I have availed your servise through club factory the product shoe that was bought product no - SO46094817
It was found in pathetic condition i wanted to return it there and then so i search for your helpline number for return of the product and i found [protected] as the helpline number . I called then he asked me about my card details i gave him and he was frequently sending OTP and finally he took away 30000 rupees from the debit card . This is a really a shameful act in the name of your services . I hope this complain will be taken into consideration as soon as possible and my money should be refunded .

    My tracking number[protected] showing false updates from 15, sep, 2018 08:31 hours. Next update from rajkot should be jamnagar not manendragarh hub.
    Now it is at delivery center at india one named place. Now they will post update o[censored]nknown address and not deliverable.
    But i do not recognise the place where it is currently. I think it is going to dwarka (Delhi), but they did not examined address have pincode 361315, dwarka which is in gujarat.

      On 9th sept rcd msg that my parcel is out for delivery with ecom executive phone no.[protected].
      I requested delivery before 1.30p. M as i was supposed to betraveling.
      Inspite of repeated calls.. He didn't deliver on time. When i asked for the parcel to be delivered the next morning... He said that if not today... It'll be delivered after a few days
      Very unprofessional staff.
      Highly disappointed.

        I am a working women and since last 3 days your courier company is not able to delivery my courier as they were not able to deliver after 7pm. Therefore i told them to deliver on saturday looking at the feasibility of time. I postponded all my programs, yet your reputed service provider company was not able to deliver my courier on saturday. Fed up of such disgusting service. Kindly reply and make sure to deliver by saturday.

              I purchase product on Amazon.in, and seller is ECom express, i purchase product on 27th Aug. and delivery date is 3rd sept. 2018, but my parcel is reach my nearest hub on 30th Aug. & also i got msg from you it out for delivered and u will get it today, i wait full day at Home and near to my home, at evening i suddenly got msg that your parcel/shipment not delivered due to customer not available,
              Even there is no call to me., so i call and ask the delivery boy .Why u not call me ? He says my phone were switched Off due to this i cant call you.
              So i call your executive ànd rearrange the delivery, according to your executive but i dont know it was really rearrange or not.
              So nxt day also i cant get, then i call back to your executive again he arrange the shipment but till 3rd day of sept. It was not delivered .
              Now i am asking you why are You cheating customer? If you cant deliver then directly tell us we cant deliver to you.!
              I simply spent my valuable time with lier and cheater seller.

                I order one product from 1st august but its already 3rd september, still this company holds my parcel with them. I called so many times to there customer care they are just playing with me. And they giving my parcel to a stupid fellow of their company, his work is just call me and told me that he is not liable for my delivery location.. Then why he is taking my parcel from their office. I already paid for that product to shopping company. But this ecom express company holds my product, still today no one contacted me.

                I am expecting a consignment from clubfactory.

                Fake status update

                I bought a prduct from club factory. Because i wanted it urgently. It suppose to reach me by 15th of august. Club factory has done their part very promptly. I have been tracking the consignment on the ecom express site. It reached delhi before 10th and it was out for delivery on 14th morning. Ecom express office is just 3 km away from my house.

                But till now i havent received the consignment. Everyday they are updating the status as "consignee not available".
                I called so many times to there customer care but no genuine response from their end

                While i am available in my home for the compete whole day since i am working from home and we are 2 members in the house. One day i received a call from the delivery guy asking for the exact location. He was not able to even read the address properly and he is complaining that he is not delivering in my location but his senior members forcefully giving him my parcel..

                It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

                Thanks for the 3rd grade service, even worst delivery company i ever know

                  Hi, i have been tracking my parcel from day 1 and finally when it reached ecom express the parcel is lost and not to be found this has been confirmed by a person suresh who is in charge of padmanaba nagar bangalore branch. I don't know what to do. Their call center is the worst i have ever seen. They never escalate or take action, they are just sitting to track the parcel which anyone can do.

                  Please be informed that this is an international shipment and no way the seller will request it back and more over i am in touch with the seller regarding this shipment and they have not requested it back. Today i visited Padmanaba Nagar Bangalore DC branch, they said it is missing from their end.

                  Also give me the screen shot to verify if the shopping portal has requested it back.please don't mislead people with wrong information.

                      आपका डिलवरी बॉय के द्वारा मेरे अड्रेस तक समान नही पहुचाया जाता है। जबकि मेरा मोबाइल नंबर पर काल करके अड्रेस पूछा जाता है। फिर भी समान मेरा अड्रेस में नही पहुचाया जाता है।

                      और बिना अनुमति के company में returned कर दिया जाता है।

                          AWB number[protected]. I ordered from nykaa on 23rd of August. The estimated delivery date was 28th august. On of the items came on time. But the other item has not come. I tracked it and the tracking status is showing that the product is still in Bhiwandi and its not moving from there since many days.Its stucked there whereas it was supposed to reach by 28th august.The nykaa customer care says that they have no idea why is the courier company delaying the delivery.

                            I ordered from nykaa on 23rd august. The items are coming via ecom express courier.One of the items has arrived. But the other item is still in bhiwandi since so many days.its not moving from there. And when I called nykaa, they said that they have no idea why the courier company is making it so late.they however said that i will receive it within 24 hours. But no news till now.

                              My order number is "119671". AWB number is "[protected]".It has been more than 10 days waiting for my product n the thing is my product is delivered to some random person and he even signed my name as well. I didnt even get any kin of message from ecom that my product is delivered. I have tried talking to customer care and the telephone response is good but no work is done on that.
                              U are the first to make me go through this worst scenario.

                                Ecom express courier is very careless and do not care to deliver on time and are always lagging behind not caring for customers time, my pin code is 314026 and have noticed that when parcels come to bhilwara in Rajasthan they are delayed more than necessary and then dungarpur and sagwara take even longer than necessary, on calling customer care they dont forward the complaints and just ask for 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue and turn you away without resolution, parcels are delivered after 8 to 10 days of their promised delivery time.

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  The delivery team tried to deliver the item on 25/8/18 to me. But due to unavoidable circumstances i was unable to receive the item on that day as my office was closed and repeatedly requested them to deliver the same on 27/8/18. However on contacting the delivery boy on 27/8/18 he responded that he did not know anything about my order. I was shocked to receive a message at 8.40 pm that the item is out for delivery but no such delivery attempt was done. Again on 28/8/18 i received a message that it is out for delivery but no one contacted me. On tracking the order i was shocked to find that the customer refused to accept the order. Why is the allegation put on me that i have refused to accept the order when i do not even know the whereabouts of the order yet? I am extremely dissapointed with the service of ecom express.

                                    I got an confirmation message that my product is out of delivery and in paytm application is delivered bit confused.
                                    But tracking details is not working at all and my order still now didn't deliver to me if i call the customer care all are busy and no calls from the e-com courier.

                                      I had booked a dell inspiron 137373 2-in-1 laptop on august 23, 2018. The product was delivered to be expected to be delivered yesterday on august 27, 2018 but has not been received yet. The tracking details revealed that the product has been scanned/connected at/ to hub many times during the past 48 hours. I am working elsewhere and has been waiting in ambala only to receive my order. I am being charged on daily basis for being absent at my workplace. Kindly ensure the delivery today itself so that i can leave to my work place at earliest.

                                        My name is rashi and i have ordered cashew from paytm which was about to be deIivered by ecom service but i have not received my order ( scorist cashews 500g) from paytm with ecom awb no.[protected] but it is showing delivered both on ecom and paytm.. courier boy called me by landline no.[protected] on Sunday to deliver the product but as i was not available he told me to deliver on Monday.
