I got an confirmation message that my product is out of delivery and in paytm application is delivered bit confused.
But tracking details is not working at all and my order still now didn't deliver to me if i call the customer care all are busy and no calls from the e-com courier.
E-com express courier should give the proper information about the delivery process to the customer.

    I had booked a dell inspiron 137373 2-in-1 laptop on august 23, 2018. The product was delivered to be expected to be delivered yesterday on august 27, 2018 but has not been received yet. The tracking details revealed that the product has been scanned/connected at/ to hub many times during the past 48 hours. I am working elsewhere and has been waiting in ambala only to receive my order. I am being charged on daily basis for being absent at my workplace. Kindly ensure the delivery today itself so that i can leave to my work place at earliest.

      My name is rashi and i have ordered cashew from paytm which was about to be deIivered by ecom service but i have not received my order ( scorist cashews 500g) from paytm with ecom awb no.[protected] but it is showing delivered both on ecom and paytm.. courier boy called me by landline no.[protected] on Sunday to deliver the product but as i was not available he told me to deliver on Monday. I dont have courier boy no. so i am unable to contact again and have not yet received the product

          I am from kerala. I have purchased a laptop from amazon. It is returned to the origin for unknown reasons. The item was kept at bangalore for more than 5 days. Then the update showed rto lock. Then send to walayar hub again. Now it is being returned. The reasin for return is unknown. Amazon says that they havent asked to return it.             The guy came to my door step and did deliver my order but didn't return my money as he promised to come back with exhanges. It's been a day and the guy has theft my money. And executives are such illeterates they don't know anything "hum aapki madad ni kar sakte" and other provided numbers are not valid or available. Such bloody cheaters you all are. I will take this company to court.

              Your delivery person don’t deliver parcels to door step instead they call us and tell to collect parcel from where they are. If we ask him to deliver it to the address they say sry we cant, u only come and collect otherwise will return it back. And its not the first time, every time they do the same thing. This is not the way of talking to the customers and also not a courier service

                  Ecom express is about service have been and this is the third time that i had such a bad experience with it they always say that it is out for delivery and when we are at home they said that the product is not delivered because the customer is not at home. I don't know why such big companies like myntra amazon and flipkart have any tie ups with ecom service even though they know that the service they provide the customers are very bad i want myntra to end of the tie ups or us lose the customers or take a complaint against home service and resolve the problem. I had ordered some garments for me on myntra i had got two parcels one from ecom express and another is from xpressbees the xpressbees are able to deliver the product on the same day itself which they have promised and i am very much happy with that but the econ service people are so much # and sober people that there tell that they will deliver today and say again that particular person is not available and again ask for two days and reschedule the delivery date. So because of this i'm going to stop buying any product on myntra which has tie ups with ecom service and and if i happen to have the same ecom express with another company then i will immediately cancel the product very much fed up with this service and based on the service i will give them 0 (Zero) i want the government to do something about again about them.

                        Ecom express customer care, could you please provide an update on my item which your delivery boy very easily made his own by just marking it on your system as delivered but never actually delivering the product.                           I have ordered four square diamond glasses Ecom Express — courier not received yet.

                          It supposed to be delivered on 16th august. Now i m tracking the order, it shows that my order is failed due to incomplete address or call failures. I have filled full address. And not even get a call. And your cutomer care number is also not in use. Kindly dispatched my order as soon as possible or refund my money. Having such a bad experience with ecom. Express and club factory

                            Prepaid awb[protected] shipment no.
                            It had started for delivery & till today the package has not reached me.
                            Pune ecom express courier if called replies will be delivered within next 2 days.
                            Since it's more than a week now.
                            Clearly performing fraud with consumer by not handing over the goods purchased online from clubfactory.
                            Please look into this issue asap.

                                  Not getting delivery of my producct : airway no.[protected].
                                  No one tried to contact me for delivering the product instead of that dropped a message stating that customer is not available.
                                  When i tried to contact the support, the girl named "shivangi" picked up the call and laughing (Not at all seriously registering my complaint)
                                  Very immature and un-professional behavior of the support people you guys hire.

                                    Awb numbers:[protected] and 41.
                                    These two were prepaid orders however delivery boy has taken cash also. Called customer care, they provided me supervisor number of your delivery center in faridabad. However he didn't pick up the phone. And customer care is not responding properly. Its very frustrating now. I am seller and this incident giving negative impact on my customers.
                                    Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. As the customer is calling me now and then.

                                      I was supposed to receive a courier from club factory on 11 th august to be delivered by ecom express. I checked the status of my order so35328437 but it is not delivered due to wrong address but i receive all my courier on this address moreover i have not received any calls from ecom express regarding the courier, no body answers my call from your customer service this is the first time i have come across such a pathetic service, pls let me know the status of my order asap

                                        awb number notified as invalid.

                                        I placed my order on 24th july and by the ordering site, i was supposed to recieve it by 10th august. I checked the status of my order and was told by ecom express that i'd receive the order by 13th august. Today again i checked for my order status and now ecom express notifies me that the awb number is invalid. I've been checking the order status using the same awb number since the last one week, how has it become invalid when i've not even...
