Ecom Express is very bad in picking up return or delivering products in Jeypore dist.koraput, Odisha. Ecom express sends the message of delivery/pickup but the person here dont even call or try to contant and send that we havent respond the call. Its very bad experience here.       Worst courier service near pathanamthitta they never deliver courier service in time.
      They are not interested in delivering the goods on time and ask the customers to come and collect it at their office.
      They asked me to come and collect the courier which was sent from amazon to ecom express courier office, and their office is almost 30 km from my place. I told them to send it to somewhere nearby place and i can collect it, they said it's not possible from their side and they gave the report that my area is not serviceable and not reachable.
      The funniest part is that they have an office very nearby to my place which is just 6 to 7 km but but this people they were reluctant to send to the nearest courier office and get it delivered.
      When i called up the ecom express customer care he is asking me to collect the courier 30 km apart.
      The worst of the worst courier services is ecom express, ezhamkulam, kerala.

          Regarding ECOM AirWay Bill Number[protected]

          The collection receipt Image has already been enclosed at [protected]@ecomexpress.in dated: Feb 12, 2019, 12:56 PM for ready refrence.

          My mother had handedover the box containing the following items:
          1. The Mobile device
          2. The charger
          3. The USB Data Cable
          4. The User Manual
          Although the ECOM Representative had denied to collect the Invoice hardcopy stating that It is not required.

          The Initials of the Person on Acknowledgement receipt are :
          Pawan

          The device was collected on Feb..6.2019, even the post pickup confirmation text message on my number [protected] was also received the same date.
          I have received an EMail from Smartron mentioning that they people have received Mobile device only. The Two Pin Charger and USB Data Cable were not in the box. My mother had raised an query regarding the mention of items list over the acknowledgement receipt to your representative but he denied and just signed with his initials.

          I have been requesting the organosation through its customer care Weblink to trace the query and Initiate necessary action regarding the missing of Two Pin Charger adapter and USB Data Cable. Otherwise provide me Ambala Cantt service agency branch address / Desk Number so that I can speak to the concerning person as my situation has become hectic because of missing of original Accesory components, But no response from the Organisation.
          I am really dissatisfied with ECom Express service ( Partner's service) because my original accessories has been missing and when i spoke to customer care executive ( dated Feb 12.2019 through [protected], although her service attitude is appreciable but she could not provide me Ambala Cantt, Haryana branch communication details).

          As per my previous discussion with My Mobile Device Manufacturer - Smartron India ( Telecommunically + EMail) I was supposed to handover all the components to the ECom representative for my device to get it repaired on time and even the same was performed but neglect in service has been practiced by ECom Express team representative

          I have been trying to lodge my complaint at Organisation's Portal but not being able to as the server is not responding because of some technical incompatibilities.
          I had EMailed the Company at customercare dated 12.2.2019 even had lodged my complaint in written form at ECom organisation webportal regarding the same but have not received any response in EMail Form
          I had received a telephonic call dated 13.2.2019 at 2:58 PM through [protected] declaring staff member of ECOM Express Company and had admitted the collection of the above mentioned accessories by the Company representative and had told me that the same guy shall handover the above mentioned items, which ofcourse were not dispatched, to me till 13.2.2019 evening but the same has not been handedover till now dated 14.2.2019.
          This is ridiculous, because of following grounds:
          1/ If the ECom representative had denied to collect the Invoice Hardcopy from my mother at the time of handset device collection, he could have refused to collect the accessories too.
          2. If he had collected the accessories by mistake then, at the least he would have informed us through telecommunication call at any of my contact numbers mentioned in my details regarding the accessories and would have returned the same on prefrence basis.
          3. I received an EMail from Smartron company regarding the receiving of handset device for repair, i initiated the initial query through your portal complaint process, then only the careless staff awakened and contacted me telephonically through [protected] stating the return of the same, the above listed accessories at my place on priority basis but have not been ensured till 14.2.2019.
          I called [protected] dated 14.2.2019 regarding the non compliance of the accessories then again i was assured for the return of the same till 15.2.2019.

          Is this the system ECom Express organisation's staff is working upon, just false assurances.
          Please assist me for systematic and straight path through which i can claim my accessories back arding the mischiviousness and undue delays in ensuring the return of my device accessories, which even could have been used by Ambala Branch staff for ( from 6.2.2019 to till date)

            The delivery centre is at jagannathpur, jharkhand in. They are not sending the delivery man for the last 15 days. The just updated with the fake status of rain or natural calamity without attempting the delivery. Please provide me with the contact details of the delivery centre to whom i can contact personally. If you can't do this your own. Because i have got tired of complaining again and again. Please do something.

              Consignment with the above awb details has been picked up from the seller on 8 feb'19. The present tracking details shows that the consignment is in-transit. But the tracking details has not been updated since the past 3 days (11 feb, 19). The consignment has left the bangalore hub on 10 feb'19 and has reached the chennai hub on 11 feb'19.
              But the delivery has not been initiated since the past 3 days.
              I have attached a screen grab of the tracking details.
              I request ecom express to look into the issue and initiate the delivery at the earliest.

                I placed a return request of shoes that i ordered from jabong. On the day of pickup i got message that keep the package ready. And after that i got a message that your shioment has not been picked up after first attempt. And no one called me.
                Another day the ecom guy calls and says i cannot come to your house if you can come to a nearby place to me. So i said ok. After that i was unable to contact as there was no option for call back, i tried on the same number but it was not any help.
                And the very next day int he evening the same guy called and hanged up the call in 2 seconds.
                I do not understand what you guys are upto.
                I want my package to be returned.

                  This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I was suppose to receive my parcel(Awb[protected] yesterday. But till now I din receive my parcel. I had called your courier service many times regarding my parcel. Your staff had assured that I will get my parcel by yesterday or today before 8 o’clock. Today by 8.30pm I received a message mentioning that I was not available in my residents . From yesterday in was waiting in my residents for the parcel and I din receive a call from your executive regarding the delivery. Instead of that a fake message was upadated that I was not available in my residents.
                  I regret to say that am literally very disappointed by the service provided by your company. I hope a serious notice regarding the complaint will be taken to ensure that the parcel will be delivered to me as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered a product on myntra on 9 feb... And the site shows that product have shipped on 10 feb... When i tracked the product in ecom tracking site it keeps on showing that pickup is rescheduled for next day.. This is the first time i am facing this kind of problem.. Can i know when my shipment will begin and it will delivered please reply fast and take necessary actions.

                        I use glowroad, the product was delivered by your courier service but it has not been updated in the app from where i ordered it, what happened?.. Almost every product information under your courier service is not being updated.
                        Please tell me what to do... Since glowroad is an online business shop... If the delivery status is not updated i won't get my commission.
                        The product under other courier service had been delivered smoothly without any problem.

                            I placed an order from amazon. My waybill number is[protected]. The delivery guy from ecom express was about to deliver the product on 8th feb. But when i tried to track order on ecom express it showed due to wrong address the order couldn't get delivered which is completely untrue. The shipping address is accurate and valid. When i called the delivery guy he denied me to deliver the product. Please look into the matter asap on a urgent basis.

                            I enquired about it.The product has not got delivered till now.In Amazon also it's showing out for delivery.                                   I would like registered complain against my order with order number : [protected]. The courier boy who was suppose to deliver the order had called me just once before delivering the order i had clearly explained him my detailed address after that also he not only delivered it at wrong place but also didn't take any signature or verification id as well.
                                  Just for sake of delivering the order he had dropped the packet at wrong place & marked as delivered. When i had checked with other wings people thereafter i was able to detect my packet. Request you to take some neccesary action against irresponsible attitude.
