I ordered a product from paytm mall awb number[protected]. Its expected delivery was approximately 28 jan 2019, but today as on 04 feb 2019, i called ecom customer care executive, he told me that your order has been cancelled by paytm mall, i then called paytm mall executive, and she told me that the order has not been cancelled on their behalf and is still in transit. Just now i again tracked my order, and it shows me rto locked as on 04 feb 2019 17:13 hrs. Please look into the matter and i only want my parcel delivered, nothing else. Much regards
