Received powerbank of 20800mah it's not power on and not working. The model is mi eb 20800mah powerbank. Already i complaint in our enquiry department through email. I received acknowledge.. So plz replace or return their products...

Dear sir,

I wan to return power bank due to poor service, it is not working, it is also duplicate item. I have purchased 21st jun, & used only 2-3 days till date, please return & help me....

Mi 20800 power bank i purchased, but mobile does not charge as per requirement. So i want to return it. Also the problem is it discharged quickly.
Here by helpline mobile no. I tried to contact for complaint but always all lines comes busy and autoanwer given for call back from ebazar, but nobody contacted me. Here how can i complaint in easy way.
Pls. Help to solve my problem....

Received 10400 Mah power bank against order no. OID168464. This is a faulty product. It does not get fully charged even if put for charging for 24 hours and also it discharges very fast. It does not even fully charge 2500 Mah battery of my mobile.. Seems that it is a duplicate prodict. Kindly return the product & refund the amount....

For oid 166207, we ordered mi 10400 powerbank - we received the product today and from the first look itself, it appears fake - says eb something - no original packing or any documents - simply wraped in bubble plastic. I called up customer care and they are rude and unwilling to tend to the complaint. Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks....

My order id oid170010 pod no c[protected]. I have received the product as order by my i. E. Callmate data cable micro usb, 20800 mah powerbank. The power bank is damaged. On turning up and down it comes out of cover. The data cable is charging phone very slow. So, please replace the power bank and return the data cable....

They have sent me duplicate product. 100% fake MI power bank. I complained so many times but no response. These people are not at all responding. I mailed them.

I have checked in every manner it's duplicate.

MI is not all selling 20800 mah power bank.

Please help.
I want my money to be refunded or an original product.
This company is deceiving people....

I want my full money back with compensation.
They have cheated me. This kind of fake online platforms must be closed forcefully by the govt. Of india. Please tell them to take this duplicate product back and initiate the refund....

Oid156537, i got delivery duplicate products which is nt charging my mobile for even 5 mnts also so i have mail n tried phone calls to given customer care number ([protected]) but number is nt working. Its customer care is nt responding my calls n mail. I hv given 5 mails and called more than 10 times stil its nt responding. This is a very fraud company sir. E bazar ninja is a new name for me.I saw an ad in the net and planned to buy a mi power bank costing rs980 at a discounted price which would otherwise cost more than rs2000.Iwas tempted by the offer and ordered the powerbank.I got the delivery of it very soon.though I was busy for a week I could not use it but when I connected the charger it within few minutes smoke came out of it and it stopped working.I sent several emails to bazaar ninja.but...

I had booked the above mentioned article on 04.08.2016, order id ; oid160203. When i received the material, i found that, no where in the t-shirts, polo logo is there and i had booked for 'l' size, which is my normal size, but i have received 4 l size & 1 xl size and the size is also very very small compere to the standard l-size. So you are requested to replace all the 5 t-shirts with xxl size....

Purchased a Power Bank from Ebazar Ninja, Invoice No. OID150717 dated: 27/7/2016. From 10/8/2016 Power bank is not working, 2 times i have complaint for the same on dated: 14/8/2016 and 16/8/2016 but they were not listening. Executive have started threatening me also. I told him I will move to consumer forum he said you can go anywhere, we will not going to replace your product. Now they have put my phone number in blacklist and not picking...

Mera ordar kiya hua power bank mujhe 17th august ko mil gaya tha. Kal 18 ko raksha bandhan hone ki wajah se mene complaint nahi ki. Pls use badalwa de. Kyonki me use pure 24 ghante se charg kar raha hu or wo charg hi nahi ho raha. Or n koi kam kar raha he. Wo kharab he....

I ordered mi power bank 9august 2016, invoice no oid164234. Received on 14 august. This product received without mi company's box. No any serial no. Mension on product. Power bank not working properly. Not charging immediatly. It tooks long time to charge the mobile. I want to return it back and refund my amount, other wise i complaint consumer court. I call several times to your customer care center but no any response from you....
