Sorry to inform u that i have a serious problem which is to b shared.

Sir a parcel from amazon have to deliver yesterday but courier boy of khariar ecom named himanshu mob no. [protected] didnot call me. From my side i have called him at 7 o clock.. He have miss behaved me and said offensive word after that he have blocked me.. He also said further parcel in my name he will not give.. So i have said it to amazon to not to send my order in ecom.

    The courier (Awb no.[protected] was picked up from panipat, haryana and to be sent to oneassist, delhi office. The delivery was assured on 26th dec, 2018.

    It has already been 28th dec, 2018 and package has been sent to kadapa hub (Andhra pradesh).

    May i know why it has been sent to andhra pradesh when delivery is of delhi?

    I am in contact of ecom customer service, but their replies are not even satisfactory.

    Please give me explanation of the same and deliver my parcel at the earliest as it is very urgent.

    The shipment is still there on your delhi hub, it needs to be delivered in delhi only. When will it be delivered?
    Its already beed 9 days for sending a pracel fron Panipat to Delhi (90kms), you guys have taken 9 days for it and still it is undelivered.
    Shame on your courier service and on your customer service as well.

      Please get me a resolution asap. I can see that the order is now ECOM trying to return to origin. Nobody contacted/informed me regarding this. As i can see in courier tracking page multiple delivery attempts shown but nobody contacted me till now. How can you update as multiple delivery attempted without attempting once.

      I want a solution within 24 hours with valid reason else i will move legally.

        It is not working well. It is dead on arrival time. It is not changable. And also it is not along with charging cable.           Their answer is more painful for me. I did not noted the sellers address then how can i made complaint in sellers portal.             Dear courier service provider,
            I am booking some health medicine from netmeds on line pharmacy 0n dated 30 nov 2018 awb[protected]. My item was not delivered by courier boy he said come at far location and take your parcell because i have a lot of parcell if you want to take come fast i'm not waiting you, then i get a msg that customer not available so undelivered. Again i have processing on 17 december same medicine item awb[protected], now msg has been shown that customer refused the parcel without calling me neither he call me nor comes at my mentioned address.

            Please taking this issues as seriously, someone waiting for necessary helth medicine.

            I really had very very bad experience with delivery boy, he was very arrogant, he said he will not come to deliver my order on my giving address and hence he asked me to come at different location than my mentioned delivery address... This caused me lot of frustration... I asked him i will not accept delivery at that address i hope you will look into this matter very seriously... I really would like delivery boy to say sorry to me... Otherwise i will use all my social connections to highlight this matter if you don't take proper action...                   The branch open in imphal is the worst for delivering parcel for flipkart order. They have unpacked and teared the parcel. This act is highly uncivilised and i have lost the trust in ordering from the online website if they are delivering it.                     I made a return request on 20/12/2018 on myntra and i gave my office address to product get picked up. The order num is[protected] and awb number is[protected]. I got the msg from ecom express on 22/12 stating that the product has not been picked up after frst attempt on 21/12. However, i did not get any msg regarding this. Since then i have made calls two times but still they say to wait for the day and the agents are least interested to help the customer. When i tracked it by shipment num i saw that everyday a assignee gets assigned for this task and at the end the status gets updated as "reverse pickup not complete". Please explain me what is taking so long to pick up the product.in case my return request gets delayed because of ecom i'm gonna take a serious action coz the product is real costly.

                    I request you to help me in this matter as it is already 5 days late request.

                        I used to order products online from flipkart and amazon. Most of the time exom is doing the delivery in my area. Ecom is refusing to deliver the product in my home each and everytime. I don't know why. Whenever an ordered product arrives they are asking me to come and pickup the product from the courier service. My neighbours are also facing the same issue. If we are not able to pickup the product from their office in one day. Then they will cancel the product and return it. What is the use of paying home delivery charge if you can't deliver it. Worst experience ever from ecom express.

                            I had ordered a product from shop-mercedes-benz.co.in on 16 December 2018 and I was expecting it to be delivered within 7-10 days. Consequently I received an email from the shopping site on 19 December 2018 that my product has been shipped with AWB no:[protected]. But since then the tracking page on Ecom Express's website is just displaying the message, "Pickup rescheduled for next day".

                            What is wrong with the delivery?

                              I complaint yesterday too. But when i tracked my order it is as same as yesterday!!! My tracking number is[protected]. Please, kindly please take action ecom team i want my order to be delivered soon now. Cz am not available at provided address after wednesday. Please take action. Its more than 20 days i placed order!!! I dont want to cancle this bcz i cant order it again. Team i will be gratefull i[censored] take immediate action and deliver my percel to me by wednesday. Thank you

                                I'm pradeepta and the product's awd number is[protected]. It's prepaid product. I had received a mail referring it's delivery on 24th december before 7pm but i haven't received the item till now. But received a mail stating the products are delivered which is incorrect. Kindly resolve the matter and deliver the products today and correct ecomexpress helpline numbers displayed on the various websites. None of them are working.

                                  As they updated wrong status without contacting the person and intentionally updated that consignment requested for future delivery
                                  As the delivery executive didnt contact me and at least sent a message as a reminder and blindly updated with out any responsibility
                                  When i called the customer service they doesn't have the delivery executive number, how poor the service and communication it is.

                                    I have ordered christmas tree through amazon and was to be deliverd to me on saturday that is 22dec.
                                    I kept on following up with your customer service all false promises were made. Its a worst service. They dont know how to talk to customer and one of the agent promised to transfer the call to senior manager and kept me on hold and after some time he disconnected. Since 3 three days same answer i am getting its in tarnist.
                                    Guys can you understand the urge of the order its christmas tree.
                                    I suggest each and every one not use this courier service.
                                    Worst customer service.

                                        I had ordered from myntra. I got some orders but some are still left. I had ordered all in same day, then why am i not getting everything at once.
