    I ordered a 20800 powerbank but i got only 10400 with very cheep quality. I want to return the goods but no response from their side. I called so many times but every time it said all are busy and u ll be caaled from us shortly. But no response from them till now. Every time they said all executive r busy now. Its too much irrigating. Now i want to replace the good with 20800 mah powerbank

      I received an e-mail stating that they are selling mi 20800mah power bank at a discounted price of rs 950/- only. On receiving the product i had some doubts regarding the product as the finish was very cheap. I do have a mi4 handset so i know that they have very good quality products. Then i started doing some research and found that mi dosent manufacture 20800mah power bank, thsy have 20000mah power bank only. Also this power bank only charges my mobile 1.5-2 times though my mobile battery is of 3000mah. I went to their site and tried calling their customer care no several times but it alawys goes to ivr. So i mailed them with my issue and they opened a ticket for that. But after a few days they closed it staiting that it had been resolved. I reopened it and they again closed it out. I am 100% sure that this is a fake power bank as i have gone to this site https://www.techmesto.com/identify-fake-xiaomi-power-bank/ and checked all the details. I would like to get a refund of my money for the product.

        I received my MI power bank from ebazar Ninja and it have a poor built quality and is fake.. Its no where near to the original one I own. I am calling the customer service center and no one is answering, and I haven't received a call back as promised by them. I would like u to take strict action against this company. Beware ppl don't ever buy anything from the site ebazar ninja!! They sell fake products and also they never listen to customer complaints.

            This is to inform you that i have made an order of mi power bank - 20800 mah vide order id - oid108063 through ebazar site www. Ebazar. Ninja/ on 10 june 2016 and the same has been received by me on 16 june 2016 at 11:00 am. However, the product that has been received by me was defective and was not in working condition.
            The same was communicated to them several times on their mail id ([protected]@ebazar. Ninja) and many telephone calls were made on their customer care number (+91 [protected] and +91 [protected]) which were inattentive and till date i haven't got any response from their side. (Copy of mail is enclosed for your reference)

            So request you to please look into the matter and help me to get a refund of rs. 980 /- that has been paid by me.

                        This a fraud site of ninja. They send defective material. Every time anybody calls their costomer care no. +[protected], gets message that all their customer care exceutives are busy, your call is valuable, your no. Has been noted, will call back and will never call back. After many tries one reaches this site. For the continuous complaints you are required to register every time with different name and email id.

                        The information given in the complain is immediate use to call the customer and it is told that they want to immediately refund the amount and ask for bank account details. Thay also assure that the defective product will be collected back later.

                        The information of bank account is used to siphon off money from bank account by transferring to payt mobile solutions noida and sbibuddy mumbai. I have been cheated by 5000+3000 yesterday.

                        I have started criminal proceedings again ebazar ninja.

                            Hi
                            I have purchased one fitness band from e bazar ninja on 25th march. It was not compatible with my mobile, hence, i request to e bazar to return the product.
                            After followup, on 3rd may, 16 the product is being reshipped to e bazar through their courier partner. The same is received by e bazar team and confirmed me on 5th may, 16 through e mail communication.

                            From 5th may, 16, i am regularly chasing the team for refund my money or credit the money in my account so that i can purchase any other item, but no responsible or reasonable answer is given to me.

                            I am getting the same answer from last 45 days that they have escalated the matter but still unresolved.

                            I tried to contact them over their customer care but no one picks customer care number.

                            I suppose this site is created just to cheat people and indian consumer forum need to cross check and penalize the company for misstatement and no response & resolving the customer complaint.

                            I am enclosing the chain mail of communication of last 2 months.

                            Kindly support me to resolve the above so that i can get my refund back or get credit in my account.

                              Please go through my complaint made today morning regarding 20800 mah power bank.

                              Within five minutes a call was received [protected] that complaint has been registered by e-bazar ninja and the bank details were asked for refund of money immediately.

                              Surprisingly, two payments were withdrawn with following naration:
                              1. Pos prch
                              Pos 444215 paytm mobile solutions noida : rs 3, 000-00
                              2. Pos prch
                              Pos gt[protected] sbibuddy mumbai : rs 5, 000-00

                              This has been done by ebazar ninja itself our by transferring information given in the complaint to second party in connivance

                              The matter is being reported to the police for investigation.

                              This fraud is being made by ebazar ninja as most of the consumers are complaining about the product which is intentionally delivered defective so that the customers make complaints though their site as the customer service telephone is never attended

                                This cheat company is not ready to refund the returned dummy product which they have sold me. They are the cheapest an enterprise could go to. Not answering to mails, their call support is a big joke. I have raised many tickets with them to refund me, but all i got is false promises and evasion on their end.

                                  First of all I am sorry to point out that your complaint No [protected] is useless and misguiding. I am trying that since Monday i.e/ 13th June 2016 and every time the message is recieved that all the executives are busy, we have noted your number and will get back... No call back is recieved till time. surprisingly a call made at 9.15 am today morning recieved the same message. Do I assume that there are always large number of complaint calls that all your executives remain busy.
                                  I have purchased 20800 Mah Power bank paying Rs. 980.00 vide Invoice No. OID103932; dated 07/06/2016; Code 234076 which was delivered to me on Saturday, 11.06.2016. THIS DOES NOT CHARGE ITSELF.
                                  Please arrange to replace with one tested one or refund my money immediately.

                                    I have ordered MI 10400 MH power bank from your website on 12/06/2016.
                                    Order I'd is OID110297. I am very disappointed with the quality of the
                                    product that is delivered it's cable Is not charging my phone. Also with
                                    its appearance it seems it's a duplicate product. I really don't want this
                                    product and I want my money back. I have not expected this from ebazar.

                                    You have disappointed me. Kindly do the needful to get this product
                                    returned and refund me my money I have paid hard cash you know.

                                    After I have submitted the complaint a boy called me saying he is from ebazar a asking me my bank info. When I denied he ended the call without any response. This is serious fraud goin on here. Please look in to this or I will need to file a complaint somewhere else. The number I go call from is [protected] please be aware of these fraud people guys.

                                      I had bought a power bank dated 27/05/2016 of Xiaomi.com but the product is unauthenticated and is not working properly. I have complained several time to the eBazar ninja but it is not taking any action. I have also registered for returning/replacement though has 5 to 7 days returning company policy and half month has passed yet no any person has not came to make it return or replace.
                                      Sir/Madam, the company is selling duplicate product and misguiding the costumer. So i request you to take the legal and strict action against eBazar.ninja

                                        Sir,

                                        I had purchased MI 20800 Mah PowerBank for 980 rupess in eBazar. they had taken the money and delivered the duplicate MI 20800 Mah PowerBank. when called up customer care. they asked me to return the product so that, they will exchange for a new one. they had collected the goods and no response after words. tried reaching the customer care for more than 100 times and ends up with voice call. but no response still. so could you please help getting my money back.
