I have ordered(prepaid) things from nykaa I got message from ecom like my order is delivered he didn't call me during Delivery time.i haven't got my order .I have called the ecom executive number which they have provided but it's of no use .the delivery haven't called or either provided his contact details but the status of order in both nykaa and ecom express is delivered. Please take some action

    My order no: so[protected] is supposed (Estimated by club factory) to be delivered by 16th of december 2019. It was shown shipped by club factory. I contacted ecom and they said club factory has not yet shipped the order.!! But i’ve got message from cf that it was shipped. From 11th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled ’. Its been almost 3weeks and tracking info is still the same! Why is it happening? Will i get my product???

        I ordered a dress for my daughter which should have delivered to my house on 05th january. Ithe delivery agent has given a miss call to my mother and sent us a message that delivery attempt failed. They will redilver it on 14th january only. As per the parcel tracker, the parcel reached my hometown, adoor branch, kerala. There is no phone number for the delivery agent and no body responded properly yet. Please stop sending parcels through ecom express and i want my parcel before 08th january. Really an arrogant behaviour and very bad service

          order not delivered. but the status shows that it is delivered?!.

          My awb no is [protected]. The status of my order shows that it is delivered on 2nd january 2020. But still i didn't receive my order. I called the customer care number [protected] but still i didn't receive any satisfactory answer. They are unable to tell me when the issue will be resolved!. I tried calling the contact number that was given in the message (Executive phn no: [protected]). But no response!!.
          I am very much disappointed...

          My order [protected] is still not delivered. The delivery boy contact me but whenever i try to receive the call he disconnect it thats why i couldn't pick up the call and when i call back there is no response than i received a message that delivery attempted. From 1 week the whole thing is repeating. I want my order asap before it gets cancel. When i contact ecom they ask for awb numer after entering it they say there is no response. Please resolve this problem

            I ordered a product on myntra online shopping site on 26 december and it was shipped by the seller on 31 december via ecom express with awb [protected]. But till today the pickup has not been done by the courier company. Every day 7 a. M.in the morning, pickup will be rescheduled. We dont know from which party the fault is occuring whether it is the seller's problem or the courier problem. So please give us proper explanation about what is happening. And this is not a single incident. This same problem has been reported by many myntra customers shipped with ecom in this website itself. So please explain what is happening.

              Product was reached 29 dec on chennai and put on delivery, but still not getting my product

              I calling customer service daily twice they says tomo, tomo still now not getting my product

              This is worst customer support and behaviour form ecom express courier

                On 24-dec-2019 air-way bill:[protected] created for reverse pickup, till today 4-jan-2020, product is not picked up.

                I am calling daily base and making and daily customer care say by tomrrow product will be picked up, 12 days over and geting same communcation from customer care.

                It's really pain, ecom customer is not giving fare inforation.

But from 23 rd onwards the status is updated daily as pick up rescheduled in ecom express site. The shipment is in Bengaluru from 23rd of December. I was expecting delivery by 5 th of January.                       I have order 3 product from Myntra 1 T-shirt and 2 jeans on 25-dec-2019 and my product details is shared with the Courier (ECOM Express) and on 29th of dec my order is scheduled to be pickup by ecom on next day 30th dec but for some reason it is pickup is Rescheduled to next day and this story is still going on for last 3 days from 30 dec.

                        This is regarding my tracking id [protected]. The status has been showing pickup rescheduled for next day since 28 dec. It has been 4 days but there is no improvement in the status.I don't understand what's the issue is.There are no other updates on the tracking page other than this. Seems like your system automatically reschedules my package to next day at 7 am everyday.Please look into it. Thank you.

Unfortunately it wasn't delivered to me because the delivery boy has sold my package to someone else in another place.                               I have been given a way bill number on 6th dec ' 2019 ([protected]) but the tracking shows that daily the pickup is rescheduled.

                              How can they give a waybill number without collecting the package

                              It is a clear case of cheating.

                              Can i claim the compensation from ecom express

                              I am totally annoyed the way such a reputed courier/logistics is behaving and not bothered to deal with the supplier or customer

                              Till date the matter is not resolved.

                              Please speak to the Supplier and ask them to cancel the order and refund my amount. More importantly you cancel the Waybill number issued against the above, so that you can be out of the loop

                                  I placed an order from myntra.in myntra site it is showing that it has been shipped by ecom express and tgey have provided the awb number to track also. But when i try to track with the awb number it is showing pickup is rescheduled since 6 days. When i asked myntra they told that the order is shipped but when i contacted ecom express they told they haven't received the order to be shipped. I am stuck. What am i to do now?

                                    My fastag order (Awb - [protected]) reached on 24 dec 2019 in north lakhimpur ecom express office nearby my location. On 25 dec they updated status as shipment undelivered due to wrong address - but fact was that address is completely correct and in the heart of the town, hardly 1km from courier address. Again on 27 dec updated status as shipment undelivered due to customer refused to accept - but fact was that nobody contacted me or visited my location a single time. After getting those false update i raised complaint in ecom express customer care and they assured me of the delivery by 28 dec, but on 28 dec i got the update "shipment rto lock" which means shipment will be returned to origin. Finally i searched for ecom express office nearby of north lakhimpur to get an answer and i got only an appology, but they can't handover me my shipment as it has been rto lock. Thus, all these time they were just sitting in the office and updating wrong information in the portal and i was getting harassed by calling call center again and again without any support, lost my shipment and also lost lots of my precious office time. I need justice for the same.

                                      Hi have schedule a appointment for kyc for fincare bank kyc through ecom express atleast 45 days back. After every 2-4 days i receive a call from ecom express asking for feedback about kyc done or not but it is not yet done. Its pathetic it seems no one has monitoring on it. Please don't harass a customer if you can't arrange for kyc at least do not harass a customer by calling everyday and asking for feedback.
