This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I was suppose to receive my parcel(Awb[protected] yesterday. But till now I din receive my parcel. I had called your courier service many times regarding my parcel. Your staff had assured that I will get my parcel by yesterday or today before 8 o’clock. Today by 8.30pm I received a message mentioning that I was not available in my residents . From yesterday in was waiting in my residents for the parcel and I din receive a call from your executive regarding the delivery. Instead of that a fake message was upadated that I was not available in my residents.
I regret to say that am literally very disappointed by the service provided by your company. I hope a serious notice regarding the complaint will be taken to ensure that the parcel will be delivered to me as soon as possible.

    I purchased a shirt from amazon.in. But as it was not well fitting, i returned it. They fixed my return with ecom express. My pickup tracking id is:[protected].
    I returned my package as mentioned in rules of return packages to the pick up guy from ecom express. But these people's now telling me that i didn't returned the product. I want my money back. Why the hell you cheat like this. You people missed my product causing loss to me. I informed your customer care executive but they are not responding correctly. Why the hell on this world your company exists. Cheaters.

      I have ordered a product on myntra on 9 feb... And the site shows that product have shipped on 10 feb... When i tracked the product in ecom tracking site it keeps on showing that pickup is rescheduled for next day.. This is the first time i am facing this kind of problem.. Can i know when my shipment will begin and it will delivered please reply fast and take necessary actions.

        I use glowroad, the product was delivered by your courier service but it has not been updated in the app from where i ordered it, what happened?.. Almost every product information under your courier service is not being updated.
        Please tell me what to do... Since glowroad is an online business shop... If the delivery status is not updated i won't get my commission.
        The product under other courier service had been delivered smoothly without any problem.

            I placed an order from amazon. My waybill number is[protected]. The delivery guy from ecom express was about to deliver the product on 8th feb. But when i tried to track order on ecom express it showed due to wrong address the order couldn't get delivered which is completely untrue. The shipping address is accurate and valid. When i called the delivery guy he denied me to deliver the product. Please look into the matter asap on a urgent basis.

            I enquired about it.The product has not got delivered till now.In Amazon also it's showing out for delivery. Neither anyone has called on 10th Feb nor it got delivered.Check your facts properly and please take some actions asap.I am enclosing a snapshot of today which is showing the product is about to get delivered which is still not delivered.I am receiving this message "the product is out for delivery" everyday since 8th Feb.But it's not getting delivered.Whatever information you are getting from your branch office it's completely false.Please resolve my matter asap.

                  I would like registered complain against my order with order number : [protected]. The courier boy who was suppose to deliver the order had called me just once before delivering the order i had clearly explained him my detailed address after that also he not only delivered it at wrong place but also didn't take any signature or verification id as well.
                  Just for sake of delivering the order he had dropped the packet at wrong place & marked as delivered. When i had checked with other wings people thereafter i was able to detect my packet. Request you to take some neccesary action against irresponsible attitude.

                    I was ordered for 50000mah through clicktushop but i received 32000mah, my order number is cts1308479.                           I have worked for 9 months in ecom express india private limited i. E from february 2018 to november 30th 2018. On the last date hr has told that i will get my final settlement in 45 days, but its been 66 days, i didn't received single penny till date. I have been continuously following up with head-office hr team and bangalore hr team but there is no proper response, they are just prolonging the date. This is the worst experience i had in my career.

                            I return a product on 24th jan 2019 but it didn't sent to another hub and not given any kind of return receipt. My awb no.[protected] when i complaint it to courier boy he started misbehaving with me. Please help to get my refund
                            The product was bought on "my shop prime" website. I bought two products from it because one was defective so i return defective piece and bought a new same product. When the delivery boy brought the new one then he picked up defective product. But did not give any return receipt.

                              I ordered, from an advertisment on instagram, a combo offer of 3 watches of fastrack brand in 1399 price. I was in a belief that the product is original but when i received my order i found it all fake and defective product. All the three watches were getting opened from back cover, clearly appearing to be fake. There is also no bill found inside the box.. Please help me to recover my money and to return it.

                                I ordered a product from paytm mall awb number[protected]. Its expected delivery was approximately 28 jan 2019, but today as on 04 feb 2019, i called ecom customer care executive, he told me that your order has been cancelled by paytm mall, i then called paytm mall executive, and she told me that the order has not been cancelled on their behalf and is still in transit. Just now i again tracked my order, and it shows me rto locked as on 04 feb 2019 17:13 hrs. Please look into the matter and i only want my parcel delivered, nothing else. Much regards
