I want to replace or refund the money as soon as. Return option doesn't seen on your site what should i do..? I want to getting a solution for this problem. Return the product delivered item was different. Bad quality cloth.. Bad colour, small size. Please return the product as soon.. What is this..? This online shoppe was fake? Iam cheated by your self.

      Ordered an item on club factory on 12th december, on 18th august in club factory site it showed 'item is shipped' with awb number:[[protected]], but while checking ecom express site it shows pickup reschedule from 19th dec to 23 december and there is no movement, till today usually it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery of an item from bengaluru when using other shipping services. Actually it should be delivered on 20th what is the problem with the delivery please send it as soon as possible. It is a gift should be presented to someone on 24th please deliver it as soon as possible... Why do you people delay the delivery from these many days? Don't you think about customer comfort???.

        I have an order from club factory, my awb no is [protected]. I didn't get any call from concerned delivery agent. But status show that customer is unavailable, when i call a number to confirm the delivery it shows that awb no is incorrect. Please take necessary steps, since i need that product immediately, when i track the item it shows that customer is not available how can you say like that without contacting me.. Its already late the order was made in november first week but til this time i didn't get any product

          They keep adding a message that its our for delivery for the past 5 days, however there was not even a single attempt made to deliver the product. I called delivery guy, however he is claiming he is not responsible to server the area.

          Please check attached screenshot. The claim that I requested future delivery is false and not true.

From 18th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled for next day’. Its been soo much time? And tracking info is still the same! Why is it happening? Will i get my product???..                       This is for your kind information that my shipment showing false status as delivered in registered address on 30th november 2019. But i didnt received the item.

                                  Product detail: [protected] (Tracking number, ecom express)

                                  I've been waiting for the delivery since 13th december 2019 in jaipur, because of a message that it is to delivered on 13th december, neither one called or came to deliver that parcel, i was asked to choose a delivery date and time after that, i choose 14th december, since then there is no update, its only showing "shipment is out for delivery" now all of a sudden the update on ecom express website is that the parcel has been send back to bangluru. On the other hand costumer care at myntra told me that the issue will be resolved by 18th of december.

                                  I need that parcel to be delivered as soon as possible on the given address.

                                    For my airway bill number ([protected]) the delivery person not called but changed the status as undelivered 3 times attempted, all 3 times status changed as out for delivery, but then he changed customer not available without he called me, even when i try to call him he not attend the call.

                                    Nearly 10 times i have called the customer care executives for last 10 days regarding this but whenever i am calling they mentioning the same answer within 48 hours you will receive the item. And today the customer care person telling order is locked after maximum attempt and they will unlock and reattempt in 48 hours,
                                    But still i worried will they deliver it or not, even i asking chennai contact number so i can call and the real status but they not having/ not providing.
                                    I am completely dissatisfied with the services and the response from ecom express.

                                      Dear sir / madam,

                                      This is with reference to my tracking number[protected].

                                      While tracking the package, i came to know that the delivery was attempted three times, out of which 2 times "customer was not available".
                                      This is false statement, as someone from my family or myself is always available at the said location.
                                      Another false statement was that "could not deliver due to rain" on 9th dec. For your information, there was no rain even in any nearby districts on that day.

                                      I am highly disappointed by the service provided by ecom. A small package, that was ordered on 7th dec, could not be delivered till 18th.

                                        Since a week my parcel is not being picked up by the courier. I had ordered from club factory who choose ecom express couriers as their delivery partner but they are not picking my parcel from the seller. It's continuously being updated that pickup is rescheduled which is frustrating.
                                        My abw no [protected]. The customer care service by ecom is very bad as their is no way i am able to contact the customer care executive person. I had already contacted the seller for the same and they are saying it's the problem with ecom as they are not picking up the courier.
