Dear Sir/Madam,

On 29th August 2016 I opted for below product on COD basis and i have received the product on 6th Sep 2016 When i opened the package i got a damaged piece, kindly find the attachment of the same. I immediately spoke to the delivery guy and he suggest me to drop a mail to you. Kindly Refund for the same as product received is damaged and is fake.

I have been trying to call you since the day i received product and still it says busy, i understand as most of the people are calling after receiving Fake and damaged product. I have even return mail's and no response ticket says open and no 1 to look at it. Such a horrible team with no responsibility at all.

You can see a dent below MI and also from below we can make out it has been removed and also there is scratch on the back. I prefer for refund as i'm not interested in the product.

    MI 20000mah Power Bank Fake

    Dear Sir,

    Please refer to your Invoice No OID184235,

    The product supplied by you vide above quoted Invoice is fake. Here is why?

    • It does not have a 20 digit security code which can be verified on Xiaomi Website.
    • The Micro USB cable included had Mi printed on it which is fake.
    • The Mi power bank supplied by you does not support pass-through charging.
    • The battery was supplied fully dead
    • The USB inner plates are white instead of being beige in colour.
    • The power bank supplied by you does not carry a small MI logo on the chassis of the standard USB port
    • The micro USB port opening is different than the original MI product.
    • There is no guarantee card
    • There is no user manual enclosed.

    Xiaomi Mi portable power banks supplied by you is a counterfeit model and the onus of proof lies with you to prove that it is genuine.

    Please reply at your earliest giving point by point answers to resolve the matter. Also provide your escalation matrix.

        I had ordered a MI Powerbank on aug 31st 2016 from ebzaar, I received the product on sep 7th 2016. The pic in the website is showing that the brand is MI But when received it wassome other, when i called the costumer care and asked for the return policy, she directly said that there is no return policy for this product. And she told that it was a OEM product. Since they have shown the original picture i thought its original and ordered. Now she is insisting me to keep and use the product which i dont like. I want refund for this product.

          It's very disheartening that the product i have received is damaged /not working properly.
          I tried to contact you people in context to replacement many times, i sent many mails and contacted your customer care but every time the response was our customer executive is busy, please wait.. And till date the customer care executive is busy.

            i have purchase a mi 20800Mah power bank from eninja online shopping website, the eninja delivery boy delivered a faulty power bank after that i am calling to eninja customer care executive he told me please send back to eninja warehouse a delivery boy get back power bank from my home and not give any reciept than i called again to eninja customer care executive he confirm that your e voucher will be recieved soon withing a week, but till date not refund make as well as not recieved any voucher...please help me in this matter

                I ordered for mi 10400mah power bank on[protected] and I received it on[protected]. It was duplicate and fake product. Please take it return and give my money back as soon as possible. Please it's my humble request.

                This Ebazar Ninza is fake webite. They do not have proper customer service point. They are not receive any call on their helpline numbers. Please do needful for the same. I just want my money back. Put this company into jail. I am very irritated with them.

                      I, bharath have ordered a MI Power bank from your web site. just after unpacking the product i got to know it is not genuine product instead of MI it's EB MI (Duplicate product).i tried calling you on the number provided by you from the very first day but the customer care number says all executives are busy and i tried it many times but it was the same case. i want to return this product.

                      Here by request you to take action on this complaint. this is the very first time i have ordered something from your site and i hope you don't want to make a bad impression on your customer and force them to some legal action.

                      If this issue doesn't solve i have to raise this to escalate further to consumer court.

                              I order power bank as displayed on their website as 10400 mah power bank of xiomi mi brand of rs 599.
                              The product I received is defective and USB port is broken also it is in a cheap packing and no sign of MI power bank and not in proper MI box.
                              The product is defective and Customer care even called after 10 is saying call between 9AM to 6 PM. I dont know when ebazar 9AM will begun.

                              Such a useless company, I want my money back. Useless website.

                                  Order number - OID174603. I want to return this product as it is not what I expected to be as shown in our website. Also its not a original product, its not even mentioned on MI website. Kindly arrange the reverse pick up of this order and also issue my refund ASAP. I want the refund to be issued in my Bank account.

                                  Their customer care is not getting connected, I tried calling them in their working hours still its saying cs is not available call in working hours. These Delhi companies are nowadays a pain in @ss.

                                    2) I received call on 28th Aug from [protected] that it will be dispatched on 30th Aug ( new devices to be sent ). till now no message on dispatch received instead i am informed "escalated to the concerned team for replacement "

                                    Today is 1st Sept i called customer care[protected] and [protected] ), second number is always switched off and first one never receives call. I get following standard message "Dear Customer, Thank You for your interest . We acknowledge your call to [protected] at xx:xx " . I get message we are unable to receive call we will call back, there is no response. So i want to place complaint as :

                                    1) Product not delivered till date.
                                    2) Site claims to showcase it's in 6 months warranty period, there was no warranty card delivered till date.
                                    3) There is no Brochure/Guide on How to use with the product.

                                        I order power bank as displayed on their website as 10400 mah power bank of xiomi mi brand of rs 599.
                                        The product i received is a cheap duplicate useless power bank. Do not go on their website or calls.. They are cheaters and do not order any product they going to cheat anyway because their policy of selling is like that because online market is very big.
