I ordered a item from AUTOFURNISH with order no 128771 on[protected] .
I got a message on[protected] at 6.29 pm to keep Rs 269 ready for COD shipment awb no[protected] is out for delivery . ( photo attached )
I got a message on[protected] at 6.37 pm that your shipment is undelivered after first attempt. please contact call center [protected]. ( photo attached )
Immediately i called on given no and spoke to Mr RAJU that i did not get any call from your delivery boy.
This is the second time i am facing the same problem with your delivery system with in a month.
I came to know that your delivery boy making me wrong because of his inefficiency to deliver the item.
please resolve the issue ASAP or I will contact the supplier to send by another courier.

    I have ordered shirt in Flipkart and the shipment is processed through Ecom express. 26th June the order was ready and on 30th June I have received a message that my order is out for delivery. Till now(10th July) I have not received my order. Courier boy phone is not available. It is a paid order. Can you take necessary action ASAP.

    I have ordered a lot of stuffs from Shein . Its shipment is to be done by ecom express . Sunday tat was on 9 of july they showed it was out for delivery but i didnt received any calls from the delivery boy . I called the customer care yesterday and they assured me that it will be delivered by 10th of july but its 11th now and i havent received any calls fron them . When i called again to post my complain the girl on the other side of the phone was so rude to me and didn't provided me with the complete information. She just disconnected the phone . M very dissapointed by the service and the way she talked to me . please take my complain into consideration.

      My name is ram prasad sharma..order aiw num[protected]..i ordered one consignment from snapdeal and courier partner was ecom..my ordered reached gangyok by 5th of july..next day snapdeal gake my number of person carrying it ..i conracted tht number her name was asha pradhan, she said she is busy today and deliever it tomorrow..again tomorrow sge said the same thing..and 4 days passed by saying tomorrow..today she said there are too many consignment so i wont be able to deliever it..she also shouted at me..very poor ecom customer service...i will never again do business with you..delhivery, ekart are so fast and there customer services and there people carrying consigment are so good.now i know why sikkimese people dont prefer ecom

      From morning I was waiting for my parcel but no call received and it is not delivered. And now it's showing attempt worng delivery address this courier carried by Econ express Docket no is[protected]
      I ordered a product from homecentre . So
      Today the delivery boy called and said he is at my place with the product. I asked him to come inside. But then without saying anything he cut my call and left. And then a message arrived saying my product is undelivered. Worst courier service i have ever seen.

        I am worried about my shipment.
        My registered Shipping Address is my Office Address.

        I think your executive should come to WEBEL IT PARK and should not ask me to collect my shipment from UNITECH GATE 2. During office hours it is not possible for me to go to UNITECH GATE 2 to collect my shipment. I am a regular buyer of CLUB FACTORY. This is first time that I am facing such delivery problem.
        Please give attention to my problem.

            I bought a sling bag from club factory on June 14... They send it on Ecom express courier service...It was out for delivery on 24 june...But till now I haven't received it...The actual delivery date was on July 2nd...So, I called the customer service, they assured me that the parcel will be delivered on that day itself...2 times I called them...they gave me the same response... But now when I tracked my parcel, it is saying that consignee not available so the parcel is returned... How can this be possible when I was there in my house itself for the past one week...Also that delivery boy didn't contact me for atleast a single time...

            Thanks for ur 3rd grade service...Ban ecom express...

              I had been getting following message from EComExpress since[protected] that
              "Dear Customer, your www.clubfactory.com "Prepaid shipment" awb No[protected] is out for delivery by ECom Executive Ph No [protected] pin 24479049".
              BUT NOBODY CALLED ME OR CAME TO ME TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE TILL YESTERDAY.
              Then I called on the provided phone no, I got an insruction to type my AWB NO. I typed[protected]#. Then I have been connected to ECom Executive but he told that he had no package with him for me and also told that he would contact his office and let me know. After 3 pm he conacted me and told me that he had my package with him and asked me to take the package from Unitech Gate 1 or 2. I told him to deliver it in my shipping address i.e. Webel IT Park near Unitech Gate 2. He told that he would come later.
              Till 5.48 pm he didn't call me or came to deliver my package. I again called him but get no response.
              Today I have searched my AWB No in ECom Express Tracking site and have seen it showing from[protected] to[protected] your courrier company couldn't contact me and I gave wrong address and so package is UNDELIVERED.
              Please do something immediately. My Shipping Address is my Office Address and Saturday and Sunday our office will be closed. Please arrange to deliver my package on Monday,[protected].
              Today I have tried to contact your customer support several times but got no response.

