Our parcel from banggood shows delivered but it's still not delivered. The awb no. Is[protected]. Worst case i've encountered, i'm talking to guys at banggood. I'm waiting for their reply or else i'll file a complaint against both of them. I've seen their rating and other such, similar issues. Don't know why banggood is still using their services.

The items i ordered were crucial at the point. Hope i'd get my issue resolved asap.

      I had ordered to repair my smartphone and the phone company issued a reverse pickup from ecom express. The shipment was picked up on 25/02/19 but yet it has not reached the repair center. I am also unable to view the exact status i. E. Location of the shipment. It is only showing shipment scanned at hub. The company says that it takes 2-3 days to deliver the product. I have attached the screenshot of the delivery status.

          As i show in picture, picture was good based on that i was place order for same, when i received it was pathetic, i never seen like waste product. So that i initiate for refunded my amount.. It was like duplicate product as i received, my friend are also using fastrack brand, watch are like heave and this product was like so light. This the reason i need my refund amount to my account or paytm.

              I am getting a call from your guys since yesterday but i am getting delivery of parcel.                 I have ordered a here and now, fit and flare dress from myntra, i received a message that it will delivered today by ecomexpress delivery service. But i have not received any call from the delivery boy and now i have received a message that the product is delivered to self but i have not received any product. What kind of irresponsible and irritating service. Why you people need phone number 😡 and address. Now how can i receive my product. This is the first time i am experiencing this kind of irresponsible service, never experienced this kind from any other delivery services. I need my product. So when will i receive my product.

                  We are from neighbourhood motors and we order liquid transfer pump × 3 at 13th feb 2019 from shopping corner. They delivered our order via ecom express pvt ltd. Our order no is[protected] and awb no is-[protected]. After 15 days we still not receive our parcel or even not receive any update also.
                  We made payment via credit card and the payment is rs-4497.
                  This is our payment detail.

                  "alert: you've spent rs.4497.00 on credit card xx2548 at xpress seo solutions on[protected]:21:59:52."

                  Now we want our payment back because this is cheater company and not fullfill our satisfaction.

                        I want to inform you that i ordered my product on cubelelo on 16th february, 2019. It was shipped by ecomexpress. The website said it will be delivered on 23ed feb but it's not yet delivered. Also the tracking system always says "bag collected from hub" also it does not provide any current location of my shipment. It's been a week and it's not yet delivered.
                        The delivery progress map is always stuck at in transit
                        I would request to deliver it quickly as possible.

                            Hi. There a package (Sim) from vodafone that to be delivered to me. But i did not got it delivered yet. The reason is it automatically get scheduled for the next day. When i ask for explanation to the customer service, i am getting a very rude reply. Seriously this is the worst delivery service i have ever come across in my life. I have never experienced these kind of things. I really don't understand how the delivery itself gets rescheduled the next day. This happens everytime. And the customer service is really really rude. No proper reply. Such a waste of time.

                              I have ordered an item from amazon till not received my product i have tracked the item on amazon app it shoes item is in waleyar and next in ponnani hub and this time i think they will contact me but no one contacted yet and the next day it shows the item is in waleyar why only the ecom express delivery is like this i have ordered many items from online all items was delivered by delhivery they done it perfectly and those items received on before the said time this was my first time delivery through ecom and i haven't seen such an irresponsible #... There is no contact numbers to contact you nothing is available what the * you guys all are doing by opening a delivery service..in my life haven't seen such irresponsible delivery service why you guys are not contacting your customers...

                                Hello i did not receive any parcel from ecom express but shows as delivered. I purchased the product from banggood tracking number - aljcc[protected]yq.

                                Really worried with your delivery method and no one from your courier called my registered number or delivered to my home address. I checked with neighbours as well.

                                  I had ordered a wrist watch from lemigo network technology private limited in facebook. I had received the product from ecom express. The picture of the product shown in the website was larger but the actual product is very small and not as attractive as it is in the website. The product was delivered to me on[protected].
