Those who are planning to purchase anything from this company... Please be aware and don't go with these guys!!

I ordered 2 mi powerbanks of 12800mah. The order was initially for 1 power bank and that too was a cod order. When i receive their confirmation call on the product, i asked the person twice whether they are giving original mi powerbanks or it duplicate, the guy assured me that it's original product and trusting his words, i increased the quantity and asked them for 2 powerbanks.

When i opened the parcel, i found both of the chargers duplicate and there was no bill of mi or no box of mi it is completely duplicate.

I requested them many time to take the products back as those are still untouched with me and kept as it was delivered but the company is not even bothered to call.

They are neither providing me the original products nor refunding my money. I am taking legal help now and going to file a case against this company.

Those who faced the same issues, please feel free to give me a call @[protected] and i will ask my legal team to help you getting your compensation too.

            I have received the ordered mi 10400 mah battery 3 days back but really i found this product fake. The product photo which they have used on their website is different from the product they have delivered. Even the backup of the powerbank is too bad. I tried calling customercare today and really what i found is they are not going to refund the amount. Their is a limit of fooling customer. I am going to take action so that atleast they stop making fool to other customers.

              On 24 of july 2016 i received an email stating that mi 20000 mah power bank is available at cheapest rate of only rs 980 whereas its original price is rs 2199. So thinking it as best deal i ordered mi 20000 mah power bank on 24 july through ebazar. Ninja with order number as oid145926 bt i have received a fake mi power bank on 28 july.

              As fake power bank can be harmful in future and can cause life threating effects so after knowing this fact i do not intend to use it. So i want to return this product and want full return of money as early as possible.

                Dear sir,

                I have ordered a solar power bank at ebazar.com, but received a local product without any make or manual in nonworking condition.

                Tried registring a complain at dedicated toll free no [protected] since afternoon but unable to raise the request as all your call center executives are busy and unable to raise complain within 24hrs as specified by seller in their invoice.

                My request is to get the product either replaced with actual ordered product in working condition or arrange for reversal of paid amount.

                Request you to interven and taken appropriate action to avoid any such fraudlent activity in future.

                  I have ordered 20000 Amh Capacity Power Bank, but dilivered 13000 Amh Power Bank, and it is also assembled one not new. i have tried to complaint over phone as well as by email, but didn't get response, and still issue is pending to resolve. so i feel this is fraud and unethical business.

                        I purchase on line this product cod about a week back. But there is no product information or usuer manual - so unabvle to use it. I reported earlier by phone but received no remedy. There is also no cord for charging nokia mobile which has a roung charging port order no128252 dt4/7/2016. Kindly help j. R. Banik mbbs, frcs i cannot charge my nokia mobileset from this power bank - as no able has been provided for charging it. The cable supplied only has rectangular electroge which does not fit on round whole.

                            I have order mi power bank from ebazar ninja & wow express on jun 25, 2016 7:13:38 pm got delivering on 09/07/2016 (i. e saturday), after receiving my power bank when i unpack & tried to use it, i found it defected as i was not working.

                            To find solution i tried number [protected], but no one was there to take my call, i thought may be all executive r busy but i was totally shock when i repeated this process more than 20 times & got single line reply initially"we will get back to you" & now "pls check the number you dialed".

                              I ordered two tables… one tiny table for my laptop and a second adjustable computer table that can be used while sitting on a chair or even an easy chair.
                              I ordered both of them together (Order number oid4939) on (24th september 2015). As they didn’t have cod facilities. I paid the entire amount upfront online.
                              I was awaiting eagerly for my two tables.
                              After a week or so, i got one of the tables – the bed laptop table and didn’t get the other bigger one. They sent me an invoice that had both listed! Now i accepted and they told me the other one was being sent by a different vendor.
                              I got an apologies mail from them for a goofup. They promised in the mail that they will send the larger table soon. I waited and waited… it never reached me.
                              I thought they are a new organization and such things happen – i should be tolerant and await it. They will send it.
                              I waited and wrote to them again after 2 months – where is my table? They told me its on the way.
                              Then they wrote to me stating that they have already delivered it. Now i asked them where is the proof? Any signatures?
                              I wrote to them over the last 5 months repeatedly – initially they didn’t reply. Now they just inform me that they have raised the ticket and then they promptly close it! An internal game!
                              I am left on the lurch. They didn’t bother to sort this out. I think this is a negligence that needs to be told to the world. Its not about the money (Rs 1880) but it’s the attitude.
                              What should i do?

                                I ordered 20800 mah mi powerbank from ebazar ninja. But my surprise i received 10400 mah only instead of 20800 mah. On repeated complaints and my e mails, ebazar ninja asked me to return the same and so that they can arrange correct product. On 09/07/2016 their courier came and collected the same. I had returned my mi powerbank on 9/7/16 as discuss to your customer care no [protected] said its mrs priyanka, and its said u have issue a coupon by ebazar on that rs 980/ valid till 90 days. But i have not received any coupon yet. Now i'm receiving the mails that my complaint/ticket is closed to my satisfaction without sending me any coupon code.                                       I ordered mi powerbank but they delivered me duplicate product which is not working properly. so i tried to contact them through call but no response. i might have called them hundred times sometimes they pick call and when i start complaining, they disconnect the call and most of the time, they dont pick call. i mailed them so many times and asked the status so many times by replying the emails but no response from their side.
                                      Close the ticket. some days back, i got email that this issue is closed.
                                      How they can closed the issue even without contacting me.

                                      I think, they are fraud in the market and selling duplicate and useless product and after getting money, they do not listen customer.

                                        I ordered, vide order no. Oid 95683r online above product around 45 days back by paying online. But to my surprise i received 10400 mah only instead of 20800 mah. On repeated complaints (Ticket no. 0d0b6250) and my e mails, ebazar ninja asked me to return the same and so that they can arrange correct product. On 30/06/2016 their courier came and collected the same. The company has confirmed me that they have received back the 10400mah. Am once in two days receiving the mails that my complaint/ticket is closed to my satisfaction without sending me the ordered/correct product. On 14/07/2016 i received an sms to my mobile stating that the item despatched through their partner courier wow pod no. P[protected]. But when i am tracking with this pod with wow courier tracking sheet, system showing that no data found. Today i contacted the customer care of e bazar ninja and one ms. Priyanka is telling that today it will be despatched. When i asked the pod number, she is telling the same pod number. It is surprise to note that how they are telling the same number every time but in fact it is not booked. Simply they are telling the pod number which is not existing. Ebazar ninja is cheating the online clients by taking the hard earned money of its clients and not arranging the promised product. Even after giving the e mails, they are always responding that your ticket no. 0d0b6250 resolved satisfactorily. Without despatching, i cannot understand, how ticket will be resolved to my satisfaction?

                                        Just now, at 16.35 pm, i received another sms stating that shipment booked through wow express with pod no. P[protected].

                                        Now i cannot understand how it is booked with another pod no. P[protected] today. What happened the old pod no. P[protected]. On 14th july, pod no. Ended with 1820. Today pod no. Is 1230. How the number will be like that.

                                        This is clearly showing that the e bazar ninja is cheating its online clients.
