By clicking a facebook link i have an orderd a saree on dt 17.03.2020. Order was placed successfully, after 2 day an executive was confirmed the order by phone, he insured me to return policy of the company. On 23rd of the march the parcel was delivered to my home address, after opend the parcel it was just acheating material. The product was totally different from the original which was shown in the pictured, now i want to returned but the online link is not supported for retuned.

      My product reached in my locality on 22 mar, 2020 and delivery boy called me and told like he will call me when he reach my location after that i didn't get any call and my product. Now in ecom express site it is showing like shipment rto lock revoked. I need my product. I tried to contact customer care number but ii didn't get any response. Please reschedule the delivery once.

      The shirt size is too small,

          We ordered Green color saari but brown saari was delivered. Their is no option to return that or complain regarding the said issue...
          We have been looking for ways to resolve this issue so we called at call center of Ecom express but their service is shut down due to corona virus. Please resolve this asap.

            Well i ordered something and it has been two weeks. I didn't not receive my package. Moreover, what's pissing me off is that the website keeps showing me wrong tracking status. Like how many days is it going to be scanned at the same place? It's been almost 10 days and i get the same tracking information every single day. Nobody is even trying to pick up the goddamn package. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible.

                    I have ordered items from H&M, today morning I got call from delivery guy around 8.30 am asking me whether iam interested to receive my items so I said to him its already prepaid therefore deliver to my given address, after 1hour later I got call from delivery guy telling he reached SP office and want me to come down there which is half and mile away from my home so I said I have already given the address so deliver to my address then he started arguing with me and said again come down nearby apartment which is also 4minutes walking distance from my home, he was keep on testing my patience but I refuse to come there and told him to come to my given address, he came anyway and started abusing me telling me in future not to order items via ecomex if I order items from ecomex he will not deliver to my address I was very much surprised by his rude and abusive behaviour now iam afraid to shop from any of online shopping site which is associated with ecomex.

                          I didnt recieved my product from myntra. But ecom express says, it delivered.. When i contacted myntra they shown me delivery proof.. That was a signature.. But not mine..
                          I always have same kind of problems with ecom express..
                          But this time it is crossed the limit. I will loss about rs 1100
                          Dont know what to do.. Better avoid shopping apps which has ecom express as delivery partner or ecom express should take appropriate...

                          On 6th march 2020 ecom express employee come to delivered gonoise company's shots neo earbuds but i refuse to accept the same.

                          Now ecom express is not returning that product to the gonoise company. Till today on 14th march 2020, they keep that product with them and when i asked with customer care they are not giving any clear answer.

                            This is for your kind information that my shipment showing false status as delivered in registered address on 11th march 2020. But i didnt received the item.

                              I have ordered some books on 2nd march 2020 which has been assigned to ecom express to delivery who is supposed to deliver me on 11th march 2020. But the status of delivery is showing as customer not accepted delivery /customer not available even without an attempt to make the delivery to the mentioned address. This can be a serious thing that stating the customer as a mistake even without an attempt is made. When i called the customer care number they are not even able to give the details of the delivery person /concerned regional office contact number to solve my issue.

                                My lenskart return status is not updated. I am not able to perform my daily task since i use powered glass. The courier boy have come to pick up after the due date and now after picking up the order he has not updated my pickup status for which my new replacement order is being stuck in lenskart warehouse, delhi.

                                The courier boy have made excuse yesterday that he has met with an accident and he won't be able to come to pick up my order. But today i have got to know from his colleague that he was lying about his accident. I even have the call recording of his excuse. Today also ecom express jorhat, assam was not willing to come to pick up my order for which i had to call their office more then a dozen of times.

                                  My amazon, club factory, nyka orders were held at dharmadam ecom express office. They didn't make a call to inform me after 5 days i went to the office that is 13km distance from my home. Am attaching the office picture with this complaint. I waited 2 hours to get my 3 parcels. They don't have any idea about anything. When i ask a staff about why they are serving like unprofessional he replied me that we need 10 staff mam here only 4 staff...

                                    Hi Team,
                                    My order #[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 9th of March. But I am getting a message stating "We couldn't deliver your order today as you were not available", But I didn't receive any call from the delivery guy.The same happened on 10th march, I rescheduled it for today between 4 PM to 9 PM, I made a call to the guy as soon as I received the Pin & OTP, after 2 rings the call got disconnected. I was waiting for the package but not one came & no one called but the status has been changed to "Delivery failed". As soon as i found this status notification i tried calling the person but couldn't reach him. This has been happening since 3 days.

                                    The name of the delivery guy is " Vijay Sagar Srinivas". I suspect he must not be having the patience to wait until the corona virus prevention notification voice message gets over before my mobile rings. In that case he should atleast attend my call when I tried calling him as soon as I receive the PIN & OTP. But I receive calls from others . It looks like mere negligence and ignorance.
