I have scheduled a kyc of my PayTm number [protected] at home and the timings were 8am - 12pm but no one came nor any call was received from anyone.

The reference no of my request is 790318.

The following message was received today in the morning but no one came yet:

                By clicking a facebook link i have an orderd a saree on dt 17.03.2020. Order was placed successfully, after 2 day an executive was confirmed the order by phone, he insured me to return policy of the company. On 23rd of the march the parcel was delivered to my home address, after opend the parcel it was just acheating material. The product was totally different from the original which was shown in the pictured, now i want to returned but the online link is not supported for retuned.

                          Well i ordered something and it has been two weeks. I didn't not receive my package. Moreover, what's pissing me off is that the website keeps showing me wrong tracking status. Like how many days is it going to be scanned at the same place?                                   I have ordered items from H&M, today morning I got call from delivery guy around 8.30 am asking me whether iam interested to receive my items so I said to him its already prepaid therefore deliver to my given address, after 1hour later I got call from delivery guy telling he reached SP office and want me to come down there which is half and mile away from my home so I said I have already given the address so deliver to my address then he started arguing with me and said again come down nearby apartment which is also 4minutes walking distance from my home, he was keep on testing my patience but I refuse to come there and told him to come to my given address, he came anyway and started abusing me telling me in future not to order items via ecomex if I order items from ecomex he will not deliver to my address I was very much surprised by his rude and abusive behaviour now iam afraid to shop from any of online shopping site which is associated with ecomex.

                                    I ordered for body shaper and it wasn't the size. I want and exchange of the product and i tried calling the number given in message received

                                    I am unable to contact / access the ordered link... But it was an advertisement on instagram from where i ordered and it was delivered by ecom express club factory...

                                    Could someone help me getting an exchange or return back the money.

                                    But it is too small, and I'm not satisfied from this product.

                                    Dont buy anything from monkandsocial. They are fraud ppl. They don't have contact information also. Even after searching a plrnt of time in Google I dint get the number. I want a replacement immediately... I wanted xxxl size but received l size only.

                                      I placed an order of a live orange plant with amazon on 8th march, order no being:[protected], and i was intimated that order is shipped with ecom express and it was suppose to reach me on 14 th march, but till today ie 16th march i did not recieve the parcel, the tracking id no being [protected]. I tried to contact them, but there is no response, hence the comlaint-thanks
