Today morning i got message from ecom express that your order will be delivered. Delivery boy didnt even call me.
Evening i got sms and mail that product has been delivered.
Please do resolve this problem as early as possible.

I have returned the package and it was picked up but till now it is showing that the product is not returned . And while delivering he didn't gave the money back.

                As on 27jan2020 my igot a message that my ordered product was out for delivery, wish master called me twice in aminute inthe mornig, that time iwas unable to answer him, he passed to my neighoubering village when i called after few minutes, i requested to delivermy my product but whish master said, sir your package is at our office sir please icant delivery it now you come to office between evening 4pm,
                evening i tried to contact whish master to a number=+[protected], and entering my wb or track id [protected]# but he not replied, but igot a message
                customer refused to take deliverybut irequested him to deivery.
                at the time i again requested for the delivery inthe next day, but the delivery excutive not attempted delivery nor tried to contact me, but i tried to contact many times but he not responded and tues day evening i recieved amessage package is iut for delivery and riaht after 3minutes again recieved a message custome rrefused iwas very irritataed,
                and again i requested for deliver next day i.e., on wednesday, and ialso reached the ecom office to take delivery but, but wish master not deliverd my package saying my package is not found iwill search and delivery it to your mentioned address sir, but he niether delivered nor attempted any delivery and again cancelled my delivery that irejecected to take delivery but ididnot

                  I had ordered 4 items (Wallets, kurtas) from myntra. But all 4 items were returned back to origin by ecom express without any reason. Ecom express didn't contact me or call me and they shipped back the products purchased by me through myntra. I would like to know why ecom express has returned all products one by one without even calling me or contacting me. I had paid online for all products on myntra. Our university was working on all week days and i was available in the campus too.
                  So kindly look into this issue at the earliest

                    I ordered a jwellery product from paytm mall. After few days currier service boy from ecom express delivered my product. Delivery boy name soumendra sen. But when i am un box the product then i show that the item i received that item are not good quality color was not good condition so i return the product. After two days i show on paytm mall that delivery boy out for pickup but he is not pickup my product till days. Please do somthing about this issue.

                        I have placed an order( Watch) from the Titan Company which was not good not up to the mark hence i have placed a return order immediately after receiving the product, E Commerce Express is courier partner with titan who are under obligation pick the order but they are not picking up the return order. I have reached out on their Toll Free Number they are rejecting the calls and not giving any response. I have no other contact details where i can register a complaint and hence request your support to address the issue. Thank you for the support

                          This is regarding not delivering the package by ecom express. The package (Awb[protected]) reached at the destination on time still not delivered for the next 7 days. I have ordered a product on the 19th of january and it is supposed to be delivered by the 22nd of january. The product has shown out for delivery but the delivery person never called me and when i called him back multiple times he never bothered to receive my call. When i complained to nykaa they gave the ecom office contact number. When i have tried to reach them by calling the same thing happened to me that they have never received my call.

                              I ordered a product from redtape. The product was dispatched in ecom express. The ecom delivery boy came for the delivery but i wasn't there. After that day i called regularly in ecom express for the delivery but they didn't deliver the product to me. Daily they gave me fake promises for the delivery of product. I was so frustrated. Till now no response from ecom c. S team. I called them more than 10 times. Every time they said it will get delivery within two days. But its been more than 45 days. Still no response from them.                                   Recently i ordered a ceiling fan from amazon and they promosed the delivery at my door step on or before 29 th of this month. Today (25/1/2020), one person called me and asked me collect my parcel from there office which is exatly 25 kms away from my home. I refuced it and asked that person about the door step delivery. Then he told me to either collect it from there office or return it, then he cut the call. I felt realy bad and then report this issue to amazon customer care. But till now i did nt get any reply from them. Now i get an sms from e com express stated that, attempt of delivery is failed because of the absents of mine. What a rediculous service they are offering.

                                      My 1mg order awb [protected] not hand over to me by delivery person. I was paying rs 560 (Rs 500 note+ rs 50 note + rs 10 coin.) but delivery person refused to take rs 10 coin stating that rs 10 coin is not in use. There is no any instructions from government that rs 10 coin is not in use but delivery boy refused to hand over my parcel only for this reason. He also misbehave & use rough language with me.
