On 27th june i received a message saying my shipment is out for delivery amd then the same day got another message saying its been delivered, however i never received my shipmemt and have no idea whom it was delivered to. I have cross checked it and would reconfirm that neither on 27th June nor on 27th July my parcel was delivered. Could you please get in touch with your delivery staff and share the persons name whom it was delivered because neither my security staff nor my family recieved anything. Hence please confirm and update me about the parcel or the delivery boy. Thank you.

I am still waiting for the delivery boy details who marked the item as delivered on system, when in reality he did not deliver it. There have been N number of cases where the delivery boys have marked the product as delivered but haven’t delivered the item. It has been more than a month now and I am still waiting for the details for your delivery boy. Also your customer care number never gets answered, so why have it if you don’t want to use it.
Ecom Express Customer Care, could you please provide an update on my item which your delivery boy very easily made his own by just marking it on your system as delivered but never actually delivering the product.

    Dear sir, i had ordered faux document portfolio resume holder/file/folder (20 pockets)- associated through your portal, with order number [protected] from paytm mall
    I really had very very bad experience with delivery boy, he was very arrogant, he said he will not come to deliver my order on my giving address and hence he asked me to come at different location than my mentioned delivery address... This caused me lot of frustration... I asked him i will not accept delivery at that address i hope you will look into this matter very seriously... I really would like delivery boy to say sorry to me... Otherwise i will use all my social connections to highlight this matter if you don't take proper action...     When i ordered a product in Amazon the courier was ecm express,
    It consecutively show that out for delivery and any executive doesn't contact me.
    After one day they send me a message saying that the attempt a delivery but it undelivered.
    What is the reason for they didn't deliver the item and no contact.
    Please take further action.

        A consignment was booked for me through ecom express with awb[protected]. The address where the shipment is to be delivered is my home address. I got a message on 21.07.18 on my mobile at 10.25 am that the shipment is out for delivery. I have waited the whole day at home for the shipment but no delivery was effected / attempted. At 6.42 pm i got a sms on my mobile that the shipment is undelivered after the first attempt. I would like to state that no delivery was attempted. There were 3 other deliveries to this address on 21.07.18 but but the ecom people did not attempt or effect delivery. On their tracking page for this consignment they have put the following message "shipment un-delivered - shipment attempted - residence/office closed". This is a lie as i was at home the whole day and no attempt was made to effect delivery or even to contact me in case of difficulty.

          I ordered two products with Awb Numbers[protected],[protected] in Flipkart which were shipped by ecom express. I got the out for delivery message 8 days back and on the same day I got another message saying your product is undelivered. No courier boy came to the given adress and no one called me. I contacted customer care of both Flipkart and ecom. Both said you will get your product. But again I got those out of delivery and undelivered messages two times in two different days but no person came to the giver adress and no call has been received. I’m really unhappy with your service. I mean calling the customer while delivering the product is the minimum common sence which is clearly lack in your delivery people.             I have placed an order on 5th July and it is 20 th july and still i have not received by product. There is no contact number to contact and when i tracked the shipment it is written that a person came and because the residence is closed they have not delivered the product. But the person has to contact me, if i am not available i will ask the them to deliver the product to my neighbour. But, without even contacting me they have made the false comment. The service is very bad. I want my product immediately.Otherwise, you are going to face the consequences.

              My product had reached at ur center on 9 July but I could not received my parcel til 19 July. Center staf[censored]pdated on ur website that my address and phone number were unreachable but they deliver product of my neighbors twice between these time period. Whenever I complained related to my parcel on customer care number they said we are going to arrange ur parcels delivery but they couldn't. During telephonic conversation with center in charge he said my parcel has returned.But online tracking system shows that my parcel is still on the center.

                I ordered Raymond formal trouser and mast & harbour shoulder bag from myntra. My shipment was processed through Ecomexpress new Delhi. My order no. was[protected]-6664101 and my tracking bill no. was[protected] on 25th June 2018. They gave expected date of delivery was 8th July to deliver. I gave perfect address with landmark, village area, tehsil, district everything in address. My order reached bhilwara district and ecom express said that my order was at delivery centre which was actually not. I complaint to myntra because expected day was gone and I was not getting my order. they gave me 5 business days to resolve my query. After 5 days I again inquiry regarding the order and I found my order was still in bhilwara. I explain the myntra customer care service why my order is in bhilwara when the delivery address is bhiluda( it's in dungarpur district), not bhilwara . 19 days were already gone. Then just after one day of complaining, ecom express update my order is in dungarpur. I'm happy to know finally they will deliver my order. But they didn't deliver the order. dungarpur is just 50 km away from my village. Then after 3 days they were still in dungarpur but they didn't deliver the order to my address. And myntra updated the status on 18 July that my order was lost due to technical issue. There is a fault of ecom express which place my order in bhilwara since 6 July 2018. They didn't deliver the order even after complaining and they cancelled the order and said order was lost.

                    I had placed an order online through Ur Pet Plaza and the order was despatched through Ecomm Express couriers.

                    The above shipment was not even attempted once but the Ibrahimpatnam branch, Telangana has updated the website stating that attempts were made and the last attempt for delivery was refused by the customer. I am truly appalled at the level of service that is being provided by this courier, who lies to customers. It is disgusting to say the least. The call centre provided me with a contact number ([protected]) but no one is picking up the call.

                    Would appreciate your kind intervention in this regard.

                        I was expecting delivery of 3 products today through courier company Ecom Express. In evening I received a message as below -

                        "Dear Customer, Your shipment[protected] is undelivered after 1st attempt on[protected].Please contact call centre @ [protected] - Ecom Express"

                        Today, Saturday being my weekly off I was home entire day. No one had come to my delivery address. There was no attempt of delivery. I guess the delivery boy might have casually put remark of customer not available to avoid todays delivery to take a day off. When taken up with the call centre contact no., there approach was casual with proper approach for handling the complaint call.

                        At the end of the day I haven't received the delivery. Very unprofessional service by the company.

                          Ecom express is such irresponsible courier service.i have not received my order yet.If I check status it's said customer refused, but they never called nor came to the address what I gave.Infact I called them, they said they will look through and call me again.But no response yet.Next time wen I call, they don't take call or cut my call
                          Such a poor service.Will never order anything if it's coming from ecom delivery.

                            Product undelivered for week. Ill behaviour done by delivery person. Phone cut aggressively in between the call. Refused to deliver and instructed me to collect parcel myself from the office. When complaint made in the customer care of e com, he also defended the wrong act of delivery person along with it no general solution made.

                              On july 7th I got a call from delivery man that my order has arrived but he was in redhills as I wrongly entered the pincode as 600066 instead of 600064. After discussing with him, he said that my order will be delivered either on 8th or 9th of july.But haven't received my order yet.Please help me in tracking the order.

                                        Worst delivery service ever...if you don't want to work then close your organization...
