Recently i was ordered a product from myntra and yaa. The delivery partner is ecom express. And now when i track my order from ecom official site it says that pickup rescheduled for last five days. And tracked in myntra app it says the the product is shipped to your location. What should i do...? I think that ecom customer supporters will contact asap.

    I have ordered product from club factory with tracking id [protected]. I received a message saying that the order has been delivered but i have not received the delivery. How should i contact for the same? I have seen the tracking status on my club factory account even there it is showing delivered.. how do i reach to the product? As i haven't received the delivery

      I ordered product from myntra and it was said to be delivered by 30 december 2019 but when I look at ecom express website and track my order it says that it tried to deliver the product on 25th december 2019 and says that costumer refused to accept when they haven’t even called and without any re delivery attempts they have posted “shipment RTO lock”.I request concerned authority to look into this matter asap and solve it immediately.

        I ordered 2 sweatshirt from myntra during end of reason sale.. The 1st one is delivered but the 2nd is not when i try to track my order by the awb number
        [protected] it says awb number does not exist..
        The deadline is on 6 jan 2020 by myntra but i m not able to track my shipment..
        It is good to get information about my delivery..
        By the way it works fine with other products
        The problem is only for this awb..

          I am to receive a consignment from amazon through ecom express. The parcel was booked from amroha in up on 11th of this month and reached kochi delivery center on 22 and of december. Today is 27 th of december. It is lying at the delivery center at kochi. No action on the part of delivery personnel inspite my contacts with customer care people many times. The tracking no of this consignment is [protected].
          Will authorities of e com couriers look into this case.

            Hello
            As i order a parcel from club factory.
            They send it by ecom express courier.
            Before delivery
            The courier boy called and says that the parcel was empty.
            Nothing in the bag.
            So i asked him that why you opened my parcel. He says that he didn't open but it looks like empty.
            So i said him that you just deliever my parcel to me. And he says tomorrow morning.
            Next day no one is call me.
            So i called ecom express office in my area.
            They said me that the parcel was locked. And returned.
            And suddenly after 30 min. Of that conversation i received a delivered message from courier company.
            But the parcel was not arrived.
            Now they are not responding to me.
            What can i do?
            Please help

                  Respected sir, recently i request return to mynthra 3 products. Ecom agent was taken my return product & not given any receipt. I asked him receipt. He said once i rech to my office sure you'll get a message. But yet updated. I tried to reach ecom express, they asked me to submit awb. Number. If i tried to mynthra they asked me to submit return receipt. So finally that agent from ecom he was not given to mynthra those produ he jumped away. This is ecom ref no [protected].                       Worst customer service i have ever seen
                      The delivery guy is irresponsible, always a common excuse that shortage of staff. They usually come to deliver after 5 to 7 days after arriving of consignment. The worst part is that, they give the feedback to the company that the customer is not available. There should be an option for courier service on sites. I hope somebody incharge notice this.

                        I am club factory seller. I was courier a product by ecom express on 4th december but customer was not available for some reason which is display in ecom track dashboard. But 21 days have already over but product is not come back and dashboard is stop at 13th december. Any thing not seen in tracking dashboard after 13th december. So, when this product will come back?                               Ordered an item on club factory on 12th december, on 18th august in club factory site it showed 'item is shipped' with awb number:[[protected]], but while checking ecom express site it shows pickup reschedule from 19th dec to 23 december and there is no movement, till today usually it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery of an item from bengaluru when using other shipping services. Actually it should be delivered on 20th what is the problem with the delivery please send it as soon as possible. It is a gift should be presented to someone on 24th please deliver it as soon as possible... Why do you people delay the delivery from these many days? Don't you think about customer comfort???.

                                I have an order from club factory, my awb no is [protected]. I didn't get any call from concerned delivery agent. But status show that customer is unavailable, when i call a number to confirm the delivery it shows that awb no is incorrect. Please take necessary steps, since i need that product immediately, when i track the item it shows that customer is not available how can you say like that without contacting me.. Its already late the order was made in november first week but til this time i didn't get any product

                                  They keep adding a message that its our for delivery for the past 5 days, however there was not even a single attempt made to deliver the product. I called delivery guy, however he is claiming he is not responsible to server the area.

                                      I have ordered from clubfactory. My order is showing delivered but i haven't not received my order. Delivery boy didn't informed by making phone call. This is the second time i am facing this problem. Before that i haven't complaint.

                                        Address: Hno: 4-46/10/6, sai Nagar colony, ramachandrapuram., Medak, Andhra Pradesh, 502319

                                        My order no: so[protected] is supposed (Estimated by club factory) to be delivered by 20th of dec. It was shown shipped by club factory on 18th december. From 18th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled for next day’. Its been soo much time? And tracking info is still the same! Why is it happening? Will i get my product???.. It's been too long i am waiting for any changes in the tracking of my order but from 2 days it's been the same. Please send me any response or any issues if exists. It is a present for my cousin's birthday please deliver it as soon as possible.
