And after few days as per ecom online traking my phone has been delivered in banglore? I dont know how???

May i know when i can get my phone

We have ordered a combo of shirts, but it does came as shown in picture. It was a very low quality product. So I want to return it. Actually it not came as show by publisher. And there is no return options given there. It was very inferior quality of shirts and I want to return it.

    Jab mene parsal khola to usme kuch or product nikla. Jise me return karne me liye customer care se bat ki to mujhe btate h ki mene "pickrr" naam ki company se order kiya. Jo mujhe na to play store or mili or na hi browser par.
    Yeh sab ecomexpress walo me kahi se meri detail churai or mere sath dhokha kiya.

      Awb number is [protected].My product is from BATA India home delivery order I'd is 12498044.My product is not delivered till now 11th February. i received delivered message on 3rd February.I am contacting daily on ecom express.they are not responding well.
      I ordered a product from Bata. Today the delivery guy called at the number i've given and told that he will call when he reach the landmark i've given but he didn't called or delivered the product. When i check the status online it shows delivered in the website.A message i got is attached with this. The awb number and pin number is in that message. Please have a look at the issue and do the needful.Also take action on delivery boy because he stolen my product.10 days are going but no response from ecom express

        I've ordered hair straightener from nykaa. Awb# [protected]
        As i have not got any calls from delivery boy and only getting messages about "couldn't deliver" is frustrating me. Please please cancel this order. I already bought this product from a nearby showroom. I don't want this product so i want ecom express to can this order. Very worst experience with ecom express.. Truly not satisfied. Just cancel my product that's it

          Order for fastag through paytm where the order has not received by me. I have made this order through paytm. The order says it was delivered to the address. But the proof of delivery is signed with a letter and they show that as a proof that it is delivered. The sign should be atleast the person name or atleast first letter of the reciever where as the name of the deliver person is prabhakar but the deliver proof just says "r" written. I have raised complaint in ecom express with awb [protected] provided but i see they have neither verified the order delivery status nor updated me agian on the complaint. Paytm support also doesnt respond properly to the complaint. I suspect the delivery agent must not have gone to the location to deliver it instead as it is 40kms away from the location provided in site "manthani". I need a resolution on this fastly.

          I have received the delivery today . How can this delivery came out now . This shows your irresponsibility to the customers delivery details. The item was not delivered to the customer but the tracking shows as delivered . Once I raised the complaint here, then the order was sent to the location . This is how you do the work assuming that consumer might not doing anything.

            I ordered a product from medlife. It has to be delivered on 06/02/2020. The delivery boy called me at 2:01 pm to receive the package but i was not present there, as i was in my college so i asked him to come after 4:00 pm. But at 2:53 pm i have received a message from medlife that the package has been delivered. Status of tracking no provided also shows that the package has been delivered but i haven't received any package and without my confirmation how i get the message of "package delivered".
            I thought to wait till 4:00 pm as i have asked the delivery boy to come after 4:00 pm, but i didn't get any response from the delivery boy. I tried to call back to the same number to which i have received the call for delivery.
            But i was unable to reach.
            I thought to wait till the next day but then also i did not get my package.

            Please have a look at the issue and do the needful.

              Reverse pickup has not been completed nor your executive tried to contact me on my number [protected] neither he came to my address to pickup since 25th january 2020. Yet he/she is updating that i was not reachable.

              Nobody came to pickup yet they are your executive is updating that i was not reachable.

              You executive is not coming to pickup the product.

                                As on 27jan2020 my igot a message that my ordered product was out for delivery, wish master called me twice in aminute inthe mornig, that time iwas unable to answer him, he passed to my neighoubering village when i called after few minutes, i requested to delivermy my product but whish master said, sir your package is at our office sir please icant delivery it now you come to office between evening 4pm,

                                customer refused to take deliverybut irequested him to deivery.

                                  I had ordered 4 items (Wallets, kurtas) from myntra. But all 4 items were returned back to origin by ecom express without any reason. Ecom express didn't contact me or call me and they shipped back the products purchased by me through myntra. I would like to know why ecom express has returned all products one by one without even calling me or contacting me. I had paid online for all products on myntra. Our university was working on all week days and i was available in the campus too.

                                    I ordered a jwellery product from paytm mall. After few days currier service boy from ecom express delivered my product. Delivery boy name soumendra sen. But when i am un box the product then i show that the item i received that item are not good quality color was not good condition so i return the product. After two days i show on paytm mall that delivery boy out for pickup but he is not pickup my product till days. Please do somthing about this issue.

                                        I have placed an order( Watch) from the Titan Company which was not good not up to the mark hence i have placed a return order immediately after receiving the product, E Commerce Express is courier partner with titan who are under obligation pick the order but they are not picking up the return order. I have reached out on their Toll Free Number they are rejecting the calls and not giving any response.
