Snapdeal Order ID[protected]placed on 30 the July for Vijaysar tumbler and 26 Pcs of wood pieces normal size for shipment to address: Dmt. Achhra Kumari, 544, Anand pur Colony ack side Pritam Nagar Opp. Sham Nagar GT Toad Karnal 132001. Contact no [protected] .but could not be delivered toll date. It is regretted to point out no body approached the residential address for delivery. Moreover contact no. At Karnal i.e [protected] is not being attended.The customer care help desk number[protected] is also temporarily out. May kindly look I to and get the shipment delivered at address given on proceeding para above.
Hope you will put sincere efforts to deliver the same and confirm. Thanks on anticipation

    Dear team, i ordered something from puma which i was suppose to get by today 07/08 as i got the message, but around 7pm a got another message that the delivery was undelivered because customer was not there. I want tell you that i was at my home since 5pm and right now it's 7:15pm and I'm weighting this while sitting at my home. So when i haven't got any call from your delivery boy, how can he just mentioned anything what if he'll again do the same thing tomorrow then. Who's responsible for this kind of negligence. I am sharing my shipment number[protected] with you and i hope you'll look into this matter.

    Such a crook they are, i haven't get and resolution yet no-one even contacted me and they started showing that complaint got resolved. Such an assholes they are.

      I had order four ladies bags and one men's casual shoes from the online site Club Factory on 8jun2018.Had received the items on 25jun2018.But I was Shocked when I Saw the products.Because the picture of the product on website and real doesnt matched.So Had requested to returned the Items on 26jun2018.One of the executive from ecom express came amd collected after one week from the date returned request.After this real story started nobody contacted me for this and my refund not happened I waited for two weeks bit no response from their side .chatted with their online complaints section .Final they Concluded that its a fak e Order ...

        I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.

            I have still not received my ordered product from hopscotch through ecom express. And i have received a message that "your shipment undelivered as customer not available nd wrong address.2 shipments are pending.
            I have not received any calls from delivery boys regarding the shipment.
            I have tried to contact customer care through out a day. And the reply is"all executives are busy right now. Please try after some time.

            Got one contact no of delievery boy named as mr. Khan told me to deliver by today bt he is also not picking up the call his contactno is:[protected]

              Today lendikart finance ltd. Request a courier pickup from me. My address is 345/5 street no. 06 nand colony no. 02 pehowa distt. Kurukshetra haryana. Your ecom express boy came to my office. But he did not pick up my documents. Because he dont know what to pick.                 Ecom Express keeps unreachable contact numbers whenever we call on their number they are always busy or simply gets disconnected. its become difficult to track there executive because they do not answer the call. Such a bad courier service more bad the executives are!

                    Product shipped on 27.7.18 for delivery from amazon. On 30.7.18 it was undelivered as customer not available. I asked the courier boy called that i will return back in city on 1.8.18 and the parcel can be delivered on 1.8.18. I talked on customer care no. And i was assured to deliver on 2.8.18. On 2.8.18 i tried on phone whole day but not connected. Till date the product has not been delivered. On calling [protected] 0n3.8.18 and talked with kanchan who assured to delivered on 4.8.18. 18. Till now not delivered and on tracking in system nothing updated after 30.7.18. Today i again tried on [protected] with prakash but he did not give any satisfactory reply and give casual reply.

                    Please check and get delivered and respond accordingly.

                      I brought a lenovo a7000 battery from flipkart and i got a damaged one. I requested for return and refund. My request was approved by flipkart. But ecom express wishmaster didn't collect the product back in time. So my request has cancelled.. Now the product's 10 days replacement warranty has expired. I want a explanation for it. Your agent (Babu m – 44568) came for delivery and his behavior is too rude. He was literally threatening people if we ask them to come to exact location written in the delivery address.                             Awb is[protected].. This is the air bill number of the order given by ecom express, past 4-5 days they are intentionaly skipped the product delivery to the coustomer at assam.. The delivery boy was atmost rough to me that he was threatening me the that he will not gonna deliver the product bcz the place is 3km away from his place and rather he will return it.. Now he is making statements that the coustomer was refuse to take the parcel.. I personally know the coustomer she is very much eager to take her parcel.. That delivery boy is misguiding his company.. And ecom express is not willing to resolve this issue past 3days.. My bussiness is hampering by this. I want solution

                              I ordered a product from paytm. Unfortunately they sent the same through ecom express. It's reached in my hometown office 4 days before, till now i am not getting the product to my hand.                                 My product is in my city from last 4 days but the delivery person is not calling me even once and yesterday the product was went out for delivery but the delivery person don't even called me once and marked product as undelivered worst service ever and irony is that the customer service number provided on the site are not rechable so you can't even complaint about it.and it is not the first time i'm facing this problem this is the 5th time

                                    Dear sir,

                                    My shipment awb no.[protected] refused by self ecom express without contant customer. Customer don't know that his shpment already cancellled by ecom expess and one massage come from ecom express that customer resfuse shipppemt. This ecom behavior with customer is very worst and this show that ecom is how much sincere with customer. Very poor service.

                                      I got message that it would be delivered by today and i got otp to accept the order.
                                      After half an hour i got messege that your product is undeliverable after 1st attempt.

                                      Where is the attempt Team.
                                      Why are you Trying to make us fool..

                                        I'm from gwalior madhya pradesh and selling product on e-commerce website from 6 months but the problem is related to ecom express company. Staff is not good, they send daily different different boy. But today a courier boy named 'Shivraj' phone no.is [protected]'. This is 2nd time this man behaviour is not gud.He told me "4 din ki vendership h tumhari aur m yha 6 saal se hu" And i also contact many times to ecom gwalior office, but they not attend my call.
                                        So ecom team please take action regarding this issue and don't send this courier boy again otherwise ill show him what I am.
