    If i call your courier guy [protected] and [protected] automated msg keeps saying enter awb number followed by hash key. I entered everything correctly but automated msg keeps saying you have not entered anything. I tried this thousand times. Courier guy doesn't call second time, we cannot be in front of the phone 24/7. There is no way i can contact courier guy. Another complaint is, since 4 days i am waiting for delivery but no one calls and at end of day everyday i get msg that i postponed the delivery or i wasn't available. All this is lies. But i am in my home itself and i didn't get any call at all. Only today i got call. And now i cannot call that guy back. You have made it all a big mess..

      Hi team,

      I got the below message yesterday

      "dear customer, your shoppers stop"pre-paid"shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: [protected]"

      Also i got a call from the delivery boy but i told him i can't collect it yesterday as i'm not in office and would collect it today. But the status of the courier became delivered yesterday evening itself. I have still not received the courier. Kindly do the needful asap.

        Delivering person called me 4days after i ordered my parcel, due to inconvenient situation i can't attend the call. I missed the call
        After few min i tried to call but delivering person not attending my call
        And i need my parcel soon

        So i want to know that can i get it from ecom express center directly

        If it is possible i will come and buy my parcel

          Hi, guys i want to raised to banned this company. My order no is [protected]. I ordered from snapdeal the snapdeal shows me ordered delivered maybe[protected] to[protected]. But ordered arrived soon. The courier delivery boy called at 8oclock with his like boss attitude and he say that ordered has came. But in that time i was on holiday because of makarsankranti. So i requested to delivery boy to wait for 1 day more i will come. So he say okay with his boss attitude like he is boss of whole company. But 2nd next day i called courier company by following the multiple of task after entering my awb no the courier executive responded me that i will came at evening on 5 o'clock. So i wait but he never come and his call also not came. So i just checked my order status i found my order was locked by courier company. So i called snapdeal customer care executive. They told me we raised the request from us to delivered your order with next 24hours. So wait but within 24 hours no any response. So i called the ecom courier company by multiple of task. The executive said your courier is locked we are raising request to reschedule the delivery. You will get your package within 24 to 48 hours. But the today is 5 day i have call the ecom courier company.in this 5 days the same reply from all that we are raised to reschedule your order and within 24 to 48 hours your package will be delivered. The worst company see in entire life. Most terrible experience from this i stuck by this first of all idiot courier boy who pretend them self as boss. I know they called you before they leave the courier office. But courier boy showing he is at my home on 8 o'clock of morning so big liar. I request that banned this company. Yeah i know this is madness but really harass by this courier company.😑

          I odered a product from club factory (AWB [protected]). Product not yet delivered. They dont make any calls and they returned the product without my knowledge. The worst customer service from ecom. Without making any calls how can you return the product.

            Sir i have booked an wd 2tb hard disk from flipkart and i received it on 16 jan 2020
            I checked the product and performance was not upto mark so i decided to raise return request on the same day of delivery
            But in flipkart app it hasnt been updated so i cant raise return request on same day
            Next day i got updated that product has been delivered so i raised return request
            From there 18 jan no body called me but got message as your return pickup is failed as you requested rescheduling
            19 jan gave a ring for 4 sec and update as i rescheduled but ring was for less time i was unable to pickup the call
            20 jan they called me i lifted the phone no body spoke to me but i was able to listen external noise and i again i message that return has been failed and say that i rescheduled it

            Wab number is[protected]

            But my last date for pickup is 24 jan 2020
            But it is not joke to throw complaint on me that i was rescheduling it look like a fraud to me
            So i have recorded calls that i spoke to them please help me

                Ecom express — invalid awb number (Tracking id) provided by ecom express


                I ordered iphone 11 from a trusted shop from mysore. They gave me the awb number. But while tracking it, from ecom express website it shows message "awb number doesn't exist'. That implies that tracking id is fake or invalid.
                Please help me to trackdown my order.

                  My order no: so[protected] is supposed (Estimated by club factory) to be delivered by 16th of december 2019. It was shown shipped by club factory. I contacted ecom and they said club factory has not yet shipped the order.!! But i’ve got message from cf that it was shipped. From 11th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled ’. Its been almost 5weeks and tracking info is still the same! Why is it happening? Will i get my product???

                        I was purchased a product from club factory but due to some reason i submited a return request (Pickup request son[protected]. 3-4 days before your courier man called me and gave a no. That he will picked ur product but that no. Was wrong. It remains either always busy or switched off. Now, today i have received a call from yours courier man having no.[protected]. First he gave me another no. After saying that he will picked your parcel. I was contacted him but he refused it then i contacted again [protected], he said i will come after half an hour. After 1 hour he contact me, i said to him that i am reaching in 5min. But due to traffic i reached after 6-8 min, then he said i m waiting from long time, i will not received your parcel and now i m going. He misbehaved with me and cancelled my return request also.
                        This is not the right way when i m waiting since 4-5days or whole day, he cannot wait 10minutes. He behaved very rudely.
                        Plz take appropriate action against it.

                          The shipment was never attempted for delivery. Someone is home all day and the tracking status said no one was available. No one came to deliver the package. Awb number [protected]. Apologizing is not solving the issue. This has happened before. Why packages are returned to seller without attempting delivery? This is not a good service.
                          We need the package delivered. Calling customer service in delhi is not solving, they just apologize without even calling the carrier.

                                I rohit mishra on behalf of my company bb zaveri pvt. Ltd. Raising this complaint against ecom express.
                                Ecom express is the worst service provider till date i have encountered.. My order booked through the snapdeal with awb [protected] (For delivery) and awb [protected] (Product undelivered to customer return to shipper) is lying with them from 18th of december 2019 to till.

                                After talking to there customer care mr. Harish he totally misguided me from more than 2 weeks, always said sorry sir for the inconvenience today you get your parcel, on 10th of jan 2020 i talked to another representative (This time harish won't talk to me) mr. Abhishek, and i was shocked when he also told me that sir the address is mentioned he asked me to confirm the mentioned address i asked him to provide me the address details which was mentioned in their system and he refused.
                                After more than 3 weeks the parcel is still undelivered.

                                Very worst service provided by ecom express. The customer care is not responding properly they did not tell me where is my parcel. The delivery person is not coming to deliver the parcel and mention wrong information that address is wrong. When they have to pick the parcel from the same venue they can got the address easily and pickup the parcel from the venue and at the time of parcel return they told me that the address is wrong can not delivered.

                                Even somehow i have managed to reschedule the delivery but again the guy didn't come even i didn't get a call from them about the delivery.

                                Should i registered a police complaint against them, after they return my parcel.

                                  My myntra order was out for delivery on 31.12.19, they never delivered it.
                                  Despite multiple complaints over the next 4 days, the customer service was unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, and lacked any courtesy. After 11 days the order was returned to the origin! What a joke of a logistics company.

                                  The customer care executives were absolutely clueless, and trained to buy time rather than providing a resolution. I have phone recordings where they say conflicting things. Further, when i asked to be connected to their manager, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes, and then disconnected the call. I'll be lodging an official complaint with the consumer forum as well.
