[Resolved]  Ecom Express — delivery not proper /arrogant delivery boy

Dear sir, i had ordered faux document portfolio resume holder/file/folder (20 pockets)- associated through your portal, with order number [protected] from paytm mall
I really had very very bad experience with delivery boy, he was very arrogant, he said he will not come to deliver my order on my giving address and hence he asked me to come at different location than my mentioned delivery address... This caused me lot of frustration... I asked him i will not accept delivery at that address i hope you will look into this matter very seriously... I really would like delivery boy to say sorry to me... Otherwise i will use all my social connections to highlight this matter if you don't take proper action... How many days you want pickup the parcel... [protected] this is my phone number call me

The courier boy is not delivering my parcel from Snapdeal in proper address.In stead he called me to receive the parcel to Rangia town which is 10 km away from my residence.He told that he is unable to deliver in my ordered address.Here is the pH nos [protected] and [protected].

Fake courier service... On 9th of July I ordered my 2product on Naykaa... N Naykaa deliver my product through ecom express... N today is 19th July...but my product not yet come... Ecom express has very bad courier service

When i ordered a product in Amazon the courier was ecm express,
It consecutively show that out for delivery and any executive doesn't contact me.
After one day they send me a message saying that the attempt a delivery but it undelivered.
What is the reason for they didn't deliver the item and no contact.
Please take further action.
