Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i had purchased a product from ebazar. Ninja.
In respect of that i already submitted a complaint and product is picked up from my side and is received by ebazar. Ninja..
They send me the confirmation mail and send me a mail in respect of coupon for purchasing any other product upto rs599.
But the mail that i have received is not clear and nor i m able to book a new product from the site. Pls help me regarding this.
I have tried a lot to contact the customer desk of ebazar. Ninja, but there is no respond from there side.

    I am rajnale vidyadhar, i had ordered one produt from ebazar. ninja on 11/07/2016 and i received it on 17/07/2016. and i found that product is not geniune.. then i tried to contact to the ebazar. ninja but couldnt connect. please do the proper action on compony... and as i saw reviews of that web site, not a single customer is satisfied with products delivered by them... and they are not going to refund the money even...

        I am buy mi power bank. But power bank are not running, means not charging from mobile fone. Power bank. But not running and not used it. So please provide me solution and helpfull me. I am middle class person. This is cheat by the website. Provide me real products and return company's duplicate products. I called for complaint but not attend the call for complaint. I very time try it. But compny costemer care not responding.

              I purchased mi power bank from ebazar ninja (order id : oid130287
              Pod no. c[protected]) on july 12, 2016 delivered at 2.00 pm. as i opened the box, to my utter surpise, the product was not as described on the website. the mi powerbank i received seems to be a fake one and i would like to draw your attention. i request you to look into the matter and come up with a solution as soon as possible.

                    Hello, i had ordered a set of 5 polo t shirts from this website with the order details:
                    → order id - oid130669
                    → product - sls pack of 5 polo tshirts
                    → pod no. - c[protected]
                    → logistic partner - wow
                    It was ordered on july 7th and i opted for cod. i received the product on 10th.
                    The fitting is too tight and that is why i wanted a replacement. haven't heard from them and the number they provided does not exist.

                      Hi,
                      I received 10400mah powerbank and it is not a genuine mi product (but in the website brand is mentioned as mi) and i received it on 5th of july and i had raised a ticket immediately next day as soon as i saw the product stating it was not genuine, and i had requested for full refund, now ebazaar customer service is providing just a coupon which again i need to use it for ebazaar shopping only. since i have lost trust in ebazaar and its products i dont want to buy anything more from them. i need full refund in the form on cash. please do take the necessary actions regarding this.

                        Hello, I just received the product(order ID: huthat I order mi power bank. I want to return it is as soon as possible as the product is a duplicate one and not original mi. There has been so many complains about it here only I think it's time to stop fooling your customers. It has no warranty card although at the time of delivery I was said it come with 6 month warranty. There is no sign of mi. It's written on the top mi which can easily be rubbed off. And it comes with no card or anything from mi. A typical sign of duplicate product. I have ordered n used mi power banks before it is not like what you sent me. I am highly frustrated with this kind of service. You shouldn't decieve your customers like this. Take necessary steps to bring back the fake product from me and return my money in hand as there are so many complains that you guys take back the product and don't return money. If we can pay immediately we receive product u can also pay us immediately we hand it over to you as I am in no mood to get another one from your website or any gift coupon to use in eninja. Please take action ASAP otherwise I would have to take legal actions. What you people are doing is like multiple fraud first u sell fake products, then you don't listen to your customers' grievances and then even if you listen you take back the product and don't return money. I hope a smooth processing in my case

                          I ordered mi power bank costing rs.599/- from ebazar ninja on 07.01.2016 and pre payment was done and order was confirmed.
                          But after 1 day, i. e. on 08.01.2016 i got an e-mail that reads "order cannot be delivered to give pin, kindly provide another pin on whatsapp (no, given [protected])" so i gave another pin no. and adress.instantly it was replied "adress and pin provided by you is updated, you will be updated with tracking details when your order is dispatch". however, i was never updated so i made a complaint on 28.02.2016 on their watsapp no. and replied came on 03.03.2016 which reads "your complaint already escalate, please wait for sometime". so i waited yet again, but no correspondence was there from their side. so i made a complaint again on 05.04.2016 by writing to them that i will file complaints against them if i got no refund in a reasonable time. their replied came on 15.04.2016 stating that "we wish to confirm that the said matter has already been escalated to concerned team and we shall keep you posted, request to kindly bear with us for sometime so we can revert back with an amicable solution".
                          However, as usual no post, no updated has been made so far to me, hence finally, i lodge my complaint.

                          Please do not purchase any thing from Ebazaar Ninja, I have ordered MI Power bank they have send by duplicate product.

                          This is a fraudulent company i called their customer care spoke to one of their representative Ms. Priyanka who after attending the call said you need to call back again as their system is not working fine & kept on hold for 05 mins asked my order no. OID134480 DT. 12/07/16 I told her that the product is not working fine she said you have called after 48 hours now you need courier this product to us i requested her to transfer the line to Sr. Manager she kept my call on hold for another 20 mins & disconnected the call.

                          Even invoice what the give is on sticker half of the information is wiped out. People please don't buy any thing form this company they are cheaters.

                            the response which i got from your side is wrong.i had provided my mobile number [protected] in my account details.but i didnot got any feedback or call from ebazarninja.i just wanted to say you that this is the worst shopping side.and they are chetting with the customer.from last four month they are not able to solve my one problem only.and when i was trying to call them everytime they are giving different excuses in telephone.several time i had mail them also.but there was no response from their side.and the cupon code which was provide by them also is invalid.please solve the issue.otherwise i will go to higher authority.my alternate phone no is [protected].

                              Please change the same as soon as possible.
                              Tell me address to send power bank and refund my money.

                                My order id is oid120309, i have placed an order 20400 mah mi power bank on 24-june-2016. it delivered to me on 27-june-16.
                                It take 48 hour to full charge (as per product description it should take 6 hour to charge) and it can charge only one time of 2000 mah battery. so this is fake product which ebazar ninja has billed to us.
                                After two days i have called to customer care but they didn't pick call. since that day i am continuous mail to customer care but daily they send mail that your ticket has been closed without any solution provided.
                                Should i go for consumer court, cause company is not refunding my money.

                                as per customer product is not working , once we will receive the prduct we will try to repair or else it will be replaced with new one.
                                My order id is 76134, I have placed an order for MI powerbank 20400 Mah. It was a COD order. A person called me to confirm the order and I asked him twice whether that is an Original MI product or not. He assured me that the product is original and just because his promise, I increased the order quantity and asked him to send 2 products. I received 2 power banks after a couple of days but when I opened bot the products, both of those are duplicate. I have crosschecked online an both of the products have all the signs which proves those are the duplicate one.
                                Within very next 30minutes, I started calling them but no one received my call. I got a messages that my call is noticed an someone will call me but no one called.
                                Next day i.e. today when I called and got a chance to speak with one of the representative, she told me that she will not cancel my order.
                                I have also not got any response on my support tickets. I am feeling cheated now.

                                I have sent them a final email with the request to either provide me original products or refund my money.

                                I am planning to lodge a complaint against them in consumer court. Anyone looking for going with them, feel free to contact me to know my experience with them.
