Dear team, i ordered something from puma which i was suppose to get by today 07/08 as i got the message, but around 7pm a got another message that the delivery was undelivered because customer was not there. I want tell you that i was at my home since 5pm and right now it's 7:15pm and I'm weighting this while sitting at my home. So when i haven't got any call from your delivery boy, how can he just mentioned anything what if he'll again do the same thing tomorrow then. Who's responsible for this kind of negligence. I am sharing my shipment number[protected] with you and i hope you'll look into this matter.

Complaint marked as Resolved Such a crook they are, i haven't get and resolution yet no-one even contacted me and they started showing that complaint got resolved. Such an assholes they are.
