    A message received from ecom at 1354hours in my mobile stated as given under :-
    "your amazon"cod"shipment[protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin:[protected] please keep rs 290.0 ready for payment."
    At 1432hr a call from [protected] received by me to pick up my item from 35 km from my address. I told to him it is not possible to pick up this item from there and told to deliver the item whenever he will come near my address. But surprisely i received a message immediate from ecom stated as under :
    "your amazon order awb[protected] was undelivered as you refused to accept it".
    Please clarify it and take a strict action.

      Hello,
      It is about to reference number
      Ecottoncountry "cod" shipment[protected] is l delivered by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin:[protected]
      And the product that we have received is not the one we have ordered.
      It is poor quality and not worth of even 100 but you have taken 1398 on cash.
      I do not have details how to return it back
      Pls request to arrange for cash back on immediate basis.

        I have an order from myntra[protected]-3650001. On 3rd january from myntra message came that my order has been shipped to delivery centre via ecom express with no[protected]. From 4th january iam tracking my order, daily at 7:03 am they updates it that "the pickup is rescheduled for next dat" why ecom express is delaying it? I have already paid

        Same day of complaint they shipped my parcel. And after 3 days of complaint i got my parcel. So before complaining they didn't even shipped my parcel. I ordered a jacket and sweater worth Rs 2400 which i have paid online already. There was no cash on delivery, so they were trying to delay my order so that they can keep my parcel.

            I have ordered few producte worth Rs.528/- through Nykaa. And I was supposed to get the delivery by 25th December 2018. But today its 8th of January 2019, and yet I have not received my pakage and no update of the same also. This is truly disturbing as this is a prepaid order and I'm getting cheatrd daily by ECOM Express call fentre that I'll get my parcel today.
            Do help in solving this issue at the earliest and make my parcel reach me.

                I ordered white solid sweatshirt from jabong with on 31st of december. I have requested a return pickup of my order (Order number :[protected] and shipment number[protected] on 3rd of january'19 but since then whenever i'm tracking the order on ecom express official website it keeps showing me that the pickup is scheduled for next day since last 4 days. I don't understand that what is wrong about the order and why the pickup is being delayed. I followed up ecom express customer center multiple times but didn't get a satisfactory response. Not received a single call from the person who will be picking up my order.

                      I had ordered a wet n wild glitter eyeshadow on purplle.com, the delivery of which was to be done by ecom express. I got a message saying the item is out for delivery but have not received any parcel yet. The delivery was 1/1/19. It's 7/1/19 and there's still no response. I called ecom customer care service, a girl picked up the call and said she cannot help it and i'll have to locate my shipment.                         Recently i bought an acer laptop from flipkart which i received on time with no defects, i was totally satisfied with ur services but it changed within no time when ur employee filled a complaint of missing product to flipkart without my consent and has tried to claim refund for my product which i'm using now...                                 I ordered something from myntra.com with tracking no.[protected] on 2nd of january and it shows me that the item was shipped to delivery centre on 3rd of january but since them whenever i am tracking the order on ecom express official website it keeps showing me that the pickup is scheduled for next day since last 4 days. I don't understand that what is wrong about the order and why it is being delayed

                                  I am supposed to receive a courier from this which they claim it dispatched using from express courier.

                                  Following is the message i received from them.
                                  Dear venkat ramakrishnan, your byjus learning companion is dispatched via ecom-expresswith tracking number[protected]. You should receive it in next 2-5 working days. For any query, please call [protected].

                                  Couple times they had called me and i was out of station. But when i am back and checked in their website, it says it is delivered but no info on to whom they have delivered. It s been 3 weeks still did not get the courier.

                                    I have order a denim jacket on 25th nov, 2018 to the address of raj kumar shah, s/o vishwanath shah, south maheswari near police station, post - jogbani bihar, ward no. 17 aria dist pin code-854328., ph-[protected] tracking number is[protected]. Its showing delivered on 1st dec, 2018 to forbseganj, but not received by the correct customer. Its delivered to someone else. I am calling several time in ecom customer care number and raised several complaints about it, but from last 20 to 25 days they are saying please wait 24 hrs or wait for 48 hrs, within that time your problem will resolve. But now already its more than one month but no proper response revised form them.

                                      I ordered a shoes from myntra which is shipped by you. But yesterday i received a message from myntra that the order has been cancelled. It os because of your fault. I wnat my order. When yesterday moy i checked the status of my order it is shown that it is at delivery center. But now it is shown that it is at benglaru. How this happens. Where is my order. Should i get my order. I have already paid the cash through online transaction.
