[Resolved]  Ecom Express — parcel not delivered and updating wrong information

I have a parcel with your delivery team last 4days. Not delivered. I have not contacted yet but and updating the wrong number info in tracking details.

I contacted customer care 4 days they are not listening only telling tomorrow they again and again. Attaching Google location of my home with this, hopefully will you can solve the problem
