Dear Sir,

I ordered the above product from EBazar Ninja on 7th Aug 2016, which was delivered to me on 13.08.2016.

Since I was going out of town, decided to open it only after returning back. Hence the delay in lodging the complaint.

So, after coming back I recharged the power bank yesterday. Today morning when I saw the other side of the powerbank, where from we charge the powerbank itself or the mobile, I noticed that, that side ( where 20800mAh is written ) is inflated ( similar to what we see with a piece of wood when it has stayed in water for some span of time ). Also slight scratches were seen on the product. Even if I consider it to have been caused in transit, the packing should have been better.

Well, I did purchase one power bank with 20800mAh earlier too and that has worked very fine till date. That is why I ordered another one from Ebazar. But never thought I will have a defective product this time around.

I today called the customer care but could hear a "tape" going on saying "all our representatives are busy now. Your call is important to us. We will attend your call shortly" till almost 5 minutes. Finally, one (taped?) voice said, "Your call is important to us. We already have your number. and we will give you a call shortly".

So this is the response of the so-called "Customer care" of E-Bazar Ninja. Mind you, this number is NOT TOLL-FREE.

I hereby request you to kindly get my product replaced free of cost and oblige.

    I recieved faulty mi 20800mah power bank on dated 06th aug2016 from courier boy & after that i have called your customer care executive he sent a courier boy to take faulty mi power bank from me on dated 07th aug 2016,
    I called again to customer care executive he sent a coupen voucher for online shopping but till date i have not recieved any coupen voucher... Please look into this matter

        I purchased a power bank of mi from ebazar. Ninja which they say to be totally geniune but its total fake. It's not mi product but some duplicate product. They are making fool of customers. Very bad customer service, no one picks up the phone and give no response to mail. I have tried calling them several times bit as always no response. Do not buy from this site it is total loss.

          It is same with most o[censored]s. Faulty and fake mi power bank. It has already been returned to the company 8 days back. No one answers the call or mail. Customer care executive puts me on hold for 15-20 mins at a stretch and there's no resolution to the complaint. Big time cheaters.

          I was to receive a mail confirming the return and to share my account details for refund. But no such thing has received. Highly irresponsible and worst customer service. The company should be sued for all its fraudulent activity.

          Moreover, they claim that they have a tie up with mi and that they are allowed to manufacture mi power bank and label it as eb mi. How pathetic!

            I bought a power bank of 20800 mah but is has failed to charge my mobille which is of 2500 mah and when i am charging the power bank it is not getting charge i have paid 980 rs for that and i m llokking out to get the refund or replacement so help me in doing this.

              I have Purchased 20000Mah power bank from this website, they have delivered a fake product which is of no use. Just a Heavy battery box, if we plug a mobile fore hours it just add 1 or 2 % charge, Quality of product is very poor. I have tried to contact them and raised a ticket in their support but no response.

                    I ordered for a 10400mAh MI power bank which is displayed in the Website. But I have received a fake and cheap china made BU MI powerbank.
                    I have checked it with MI authorized service centers as well and they also confirmed that the product is fake.
                    I have been trying to reach the customer care number from the day I have received the product but it is in vain. I have even dropped a mail to their customer support but they also did not respond.
                    I want an Original Product which I ordered ASAP or else I am going to consumer forum to register a complain.

                        This company has cheated me and have done fake commitments. It's being more than 2 months these guys are wasting my time and frustrating me by not giving me any answer of my query but just sending generic emails which are completely irrelevant to my queries.

                        If you are a new customers DON'T TRY TO THINK EVEN TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY AS THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS. I can give you all the proofs starting from placing the order till returning the products.

                        They have even taken the products back and then committed to refund my money and now it's being a month but they are not even giving my money back.

                        I HAVE PAID FULL, NOT HAVE THE PRODUCTS WITH ME NOW AS THEY ARE RETURNED AND NOW NOT GETTING MY REFUND EVEN!

                        I am going to sue this company and lodge a complaint against these guys. Please contact me on [protected] if you are interested to join me. These kind of companies should be banned. I have lawyers so I would provide you full support. These guys cheats everyone and should be banned from the online industry. I have some other customers too who are interested and faced same issues with these guys.

                        Being more than 1 month I have provided my bank details to you guys but still have not received anything. Even no one has communicated anything to me over phone/ email about the status.

                        Tell me when would I got my money back? I never expected that I would have to chase so many times for just ~INR 2K and it was also not at all expected that I would encounter such company in my life who has no value for his customers.

                        This is not the way to deal a customer and you should value the hard earn money of others. Your team should atleast communicate the customers and should not run away after making a sale!

                                      Today i received the 10400 mAh power bank from courier and as soon as i opened the box found that the product was damaged and it seems to be fake product.i spoke the the customer care immediately and was shocked that there is no money refund and we can get only cash vouchers in which we may purchase any other items from their online store.Now this is Insane and totally a big cheating process, People used to buy from this unknown stores only seeing their website as in their website they mentioned for (100% genuine, Easy return and refund, 100% buyers protection).I finally writing this is not only for money refund but the Rights of buyers protection to be safeguarded in future from being falling prey to these types of money looters.

                                        Hello, i had bought a power bank of mi brand of 10400 mah, i am using it for my phone of mi 3. But it charges by mobile just once n then its power goes to one dot. My phone battery is of 3050 mah. I am using one more mi powerbank which lets my phone charge twice but i am not able to charge my phone more than once in this new powerbank. There is some issue in this. I bought this product by cod on 14-8-16, and my order no is[protected]. Kindly change this one or refund. Which ever is helps solving this issue
