Here by helpline mobile no. I tried to contact for complaint but always all lines comes busy and autoanwer given for call back from ebazar, but nobody contacted me. Here how can i complaint in easy way.

Received 10400 Mah power bank against order no. OID168464. This is a faulty product. It does not get fully charged even if put for charging for 24 hours and also it discharges very fast. It does not even fully charge 2500 Mah battery of my mobile.. Seems that it is a duplicate prodict. Kindly return the product & refund the amount.

For oid 166207, we ordered mi 10400 powerbank - we received the product today and from the first look itself, it appears fake - says eb something - no original packing or any documents - simply wraped in bubble plastic. I called up customer care and they are rude and unwilling to tend to the complaint. Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks.

On turning up and down it comes out of cover. The data cable is charging phone very slow. So, please replace the power bank and return the data cable.

I have checked in every manner it's duplicate.

Its customer care is nt responding my calls n mail. I hv given 5 mails and called more than 10 times stil its nt responding. This is a very fraud company sir. Its products also purely duplicate please take any serious action to save the consumer from fraud.

E bazar ninja is a new name for me.I saw an ad in the net and planned to buy a mi power bank costing rs980 at a discounted price which would otherwise cost more than rs2000.Iwas tempted by the offer and ordered the powerbank.I got the delivery of it very soon.though I was busy for a week I could not use it but when I connected the charger it within few minutes smoke came out of it and it stopped working.I sent several emails to bazaar ninja.but no response.I tried calling the call centre but they don't pick the phone.when was assured that it was a fake powerbank when I read reviews of the company.there are many people like me who were fooled and sent a fake one.I lost my money .I request you to register my complaint.pleasedo the needful.thank you

I had booked the above mentioned article on 04.08.2016, order id ; oid160203. When i received the material, i found that, no where in the t-shirts, polo logo is there and i had booked for 'l' size, which is my normal size, but i have received 4 l size & 1 xl size and the size is also very very small compere to the standard l-size. So you are requested to replace all the 5 t-shirts with xxl size.

From 10/8/2016 Power bank is not working, 2 times i have complaint for the same on dated: 14/8/2016 and 16/8/2016 but they were not listening. Executive have started threatening me also. Had returned it on june 27th, 2016

Its 18th aug now, the ebazar support team keeps replying they haven't received the product but the image attached shows the consignment has been received.

Furthermore, there is no quality check or safety mark on the electronic goods which basically contain chemicals to store energy. all these products would very soon pile up in electronic waste as the life is short and not vouched for.

I might not get my money back. but i sure as hell will not accept low quality and sub-standard processes in my country that lead to an unhealthy environment and deteriorating lifestyle!
