamed Having such sites into online business and cheating customers with not Working customer care numbers and no responsibility to customer money.

                            There should be some strict action to be taken in these nasty website guys and teach them a lesson to not cheat customers

                            Every time they say that it is escalated to the next level teams. When I send 10 emails, they will send one reply after a Month and simply reply to wait for some more days. How many days and months I need to wait they will not say. I am very much upset that I can't reach them on the provided customer care number also as it no one pick that call and waste of our money. I felt myself ashamed that I lost my money due to ebazar Fraud company

                            I have returned back the product two Months before and they said they will send a new product, but neverr happened. They did not even respond the status of compliant also. A month ago they responded to my email chain and simply replied that wait for few more days. But already months passed away. also, until unless we follow up with them, they don't bother about our problem at all.
                            I recieved a duplicate mi power bank of 10400 mah... With no mi pack... No genuine marked sticker.. And even on usb cable mi mark is printed which is totaly fake

                              I have received a mail dated 21.09.2016 from ebazar.ninja that the ticket has been closed for order # OID182843 mentioning that it has been resolved, but nothing has been done so far & the matter is pending to be resolved. It was informed by them on 14.09.2016 that a reverse pickup against my order will be arranged within 5-7 working days & refund will be processed, but nothing heard from them since then.
                              I once again request them to arrange to pick up the item and refund my money at the earliest.

I dont know how much more time that I shall have to wait to get the refund of the returned item. There is no way that the representatives of ebazar.ninja can be contacted, Phone nos. given by them are never reachable. Please look into the matter & arrange to make refund at the earliest.

                                Power bank they providing is 100% duplicate.
                                Just exterior is like mi power bank hut.it is not at all power bank. They took you money and send u scrap.

                                I already panning to lunch complain in consumer forum.

                                Consumer forum please take action on this fake company before they hook up more innocent customers.

                                They have no customer support call center.
                                Noone will take care of your complain after sell. The product we get ia 100% duplicate so no use to buy this product and the making cost may be less than 100 rs.

                                Goverment should take care of all this and bann this site.
                                The site is still working.
                                Every day 100 orders means they will earn around 500000 rupess per day. With fake useless product.

                                If consumer forum seriously work actively first block this site. Atleast they won't fraud with more innocent buyers.

                                    I ordered one MI 20000mAh Portable PowerBank on 22 July, 2016 for which I paid Rs. 1050 /-
                                    ORDER ID: OID145848
                                    But on delivery I found the product seems to be duplicate and not working properly. I immediately returned the product and I was told that I will be receiving the a coupon code of equal amount, which I can use for further buy. The product was returned and delivered to Ebazar on 19 Aug, 2016.

                                    Its almost 3-4 weeks, but I am yet to receive any coupon code for the same. First of all to connect to customer care is hell lot of pain, I need to dial atleast 10 times to connect to customer care executive and everytime they are saying " Sir, we have processed your request. please wait for 24 Hours".
                                    I am really clueless what do they mean by "24 hours".

                                    I think this is serious case of fraud and customer harassment. Please help in this regard.

                                      I received delivery of Product yesterday (Order ID: OID180540).

                                      However, a) the product is a duplicate; it is not an original Xiaomi MI Power Bank as advertised on your Site, b) IT is an used product, c) Faulty piece - charging slow, d) The PRoduct when received was not received in any case showing that it is a Xiaomi Product. It was simply wrapped in a plastic bag which was shipped in a small Carton, E) Wire sent with the PowerBank is also duplicate and can be made out easily, f) I believe that this was traded by an entity called Awesome Digital over your Website, g) Before and After delivery of Product, tried calling your Customer Care Number (+[protected] umpteen number of times but the call is NEVER answered! After putting on hold after pressing the apt option (tried all options in the Menu), the Call is ALWAYS disconnected!

                                      SO, I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY RETURNING THIS PRODUCT! I'M INFORMING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THIS PRODUCT; YOUR RECEIPT SAYS TO INTIMATE WITHIN 48 HOURS!!

                                      Please arrange for the needful ASAP!!

                                        Hi Sir,

                                        I had purchased MI power bank from this fraud site(i got to know after I received the product) on 7th of June 2016. Later, after calling a hundred times, managed to get a call answered or get a call back from them for return and refund of the product. They took the account details for refund, after taking the product back as return. But now whenever I ask them about the status through email(since they are not receiving any calls again), they keep sending the automated email saying 'its being escalated, please bear with us...'. It's like they sent fake product and taken back the same for refund and now no response.
