It is about to reference number

And the product that we have received is not the one we have ordered.
It is poor quality and not worth of even 100 but you have taken 1298 on cash.
I do not have details how to return it back
Pls request to arrange for cash back on immediate basis.

I didn't get amount for another product because of your carelessness when i call him to ask him he is not responding make sure i that issue get resolved in 2 days otherwise it will a serious issue because it happened 20 days back from that time they didn't responded..       I had ordered a wet n wild glitter eyeshadow on purplle.com, the delivery of which was to be done by ecom express. I got a message saying the item is out for delivery but have not received any parcel yet. The delivery was 1/1/19. It's 7/1/19 and there's still no response. I called ecom customer care service, a girl picked up the call and said she cannot help it and i'll have to locate my shipment. If they cannot help customers why do they sit around those corporate chairs with their heavy make ups and accents. I request you to kindly look into the matter. My awb no is[protected]

        Recently i bought an acer laptop from flipkart which i received on time with no defects, i was totally satisfied with ur services but it changed within no time when ur employee filled a complaint of missing product to flipkart without my consent and has tried to claim refund for my product which i'm using now... I was totally shattered by such experience and now i m moving to high court to file a suit against him and e.com as well...
        How can a logistics department to such # when whole of its value depends on credibility... When u r loosing the same how can one trust u...

        This has happened twice with me. Firstly my nykaa order was not delivered in time, it was returned to the company without making any genuine attempt and now once again my reverse pickup has also failed unnecessarily without making any attempt.

                  I am supposed to receive a courier from this which they claim it dispatched using from express courier.

                  Following is the message i received from them.
                  Dear venkat ramakrishnan, your byjus learning companion is dispatched via ecom-expresswith tracking number[protected]. You should receive it in next 2-5 working days. For any query, please call [protected].

                  Couple times they had called me and i was out of station. But when i am back and checked in their website, it says it is delivered but no info on to whom they have delivered. It s been 3 weeks still did not get the courier.

Its showing delivered on 1st dec, 2018 to forbseganj, but not received by the correct customer. Its delivered to someone else. I am calling several time in ecom customer care number and raised several complaints about it, but from last 20 to 25 days they are saying please wait 24 hrs or wait for 48 hrs, within that time your problem will resolve. But now already its more than one month but no proper response revised form them.

                        I ordered 3 t shirts from myntra in their flash sale... The prices were really cheap and i payed extra also to get it delivered soon... The e com express man on sunday which is a holiday called me telling my order will be delivered that day... Even though i had other engagements i waited for him... He called me once from an app no... Before i could pick up he cut my call... I tried callimg bak they said no is not availabke now... I tried many tymes in vain... Now 4 days after i get a call from a person telling my producy will be delivered tomorrow... It was because of stike and all they coudnt come... But after 2 hrs i get mess from mynta telling my order been returned to origin... What nonsence... They juat called me once that too on a sunday now they say... They called me many tymes and coudnt reach so they simple retutned it... These e com people have to be sewed

                          Your Airway bill number[protected], when I track, every day saying that went for delivery, and in the evening it shows either I am not available or I refused to take the delivery.
                          I am following up with your supervisor from 3 days.
                          I personally went to your Bhimavaram office. I sent my driver thrice.

                          The answer is they could not locate the parcel in their store. That means they either misplaced or they lost the parcel.

                              I, eppa naresh as returned the two myntra products on 29.12.2018. Employee (Cheerla manik reddy) of ecom express has received the item and told me to send the acknowledgement slip later. But he hasn't sent me the slip. Whenever i am contacting through mobile he is not picking up the call.

                              Pl. Provide me the acknowledgment slip for the item highlander men brown top wear.

                                I bought a product from myntra and this guy from ecom express sent me message everyday morning for 4 days your item is out for delivery and he never showed up, after four days ecom sent me a message i refused to take delivery. This is absurd.

                                This guy should be punished who is playing the tricks and customer like me suffer. Ecom is responsible as it's not providing any complaint email and their phone no. Is always busy.

                                  The id no.[protected] is my order no.. I order the item on 23rd december at amazon. Cybernova company was send the product name toiletary bag worth rs 800 by ecom express. But janvary 1st i got the msg from ecom express the order deliverd.. But the any person of ecom express was not come to my addres.. They did not give me the order till today. I receive the wrong msg from ecom express. Pls solve my problem because i paid the money that order already. It was an prepaid order. I am so sufferd. Pls solve my problem. Pls give my order immidiatly. The phone no. Of ecom express shimogga is wrong.. I try to contact by that no.. But that was wrong no. Pls pls help me

                                    My prepaid order[protected] was not delivered on the said date instead an sms was received saying it is undelivered as customer not available. Firstly no calls were received from the courier services regarding the delivery and I was available on the said date. Upon repeated enquiries at the E. Com customer service I was told the courier will be delivered TODAY. I have been hearing this Today delivery comment from the customer services for the last 8 to 9 days.
                                    Worst courier services ever encountered is E. Com. If proper services can't be provided why don't you shut down your customer service wing. At least have the courtesy to locate my courier. When asked for self collection I am told that there is no near by branches which I understand is bull ###. Rather than earning living by cheating die with privilege..

                                      My name is saritha.. From shimogga. I am orderd 1 item in amazon.. They send my order by ecom express.. But my order is not reach my address.. The message send to me by ecom express the order was delivered.. But i dont receive the order from ecom express.. They could not contact me till today. Pls give my parcel.. The given no. Of ecomexpress shimogga is not correct. I will try to contact them but i can't. They send the msg ti my mobile no. On janvary 1st. The order is deliverd. But i book my order cybernova company toiletary bag at amazon. The company send the order by ecom express.. But my order is not reach to my addres.
