Ecom deliver boy calls by this number [protected]
And informed me about my package, i have some issues regarding amount, so delivery boy and manager talks mannerless and forced me to accept the package any how, i refused to accept the package as i have some issues regarding amazon, so the manager told me to not to book any package from further, he also told me that we will not deliver your packages, and talks to me in i'll mannered way through out the call, plz take responsible action...

    Ecomm express employees in gangtok area are not delivering the product. Sometime they call and ask us to pick up the products ourself. And there office is 8 to 10 kms away from my home. I had placed an order 15 days ago and it is still undelivered. And i order a product again via bluedart n it has reached me within 4 days.       This product is not good. It is fully damage and fake product. And the product is not working. If we charge the power bank it is not charging and the capability of the power bank is very low. Bluetooth headset is not working, and not onning at all. This product is fully fake product. U r cheating the costumers. Full fake and unworthable product provided by your company.

        Hi

        This is regarding my amazon order awb[protected] and clickoncare "pre-paid" shipment awb[protected]. Both were send to me by ecom express logistic by beginning of jan 19. However today till 26th it has not reached to me. And the sad thing is that ecom have returned the first one back to amazon with out consulting me or calling me. My delivery address was clear and i got other deliverables correctly by other courier agents. Ecom send back my amazon order back with a incorrect statement that i refused to accept that. This is the worst experience i got from any of the courier company. I called amazon and click on care and instructed to not send any of my deliverables via ecom but the already send one is gone.

            Very disappointed with vendor pickup customer service. No contact number no one will help. Really very poor service. Also you can not directly to samalkha hub center... If you want to contact the pickup hub so you can not call them and all pickup boy and the one pickup boy is very unprofessional and very rude... That guy contact number is [protected]... This guy behaviour is very bad and not coming for the pickup and not picking the phone.

              I never seen such a worst delivery services like ecom express.. The delivery boys calling away from 10 km miters to pick courier and they dont have manner..                       I order a product in 11th January from Paytm mall. again came to me a message Your order was delivered on 14th january. but I did not get any product. i talked on paytm care. He did a complaint ecom express. against me but no call came. again i talked ecom express. then they made a complaint. and then I got a call on 23rd January, from the ecom express office. He said that your delivery will happen. 24th january got me the product. But in the product I am having some issues. So I talked to paytm mall customer care to return or replace this product.                                 Awb no[protected] dated 6th january 2019. Ordered this and waiting for delivery, status changed to undelivered on 10th jan without any call or arrival for delivery and still now its showing as undelivered but the packet not yet reached to me. Nearly 20 days now, and still no idea where is the packet and how the condition of the things inside the parcel. Very poor service and no contact number of the courier company showing / picking.

                                  There exist a delivery to my location, but the delivery boy call me and said there is no delivery exist so he delivered my product to some other location, and he informed the address he delivered but due to signal problem i have not get the address and delivery boy cut the call without mentioned, and i tried to call to that number but it says check the number. And the delivery boy not delivered my product and he updated status as delivered, and ecom express not provided the deliver boy contact number, how could i get my product. Such a fraud.
                                  My awb number is[protected] and the delivery boy name is narige ramesh.
                                  Please solve my issue, delivery boy he himself kept status as delivered.

                                    I have ordered some items from one site and it was sent through ECom Express. It reached its delivery centre on 18th, January 2019. But the item was kept in the Delivery Centre for 5 days and not delivered. On the evening of 22nd January, 2019 I got a call from ECom, Aizawl saying that the product was with them for a long time and they ask me to collect at their centre. He further said that since it was with them for a long time, he wanted to update in the website as "delivered".
                                    I was shocked. I told them that they are suppose to deliver to my house as i paid for the shipping bill. To this, he got angry and said the delivery guy for our area recently quit, and that i should go and collect from their centre otherwise he would sent it back.
                                    I log into ECom Tracking site instantly and they have mark as "Shipment undelivered- Shipment attempted- Customer unavailable"
                                    I am very shocked and unhappy with their service and their rude staff.
