This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I have ordered 10 days hair oil to 26 may 2018 and did payment also through net banking. I have still not received my product from www.10dayshairoil.com through ecom express. I have not received any calls regarding shipment. When i contact customer care and they said "your shipment is undelivered as customer not available. Sir my shipment no. Is[protected].

I work at ecom express since 2 months & sir mujhe jyada english to nahi aati isliye short me likh raha hun yaha per balkishan choudhry (Dc baw) & mahesh porwal (Supervisor baw) dhokadhadi ka kaam kar rahe h, parsal ki hera pheri kar rahe h, yaha 2 parsal gayab h office me or parsal office se hi gayab huye h or jabardasti hum sab employ per iljam laga kar pese vasul rahe h or main baat yeh hai. Ki santosh kalal person ka farzi acount chala kar salary hadap rahe hai, mene sikayat ki to mujhe job se nikal diya.. Pls take action... Sach bolna galat nahi hota.

      Hi this is mirza umar i have ordered a product from ustraa.
      The company sent a parcel through ecom express ant the courier boy came after 15 days and he called me but i dnt lifted the call because i was in office that time again i called him back the ecom express courier boy lifted the call and said will come back tommorw but he dint turned up i was calling again n again but no. Answered.

      Now am getting a message that my orederd cancelled by me which was unexpected to me which i dnt did. Is this the service they are giving and they are blaming to the customers and executives are also very illetrate
      Please take action as soon as possible thank you.

Customer don't know that his shpment already cancellled by ecom expess and one massage come from ecom express that customer resfuse shipppemt. This ecom behavior with customer is very worst and this show that ecom is how much sincere with customer. Very bad service...

            I have ordered a palette from nykaa on 3 aug 18 i got a sms of out of delivery on 8aug 18 but till today ie 10th aug 18 it is not delivered. They are not even coming or calling for any information they are just fooling us. Worst service n worst worker they hire. They just update a false status of attempt failed delivery but nobody will come. They are doing this from last 3 days. Ystrday their executive called n promised delivery of product by 4 but it already 4 n agn nobdy came.

I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.. and it is not the first time i'm facing this problem this is the 3rd time.. this time it was a big letdown.
              This behavior with customer is very worst and this show that Ecom is how much sincere with customer. Very poor service...

              I order from club factory. My order was delivered at wrong address on 1 August. I called regularly to your customer care no one was respond. If someone pick my call from 1august they said your courier will be delivered within 2-3 days but now it's 7 days passed but I didn't get my courier... If you are not able to deliver... Refund my money asap.

                I have requested for reverse pickup of the products which i order through club factory and i placed a return of those products and it was mentioned that ecom express will come and pick up those products.. I made a request on 3 rd of august... And today is 8th august... Tracking id:[protected]... Every time i call at your call centre... They always say that they are having doubt regarding the pickup... You have to confirm... And every time i confirm you repeat the same... Just disgusting... I am thinking of filing a case against u all... How one can be so irresponsible and these companies are still existing in our country..

It is regretted to point out no body approached the residential address for delivery. Moreover contact no.                     Dear team, i ordered something from puma which i was suppose to get by today 07/08 as i got the message, but around 7pm a got another message that the delivery was undelivered because customer was not there. I want tell you that i was at my home since 5pm and right now it's 7:15pm and I'm weighting this while sitting at my home. So when i haven't got any call from your delivery boy, how can he just mentioned anything what if he'll again do the same thing tomorrow then. Who's responsible for this kind of negligence.                       I had order four ladies bags and one men's casual shoes from the online site Club Factory on 8jun2018.Had received the items on 25jun2018.But I was Shocked when I Saw the products.Because the picture of the product on website and real doesnt matched.So Had requested to returned the Items on 26jun2018.One of the executive from ecom express came amd collected after one week from the date returned request.After this real story started nobody contacted me for this and my refund not happened I waited for two weeks bit no response from their side .chatted with their online complaints section .Final they Concluded that its a fak e Order ...

                            I have still not received my ordered product from hopscotch through ecom express. And i have received a message that "your shipment undelivered as customer not available nd wrong address.2 shipments are pending.
                            I have not received any calls from delivery boys regarding the shipment.
                            I have tried to contact customer care through out a day. And the reply is"all executives are busy right now. Please try after some time.

                            Got one contact no of delievery boy named as mr. Khan told me to deliver by today bt he is also not picking up the call his contactno is:[protected]

                              Today lendikart finance ltd. Request a courier pickup from me. My address is 345/5 street no. 06 nand colony no. 02 pehowa distt. Kurukshetra haryana. Your ecom express boy came to my office. But he did not pick up my documents. Because he dont know what to pick. And he made a cancel request for pickup of my order as address not located in front of me. He is very misbehaiving. Ecom express is very cheap and bad courier. Thank you. I have paid for this.

                                Ecom Express keeps unreachable contact numbers whenever we call on their number they are always busy or simply gets disconnected. its become difficult to track there executive because they do not answer the call. Such a bad courier service more bad the executives are!

                                  Even after calling regularly delivery has not been done yet
                                  In regular contact with customer care of economics express but calls go on hold for very very long time sometimes for about 45 mins to an hour but still no response.. Please let me know when can i get my parcel or should i stop waiting for it... Reply as soon as possible

                                    Product shipped on 27.7.18 for delivery from amazon. On 30.7.18 it was undelivered as customer not available. I asked the courier boy called that i will return back in city on 1.8.18 and the parcel can be delivered on 1.8.18. I talked on customer care no. And i was assured to deliver on 2.8.18. On 2.8.18 i tried on phone whole day but not connected. Till date the product has not been delivered. On calling [protected] 0n3.8.18 and talked with kanchan who assured to delivered on 4.8.18. 18. Till now not delivered and on tracking in system nothing updated after 30.7.18. Today i again tried on [protected] with prakash but he did not give any satisfactory reply and give casual reply.

                                    Please check and get delivered and respond accordingly.

                                      I brought a lenovo a7000 battery from flipkart and i got a damaged one. I requested for return and refund. My request was approved by flipkart. But ecom express wishmaster didn't collect the product back in time. So my request has cancelled.. Now the product's 10 days replacement warranty has expired. I want a explanation for it. Either i want my refund or i want a replacement

                                        I have still not received my ordered product from amazon through ecom express. And i have received a message that "your shipment undelivered".
                                        I have not received any calls from delivery boys regarding the shipment.
                                        I have tried to contact customer care through out a day. And the reply is "all executives are busy right now. Please try after some time".
