I purchased a power bank 2 months back and returned it within 2 days but eBazar has not refunded my money yet. Since then i have been trying to contact them and inquire about it. But, the customer care people never pick up the phone. And, also i got no reply of my mail. After returning the product, I got a call once where they said they will get back to me in 24hrs but never called back.Details of the product are as follows:

Refund the money as soon as possible. And improve customer experience by replying to your customers.

    Reference captioned subject, please note that i had ordered an mi 10, 400 powerbank from the website with an order id - oid105590. however, on receipt of the product, i have found that the product is faulty and defected.

    Accordingly, i returned the defected product to ebazar on 30 june 2016 ('thursday'). it's been one month since i returned the product. however, i have not yet received the refund coupon for the same.

    In this regards, request you to kindly initiate the refund coupon of the same amount at the earliest.

      Hi, i have received a faulty product under order id: oid155486. I want to lodge a complaint against the same. I have also emailed ebazar. Ninza ([protected]@ebazar. Ninza) couple to times regarding my complaint and tried calling your customer service several times but got no response yet. I have ordered a mi 20800mah powerbank but the battery gets drained out within couple of minutes. I want my ptoduct to get replaced at the earliest.

            I had purchase a mi power bank of 20800 mah from an online shopping store named ebazaar ninja but the product i received is a fake product as on the official site of mi there is no power bank of 20800 mah launced by mi.


            I have received on 30th june. Same day i have make the complain and return or exchange the product through mail ([protected]@ebazar. Ninja). I did not get any response till today.


            I try to call - ([protected]) 4 to 5 days between 9 am to 6 pm many times but no one receive. Even this no [protected] no one receive as the recognise my mobile no.


            My request is kindly take action against this website for selling the face product and not giving any response for return.

              I have placed a order id 151739 on 28 july 2016 for purchase a mi power bank 20800 mah. Pod is [protected]. That item was delivered me on 4th. August 2016, the cod rs.980/-. But it is not functioning. It charge itself but not charge the mobile.
              In this respect my humble request to replace the same at an early date as it is within the warranty period.

                i have ordered for MI power bank EB 10400 on 21st July 2016 with order id ODI143680 and it was delivered on 28th july morning, i found it in non working condition, called up to customer care no but all were busy, i got message that will call back later, but not got any call from customer care, i tried next day also but same not got any reply.
                feeling like lost my money Rs. 599/- on bogus product and very very worst customer service, i will not recommend any one to order from this web site.

                        I placed an order for MI powerbank which is 20800 mah. I have the following issues:

                        1. Not MI branded
                        2. Not turning off
                        3. Not 20800 mah looks like 10400 mah

                        No refund as it is supposed to be returned in 48 hours.

                        Is there something that cud be done as I paid 980 Rs. For this and its not worth the money. I will escalate my complaint whereever possible to make sure that I get a resolution.

                            I have received my Mi Power Bank 20000 MAH ordered on ebazar Ninja on 4th of August, 2016.
                            But the product has turned out to be defective. There is no original company box packing, the USB cable is cut and also the USB socket is broken.
                            I have tried calling the customer care number multiple times as well as mailed them my complaint but revert.
                            The cost of the powerbank is 1050 in a discounted rate.

                            Request you to please look into this matter and arrange for a money return.

                            I ordered mi power bank butits a fake also no one is responding to my call... Or my mail ... I also reached their logistics department but they said they cannot recovery the call...also anyone can contact me here so that we can together launch a complaint...in high court

                              I received the mi 20800mah power bank at 4o'clock dwarka sector14 new delhi-
                              As i opened i found the product is duplicate and fake, i understood it by certain features.

                              1. The original mi power bank supports pass-through charging. What it means that the power bank will also charge a mobile phone connected to it while it itself is being charged. Only necessity is that the input charger must supply enough power and as such, charging via a pc’s usb port will not help.
                              The fake power bank does not have this capability and it will just charge itself and won’t pass on any current to the mobile phone connected to it. It will only charge the mobile when you disconnect the charger from the power bank.

                              2. Mi power bank has two outputs starting from 10400mah where as the one1 have received it has only got one... What is this...?

                              3. The logo of mi is not at all looks original... The print is coming out with hands if it is rubbed

                              4. The product is delivered to me with no user manual, guide nothing is there and no cash memo.

                              5. It came in a big box and loosely kept inside... Looks man i am not newly using power bank... So don't come with explanations... Please send the boy immediately tomorrow itself to collect the product and return my money, otherwise i am going to send the details to the mi power bank company, with them i already had words.

                              6. Mi do not make 20800mah power bank, they only have two variation 10000&20000mah. Find it in their website http://mobile.mi.com/in/powerbank/

                              I am going to blog, tweet, facebook & in every social network i will update along with i will also file a complaint in the consumer forum, this case against ebazar for fraud/bluffing and cheating

                              As I opened I found the product is duplicate and fake, I understood it by certain features.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the above mentioned product... First of all i was supposed to get the delivery by 19th july and it finally reached me on 29th july.

                                    Further to this we checked and understood that the product is faulty and does not work properly.

                                    I called your customer service team and spoke to shankar,, who thinks he is gods gift to customer service... He has such a bad attitude on call and is not empathetic to the customer at all... I asked him to help me and he gave me the companies policy on how to replace the piece... When i asked him if there is any exception he can do he said no and was very arrogant... He should be removed from serving customers immediately as he is a disgrace to customer service.. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he strongly told me that he cannot transfer the call.

                                    He further has the audacity to ask me " isn't 48 hours not suffiecient for you to replace this product??' my answer is no... You company must understand that it takes time for a customer to understand if there is a problem with the device or not

                                    Please keep in mind.. I am not the only customer who is complaining about this problem.. I have read so many customer reviews with the same feedback... I want to know what is the company doing about this... You dont seem to be bothered about customers inconvenience at all...

                                    I want this piece replaced else i will be forced to approach customer forum... I am left with no choice...

                                    Trust someone responsible would get back after reading this...

                                      Purchased a 10400 mh powerbank from ebazar ninja after i received an e mailer from them on my personal id.

                                      The e mailer that i received is from an email id which says it is from xiaomi-india and the product is supposed to be a 10400 mah mi powerbank.
                                      (Have attached a copy of the emailer sent by ebazar ninja)

                                      The product was delivered to me on 2 august 2016 and i paid rs.600 on receipt as it was supposed to be cash on delivery.

                                      On opening the packet i was very surprised to find that the product sent to me is a fake.

                                      I immediately called up the helpline number given on the invoice and spoke to one ms. Priyanka arora who told me that she could offer a to take the product back but would give me a credit note for the amount paid by me. When i told her that the product given to me was fake and is not a genuine xiaomi mi powerbank as claimed by them at the time of selling the product she did not deny the fact that the product was fake and not a genuine product.

                                      She said that she would connect me with one of her seniors with the next 30 minutes.

                                      That call never came, instead i have been trying to reach their helpline for the last two days and am being put on hold constantly.

                                        I has placed an Order with eBazzar Ninja on 26.07.2016 for Xiaomi Mi 20000 MAH power bank under Order I'd OID150512. The product was advertised on their Web Site as an Original Xiaomi Mi product.

                                        On opening the shipped package it was seen that the product was shipped to me without its original packing just wrapped in plastic.

                                        On closer inspection it was further observed that the product in fact was not am original Xiaomi Mi product but a fake product as can be seen from the poor built quality of the product shipped to me.

                                        I have been trying to contact the websites customer care number since morning today to initiate return process but I can't seem to get online with any customer care executive as they are all very busy at all times.

                                        For an online company they don't even seem to have any online procedure for initiation of return of product.
