I was expecting delivery of 3 products today through courier company Ecom Express. In evening I received a message as below -
"Dear Customer, Your shipment[protected] is undelivered after 1st attempt on[protected].Please contact call centre @ [protected] - Ecom Express"
Today, Saturday being my weekly off I was home entire day. No one had come to my delivery address. There was no attempt of delivery. I guess the delivery boy might have casually put remark of customer not available to avoid todays delivery to take a day off. When taken up with the call centre contact no., there approach was casual with proper approach for handling the complaint call.
At the end of the day I haven't received the delivery. Very unprofessional service by the company.
