I, rahul mehta had placed order for mi power bank 20800mah on 23/06/16 and received it on 29/06/16 (Invoice no. Oid118930). After using it for 3 days, while charging my mi phone on 03/07/16, the place of led charging light and power bank charging socket got burnt and smell started coming. Now it is not charging the phone and has manufacturing defect may be. So, please look about it and get it replaced asap.

    I, prateek tiwari have ordered a power bank from your site. just after unpacking the product i tried using it and it was not functioning. also, the pin configuration of the product was improper. i tried calling you on the number provided by you from the very first day but the customer care number says all executives are busy and i tried it many times but it was the same case. i want to return this product.

    I here by request you to take action on this complaint. this is the very first time i have ordered something from your site and i hope you don't want to make a bad impression on your customer and force them to some legal action.

    If this issue doesn't solve i have to raise this to consumer court.

          I had purchased a MI 20800 power bank for Rs 980 from ebazar.ninja via order id OID922275 dated 23.5.16. Upon delivery the product to be a defective and more importantly a fake product and therefore I immediately contacted the company for refund of money.

          The company instructed that refund of money would happen once they receive the product and was picked up from our shop via blue dart dated 28.5.2016 via pod no [protected].

          Since that day i have been constantly trying to reach their customer care via email and phone but no one is responding. I was given the assurance that once they receive the product i will get my money back but despite it being 20 days i still have not received the refund on my payment.

          I have still not received the refund in my account. Despite the committment from ebazar representative that credit would be given within 24 hrs.
          Did you got support from Consumer Court ?
          They called to get my bank account details which i have already shared with them multiple times over email. I have been again trying get in touch with them through a customer care no but still no one is giving a response. Hence i still require support from the consumer court to resolve the matter.

              I bought 1 mi 10400mah power bank from this company using their website ebazar. Ninja.
              Order date - 21st june 2016 delivery date - 27th june
              Order id: oid 118186
              Sold by - awesome digital

              On their website they have quoted price of the product with good discount, which helped me to decide to shop from them. Also they have uploaded original product's photos and details, so i went further and made an online purchase.
              After receiving the product and observing it, i came to know that it's a fake product as it's not working as expected as well as differ from the product image provided online on their website. So, immediately i called customer care number [protected], i couldn’t talk to the executive because i got automated reply only and later got information they will contact me. Nothing happened, some times i am getting reply that no. Does not exist.

              You can easily find the product has fake company logo on it.

              Please help me or i'll have to take legal actions against ebazar, soon.

              Its not my concern that whether the material you received or not. I have couriered the material through the vendor which you assigned. Again it shows how you deal with customers.                 This complaint is regarding one of the product that was delivered on 08/06/2016 against the order number: OID104900 for a 20800 mah power bank which came as a defective one. I had already registered a complaint against this and wrote to the support team for which a complaint was registered as well but besides writing to them for almost weeks now I have not been able to receive any kind of feedback or support from them.                 I bout a Mi powerbank from ebazar which dosent work at all i bought it ant a replacement
                The product was taken from Shadowfax (request ID: P[protected] on 24-06-16.

                Please let me know when my refund will happen.
                Picked up the MI powerbank, on opening the package i find that the product hasn't come with a user manual or a box containing the barcode.

                On calling customer care, i was initially connected to an executive but on me raising questions on the authenticity of the product and lack of procedure, the executive asked me if i was "using the product" twice and my call was cut. On trying to get in touch again, i could not.

                This looks like a big SCAM! Watch out and do not purchase from this site!

                      I have ordered 10400mah power bank from ebazar ninja as they advertised as mi powerbank but after receving the product i have realized that it is fake product and it never looks like the original mi power bank. I was really cheated by this company.

                      This is the fraud company and no one buy this power bank from this company.

                        Finally company refund my whole money after a long period of one month, without any deduction like security charge, courier charge or any other thing.                           I have purchased power bank in ebazar. The product is dispatched on 20th june from that day i was complaining about it that it is not in a working condition. I have purchased two product both the product is not working. I complaint many times and i am calling them enormous amount of time no customer is ready to pick up the call they just avoiding to attend the call. Once a lady anjali chaurasia was handling the cal and asked about my problem. She said courier person will come to get the product back. But she dint give any answer about my money 1200rs which i have paid for that power bank. I need my money first. Without any assurance about money how would i give back the product. That courier boy said money will return to your account. What account???
                          I don't have account in bank so only while purchasing i have chosen cash on delivery.Instead how would they post money in. Bank without any account details. Please i request ebazar customer to give my money back and get your product

                          As I have complaint about my product that it is not In a working condition . The EBazar doesn't responding for it. The customer anjali chaurasia picked up the call and she was responding me. Two days later courier boy came and asked the product which I have purchased. But he dint give my money back. I asked without any assurance how would I return the product and the deliver boy went back. You ask money to EBazar by calling their customer service. I have tired calling it enormous amount of time. The are not attending the call. For each call I lost 2rupees more than hundred times I tired calling them. My own balance 200 lost by calling the customer number . Without talking simply the tone please wait while we connect you call I is saying by computer for that itself 2rupees lost for call.
                          Ask EBazar customer to respond properly and return my money 1200rupees .
                          I have received a mail from ebazar.ninja that mi power bank have some offers.
                          I have purchased two power bank and it has been delivered on 20/6/2016. It is not working . The product dispatched is a duplicate product . I have complaint about it many times. But EBazar.ninja haven't responded still now. I have also posted my complaint many times .I don't know whether their will be a solution for it or not. Total cost 1200 paid for two power bank.

                            They gave me a duplicate power house of MI first and that is not even working
                            when i call those guys for the complaint of that powerbank they didn't pick my calls
                            and just because of that duplicate powerbank one of my is dead its not working.
                            And the powerbank is in warranty as well
                            they guys are just a scam
                            and now they are not even picking up call

                              Now, all of a sudden today in the morning the complaint I raised has been closed down without being resolved which is the most unprofessional way of dealing with the problems associated with the defective products being delivered.

                              Now, besides raising the ticket again and again and attaching the pics for the defective product and by not been able to talk to the customer care people it seems that there is something wrong with the company and the whole management team.

                                This complaint is regarding one of the product that was delivered on 04/06/2016 against the order number: OID101315 for a 20800 mah power bank which came as a defective one. I had already registered a complaint against this and wrote to the support team for which a complaint was registered as well but besides writing to them for almost weeks now I have not been able to receive any kind of feedback or support from them. To make it even worse when ever a call is made on this number: [protected] then by clicking on option 2 for registering complaint I am never connected to the respective customer care executive and till now I have not received any call from them.

                                It would be really nice if there is a solution to my problem because like me there are others as well for the same problem

                                        I am sampa haldar from mumbai i had ordered product from ebazar. Ninja which was delivered on time no doubt but the model which was delivered was not in a working condition and i after my several request to this company i am still not getting any kind of answers for refund.

                                        They asked me that they will issue a coupon which is also not issued till now. I am fed up with this pathetic service and i am looking forward to legal actions against this company. It's just a suggestion to leave the tiie-up with ebazar. Ninja. This is a fake company. It's been a month i am following up this guys and i don't see any improvement.
