      I made serveral calls and also escalated still there is no resolution.

        I bought a product from paytm mall to 11 january. And my AWB no. 289487154. Then I got a massage. Your order on 14th febuary has been delivered to you. but I not find any stuff. But before that on behalf of ecom Express I did not receive any call or massage.

        I order a product in 11th January from Paytm mall. again came to me a message Your order was delivered on 14th january. but I did not get any product. i talked on paytm care. He did a complaint ecom express. against me but no call came. again i talked ecom express. then they made a complaint. and then I got a call on 23rd January, from the ecom express office. He said that your delivery will happen. 24th january got me the product. But in the product I am having some issues. So I talked to paytm mall customer care to return or replace this product. So they said that our return or replacement policy is of 7 days. And your delivery is being shown on 14th january. Now how do I return or replace this product?

                    There exist a delivery to my location, but the delivery boy call me and said there is no delivery exist so he delivered my product to some other location, and he informed the address he delivered but due to signal problem i have not get the address and delivery boy cut the call without mentioned, and i tried to call to that number but it says check the number. And the delivery boy not delivered my product and he updated status as delivered, and ecom express not provided the deliver boy contact number, how could i get my product. Such a fraud.

                    Please solve my issue, delivery boy he himself kept status as delivered.

                      I have ordered some items from one site and it was sent through ECom Express. It reached its delivery centre on 18th, January 2019. But the item was kept in the Delivery Centre for 5 days and not delivered. On the evening of 22nd January, 2019 I got a call from ECom, Aizawl saying that the product was with them for a long time and they ask me to collect at their centre. He further said that since it was with them for a long time, he wanted to update in the website as "delivered".
                      I was shocked. I told them that they are suppose to deliver to my house as i paid for the shipping bill. To this, he got angry and said the delivery guy for our area recently quit, and that i should go and collect from their centre otherwise he would sent it back.
                      I log into ECom Tracking site instantly and they have mark as "Shipment undelivered- Shipment attempted- Customer unavailable"
                      I am very shocked and unhappy with their service and their rude staff.

                          This is regarding booking number 443315 & tracking number[protected],
                          This order was showing delivered on 17.01 however i had not received the same, because of which i had huge fight with the seller, now again on 22.01 one person from you courier company came for return pick for same pant which was not delivered, this is really very unprofessional,..

                          I am yet to get delivery update of my order, (Now i have cancelled the order and that seller has returned my money) but still the deal was closed on very bitter note.

                          This all end up us both treating each other cheaters,,,

                            I ordered a shampoo from flipkart on 18 jan and on 21 i got a message that the product is delivered successfully to the self. When i check the flipkart site and ecom express site both shows delivered but not received the product yet. As i wasn't available when product was out for delivery, i think they gave it to someone.                                 I ordered a lehenga choli from zfashionshop which was being delivered by ecom express but the dress material is so cheap and the color is varying entirely from the picture displayed...i have tried to contact them many times through mail id...their wats app number ...Their facebook messenger...that company is not listening to me or to my complaint...I don't know how u can supply the products of such fraud company who befool customers like me...                                   I had ordered a product from Shein.com and it was supposed to be delivered on 16th January. I was unavailable just that day. I have been raising a complaint since 17th January EVERYDAY until today 21st January. And they keep telling me that they will deliver my package 'tomorrow' which has apparently never come. I will be out of town from 23rd January and then I won't be able to receive it at all.

                                  This is the worst 'complaint' service I have witnessed so far. The customer care personnel is not even connecting me to any senior executive. They have been absolutely useless.
                                  Kindly see to my issue and process my delivery asap.

                                    He came to my place n asked for exact change of 1620.00. But being a weekend we were not able to arrange for exact change so asked him to wait for few minutes. By the time he started shouting at me n went away. Very rude n irate behavior. Such man not fit to be in customer service or delivery field. Pls chuck him out of this job. Otherwise we will never buy anything using ecom express. His mobile [protected]. He just spoiled our weekend mood. Very angry abt his behavior.

                                      Hi consumer complaints team,

                                      I have order a garment product on wills lifestyle and they shipped it through ecomexpress which is delivery company, below are the details of order and tracking number.

                                      Since i got the message from wills lifestyle that product is shipped to delivery i was tracking it through provided number.

                                      Ecomexpress were constantly updating the tracking status saying delivery failed due to customer unavailability which is not true and i'm ready for any investigation which has happened on the days 16-jan-2019, 17-jan-2019, 18-jan-2019, in fact i called them why the status is being wrongly updated and they use to say we will let the concern department and make sure it will be delivered in 24hrs.

                                      Finally, on 19-jan-2018 at 17:51 they have updated status saying product is delivered to customer and by seeing this i was shocked, in fact got depressed.

                                      I never received any product from and they never contact ever since it got shipped from wills lifestyle i'm ready for any investigation.

                                      Please take action and i wish this company shouldn't function give mental disappointment to people by saying we have contacted but not responded to consumers and claiming that they have delivered the products though they didn't.