                Last sunday at 6:10 pm i have received a msg from your company that the myntra product of deepika padukone all about you has been delivered to ladies hostel government medical college ernakulam. But till now i haven't received any product. My money is lost. Either you have to refund my amount back or have to resend the product in the same amount. Respond as soon as possible.

                  I took four appointments for the kyc on the. Behalf ICIC bank but no one came . I am totally disappointed with their service . Evertime customer support calls me & take an appointment for the date . This happened four time till now no one visited for kyc .

                    I have return parcels of zipker.com .Which I have to give return pick-up. So as on 30 june I got msg that your pick up first attempt id done but on response. So I called in ecom express customer service to check what was thr reason behind my pick up not done.
                    Even I not got any call or msg from courier boy.
                    And they said address was not properly to not able to pick up the parcel. They said request again for reverse pick-up.
                    So again I request for reverse pick-up . So as on 4th july I check while online tracking via order number[protected].
                    My courier was register on there desk . Again I personally went at the courier hub and submitted my reverse parcel to them and I got reverse pick-up sheet from them.

                    Now again after 2hr I got msg that your pick up first attempt is not done.

                    How is it possible? I personally went at ecom express hub, Which is located in Dhankawadi pune near bharti hospital. How can they say that my pick-up not done.

                    Even I have reverse pick-up sheet.

                    I have given the attachment screenshot of msg from ecom express as well as reverse pick-up sheet.

                      Any authorised person of the ecomm express. It us to notify that i have ordered about-10 items from the annual myntra eors sale
                      Myntra order no[protected]-6803201
                      [protected]-3191401,
                      In the posal address of - tebsa, odisha, oin-770042, on 22nd & 24th of june, 2018 but it is to my surprise that the given products have already reached the given date house of our area i. E, 40km away but the delivery officials are failing to make any attempt to deliver the products in the stipulated time. I'm really harrased to see that all my orders are out for delivery but none have reached my destination it's been 9-10. And iam highly doubtful that your team is capable to fulfill the demand in time.
                      Iam really looking forward to the ecomm team quickly resolve the issue nor it will be a total scrunity leading towards a manual consumer complaint act!

                      Quality of mobile cases is not good...i'm totally dissatisfied by their appearence on my phone. The mobile cases colirs are absolutely dull and wage. It seems they are too old to use.

                            I have ordered a fastrack sports 3099sm02 men's watch when it delivered to me i observed that the time adjustment screw is missing therefore i again return the same product after that when 2nd time it delivered to me i found that the watch’s chain is brocken therefore i again return it for refund. But snapdeal authorities call me and told that the product does not mached with the ordered item. How is it possible? Which product i ordered and the same prduct i returned to the “ecom express pvt ltd” for refund.

                              I ordered a roadster watch on 23rd june through myntra online shopping. While tracking the order, it was showing that pickup has rescheduled for next day continuously till today. My previous orders had delivered very fast before the expected delivery date. There is no proper contact no for bangalore ecom express office. Poor customer service from ecom express. I have not expected this from you.

                                I placed an order in nykaa and the order was attempted to deliver on 22ndof june.
                                Since i was out of town i requested him to deliver it 2 days later.
                                He was rude and told that he couldn’t do it and he asked me to cancel the order. I got several messages regarding the order being delivered but the person never called nor he came to deliver it
                                He has made a false report that i refused to accept the order. The employee name is r vijay sundar from tiruchirapalli, tamilnadu

                                They had to cancel the order by default and I have placed another order for the same products.
                                The AWB number for the current order is[protected].
                                He has acted in the same way now stating that I requested for future delivery without even contacting me.
                                This is the second time.
                                Kindly do take the necessary steps

But ecom office (In jorhat, assam) dosenot contect me on that day. Today i again received a same message and they don't contact me yet. Then i received call from ecom express and they told me that their staff delivered my product but it's not delivered yet. They said that "ok we will check issue and deliver it"but still no response.                                       I booked nokia 150 from amazon website.
                                      My order tracking number is[protected]
                                      It has already been reached to the final warehouse of your company.
                                      When i called the warehouse employee on phone, he told me to wait for 2 more days.
                                      Then he called me next day and told me to collect it from your warehouse located in charkhi dadri city in haryana.
                                      But i told them to deliver it to my address.
                                      But his behaviour was very unprofessional and arrogant.
                                      He was very disrespectful and talked i'll with me. I recorded his call on my phone.

                                      Please take the required action against them with in 2 working days and deliver the product.

                                      Or else i will have to file a defamation case against your company in the court under the "section 499 and 500 of the indian penal code" and a complaint in the consumer forum under the "consumer protection act -1986".
