This is regarding my tracking id [protected]. The status has been showing pickup rescheduled for next day since 28 dec. It has been 4 days but there is no improvement in the status.I don't understand what's the issue is.There are no other updates on the tracking page other than this. Seems like your system automatically reschedules my package to next day at 7 am everyday.Please look into it. Thank you.

    Hi, just a few weeks ago i ordered a product from club factory. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered to me because the delivery boy has sold my package to someone else in another place. He personally texted me that he had sold my product somewhere else and i'm so disappointed with the delivery service. Please do something about it.

        I have been given a way bill number on 6th dec ' 2019 ([protected]) but the tracking shows that daily the pickup is rescheduled.

        How can they give a waybill number without collecting the package

        It is a clear case of cheating.

        Can i claim the compensation from ecom express

        I am totally annoyed the way such a reputed courier/logistics is behaving and not bothered to deal with the supplier or customer

        Till date the matter is not resolved.

        Please speak to the Supplier and ask them to cancel the order and refund my amount. More importantly you cancel the Waybill number issued against the above, so that you can be out of the loop

            I placed an order from myntra.in myntra site it is showing that it has been shipped by ecom express and tgey have provided the awb number to track also. But when i try to track with the awb number it is showing pickup is rescheduled since 6 days. When i asked myntra they told that the order is shipped but when i contacted ecom express they told they haven't received the order to be shipped. I am stuck. What am i to do now?

            I ordered my product on 22nd December . My order information has been received on 25th dec but from that day it gets rescheduled everyday and nothing happens till date . I want that product before 2nd jan because afterwards i will not be in city.

              My fastag order (Awb - [protected]) reached on 24 dec 2019 in north lakhimpur ecom express office nearby my location. On 25 dec they updated status as shipment undelivered due to wrong address - but fact was that address is completely correct and in the heart of the town, hardly 1km from courier address. Again on 27 dec updated status as shipment undelivered due to customer refused to accept - but fact was that nobody contacted me or visited my location a single time. After getting those false update i raised complaint in ecom express customer care and they assured me of the delivery by 28 dec, but on 28 dec i got the update "shipment rto lock" which means shipment will be returned to origin. Finally i searched for ecom express office nearby of north lakhimpur to get an answer and i got only an appology, but they can't handover me my shipment as it has been rto lock. Thus, all these time they were just sitting in the office and updating wrong information in the portal and i was getting harassed by calling call center again and again without any support, lost my shipment and also lost lots of my precious office time. I need justice for the same.

                Hi have schedule a appointment for kyc for fincare bank kyc through ecom express atleast 45 days back. After every 2-4 days i receive a call from ecom express asking for feedback about kyc done or not but it is not yet done. Its pathetic it seems no one has monitoring on it. Please don't harass a customer if you can't arrange for kyc at least do not harass a customer by calling everyday and asking for feedback.

And now when i track my order from ecom official site it says that pickup rescheduled for last five days. And tracked in myntra app it says the the product is shipped to your location.                       I ordered product from myntra and it was said to be delivered by 30 december 2019 but when I look at ecom express website and track my order it says that it tried to deliver the product on 25th december 2019 and says that costumer refused to accept when they haven’t even called and without any re delivery attempts they have posted “shipment RTO lock”.I request concerned authority to look into this matter asap and solve it immediately.

                        I ordered 2 sweatshirt from myntra during end of reason sale.. The 1st one is delivered but the 2nd is not when i try to track my order by the awb number

                        The deadline is on 6 jan 2020 by myntra but i m not able to track my shipment..

                          I am to receive a consignment from amazon through ecom express. The parcel was booked from amroha in up on 11th of this month and reached kochi delivery center on 22 and of december. Today is 27 th of december. It is lying at the delivery center at kochi.                             Hello
                            As i order a parcel from club factory.
                            They send it by ecom express courier.
                            Before delivery
                            The courier boy called and says that the parcel was empty.
                            Nothing in the bag.
                            So i asked him that why you opened my parcel. He says that he didn't open but it looks like empty.
                            So i said him that you just deliever my parcel to me. And he says tomorrow morning.
                            Next day no one is call me.
                            So i called ecom express office in my area.
                            They said me that the parcel was locked. And returned.
                            And suddenly after 30 min. Of that conversation i received a delivered message from courier company.
                            But the parcel was not arrived.
                            Now they are not responding to me.
                            What can i do?
                            Please help

                                  Respected sir, recently i request return to mynthra 3 products. Ecom agent was taken my return product & not given any receipt. I asked him receipt. He said once i rech to my office sure you'll get a message. But yet updated. I tried to reach ecom express, they asked me to submit awb. Number. If i tried to mynthra they asked me to submit return receipt. So finally that agent from ecom he was not given to mynthra those produ he jumped away. This is ecom ref no [protected].                                       Worst customer service i have ever seen
                                      The delivery guy is irresponsible, always a common excuse that shortage of staff. They usually come to deliver after 5 to 7 days after arriving of consignment. The worst part is that, they give the feedback to the company that the customer is not available. There should be an option for courier service on sites. I hope somebody incharge notice this.

                                        Hi
                                        I am club factory seller. I was courier a product by ecom express on 4th december but customer was not available for some reason which is display in ecom track dashboard. But 21 days have already over but product is not come back and dashboard is stop at 13th december. Any thing not seen in tracking dashboard after 13th december. So, when this product will come back? Pls check and let me know asap
