I ordered a power bank of 20800 mah on date 24.6.16, and found it defective as it is not fully chared even after putting it on charger for 24 hours. I called up customer care and they asked me to return the product for repair.
I returned the product on 27.6.16 and not getting it back even after 50 days.
I called up the customer care [protected] several times a day but not getting any response.

Please resolve my problem

    I placed an order for an Mi 10400 power bank. The advertisement (see photo) is for an actual original Mi product whereas the product received is a cheap knock off that:
    1. Has lower capacity (cannot fully charge my 2400mah phone even once)
    2. Has plastic body with cheap metallic finish instead of aluminium body.
    3. Is not even in the same color! (the actual advertisement is for a silver power bank whereas the cheap knock off is in ugly gold).

    The customer care refused to take a return on the product.
    I have informed Mi about this false advertising.

      I had purchase a mi power bank of 20800 mah from an online shopping store named ebazaar ninja but the product i received is a fake product as on the official site of mi there is no power bank of 20800 mah launced by mi. When i charged it fully 2 or 3 times and connect my phone for charging. But it is not charging my phone. It is not working.

      I have received on 14th august 2016. Same day i had make the complaint to return or exchange the product through mail ([protected]@ebazar. Ninja). I did not get any response till today.

      I tried to call - ([protected]) 4 to 5 days between 9 am to 6 pm many times but no one receive.

        Dear sir,
        I had purchased a item from "ebazar". And by default damage item received by the courier boy now i had mailed the details back and they have processed the exchange procedure and the courier boy took the product from my home on "15-07-16". But i did't received any details for the further delivery yet. And your customer care is not working. I had called the customer service executive as you people provide the no. But nobody is responding there. Its been a month to sent back the product i think i had made a mistake to purchase from ebazar.

        Kindly short out my problem as soon as possible.

          I a have purchase a 20800 mha Power Bank order id:p ID 152730

          i have fully charge it and was using it with my mi note 4g cell

          even after fully charge of power bank it only charges my cell for 3 times only and get discharge again

          my cell bttry is of 3000 mha

          it means the power bank which is received is not of 20800 mha and is only of 10000 mha approx

          the power bank which is received is either faulty or of low quality

          kindly request you to replace the same as early as possible

            Dear sir

            I had purchase a mi power bank of 20800 mah from an online shopping store named ebazaar ninja but the product i received is a fake product as on the official site of mi there is no power bank of 20800 mah launced by mi.

            I have received on 30th june. Same day i have make the complain and return or exchange the product through mail ([protected]@ebazar. Ninja). I did not get any response till today.

            I try to call - ([protected]) 4 to 5 days between 9 am to 6 pm many times but no one receive. Even this no [protected] no one receive as the recognise my mobile no.

            My request is kindly take action against this website for selling the face product and not giving any response for return.

                As per telephonic conversation// RPU Done// As soon we'll receive the NEFT details will initiate the refund.
                This company is fraud, I bought the 20800MAH power bank, of Rs 980 but it's not charging phone, it's a local product not original one, now after purchasing product no customer care executive is receiving phone, and no way of return the product. So I'll request to all of you to not to waste your money in purchasing the product from this site.

                  I have ordered MI power bank 10400 MAh, the product work for two days after that its not working the quality is unsatisfactory,
                  I have ask ebazar team to replace but they are not providing any solution, they just pick the phone and ask to wait for a sec and don't even reply till 15 mins I waited for there response,
                  The product was working but after few days it stops working, I don't know why this company is sending disguise quality to there customer, please make my complaint to reach there ears.

                    I bought mi powerbank 20000mah thought it is an original . But I received a powerbank which has no full details of it like originality, how to use, brother or instructions from company . It's not stood for originality test.
                    They gave a Land phone number "[protected]” but no one is responding for returning of this item. Just a computer voice taking n after some time disconnecting automatically

                      I have placed an order order id 151739 on 28/7/2016 pod [protected]. It was received by me on 4.8.2016. The power bank is not functioning for charge the mobile. I have lodged a complain on the same day regarding this matter. Call the customer care number but no positive action has been taken till date nor they received my call. Only told contact you latter. I think this product is not genuine one. I also contact mi store but they told pl call ebazar ninja. Please do the needful.

                          I have received 20800 power bank, but it is having scratch on it so i want to exchange it inti 10000 (2) power bank.weight is also mentioned .05 gram but actually weight is348 grams.in box also its mentioned that its weight is 0.05gram.so please resolve may problem.

                            I had ordered a mi power-bank of 20800 mah from ebazar. ninja for rs. 980.00 on 20th of june 2016. below is a short briefing about the product.

                            → order id - oid117260
                            → product - 20800 mah powerbank
                            → pod no.[protected]
                            → logistic partner - delhivery
                            → delivery - 27th of june

                            I received the product in a defective condition and i notified the concerned department about the same. they scheduled a reverse logistics on 29th of june.
                            Ebazar. ninja received my product on 8th of july as notified to me by their service department.
                            After that i have contacted them many a times but they keep saying that the system has no updates regarding my product just that they have received the power-bank. i tried talking to their seniors but they keep asking me to wait for 48 hours. this has happened 3-4 times and now the seniors have stopped answering my calls, i am just kept on hold for 20-25 mins and then get disconnected.

                            I feel totally cheated.

                            Please help!

                              I ordered a mi power bank 10400 mah battery which they sell on their site and they delivered it without any warrenty card or packaging also i got information from mi.com that my power bank is fake and this power bank also have a logo of EB mi which is not mention in orignal one.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I was purchased 7 tshirts round shape xxl size from ebazar. Ninja companey on pay rs.1149/- in the monthe of april 2016 and companey supply me the product 7 tshirts but after receiveing parcel i opened i found the goods not as per my size it contains 2 xxl, 1xl, & 4 l size. I complaint to ebazar. Ninza office and after so many complaint compnay take back the goods for return on 14.04.2016.

                                      But the parcel send to ebazar ninja plot no., 112, 3rd floor ram vihar new delhi-110092 contains 7 t shirts returns back as it is without changing the tshirts of required size on 07.05.2016. I ask compnay delivery boy he tells that compnay not receive the parcel so it return to you.

                                      I again complain to ebazar ninja as well as consumer forum and after 100's of complaint to ebazar ninja and after that ebazar ninja again return back the goods and send another parcel on 23.06.2016. When i saw that from 7 tshirts only 1 tshirts is of xxl size and rest 6 tshirts is of xl size.

                                      I immediate complain ebazar ninja again with photograph of shirts and after so many complaints ebazar ninja again return back on 03.07.2016 for replacement but after that compnay yet not returned/supplied me the & t-shirts of xxl size. I wrote compnay that if compnay not is the position of required size then refund my amount back.

                                      But after 50's of mail compnay yet not return my amount as well as not supplied t-shirts of xxl size.

                                      So kindly do the need full action against the compnay and reply me the action taken by you. My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.Co.In and mobile no. [protected]
