I have ordered some packages vide order no so[protected] & so[protected], but till the date i did'nt received the goods and stating that, due to incomplete address or failure, we will re-attempt deliver your cod packages (Tracking no [protected] &[protected] received as sms on my mobile no [protected]. If you have any doubt, why dont contact me on my mobile no. It seems the club factory does'nt want to deliver the items to me. I wish to know the reason.

      This is for your kind information that my shipment showing false status as delivered in registered address on 30th november 2019. But i didnt received the item.
      Order number: dx35664 (Shipment number)
      Awb number: [protected] (Tracking number from ecom express). I mailed and contacted the ecom express customer care several times, till now the issue is not solved. Its been 20 days that i'm waiting for the shipment. No response from the customer care service.
      So kindly deliver the item to the respective address or atleast refund the amount as soon as possible.

                I have order a product from samsung worth rs 1999/- on 8th dec 2019 and waited for few days. Then on 12th dec 2019 i got a message in morning that my shipment is out for delivery. But didn`t received anything, then i started complaining to ecom customer care and always said wait for few days we will update you for the status of your package but no response till now. I`m following up with them but no proper response.

                  I've been waiting for the delivery since 13th december 2019 in jaipur, because of a message that it is to delivered on 13th december, neither one called or came to deliver that parcel, i was asked to choose a delivery date and time after that, i choose 14th december, since then there is no update, its only showing "shipment is out for delivery" now all of a sudden the update on ecom express website is that the parcel has been send back to bangluru. On the other hand costumer care at myntra told me that the issue will be resolved by 18th of december.

                  I need that parcel to be delivered as soon as possible on the given address.

                    For my airway bill number ([protected]) the delivery person not called but changed the status as undelivered 3 times attempted, all 3 times status changed as out for delivery, but then he changed customer not available without he called me, even when i try to call him he not attend the call.

                    Nearly 10 times i have called the customer care executives for last 10 days regarding this but whenever i am calling they mentioning the same answer within 48 hours you will receive the item. And today the customer care person telling order is locked after maximum attempt and they will unlock and reattempt in 48 hours,
                    But still i worried will they deliver it or not, even i asking chennai contact number so i can call and the real status but they not having/ not providing.
                    I am completely dissatisfied with the services and the response from ecom express.

                      This is with reference to my tracking number[protected].

                      While tracking the package, i came to know that the delivery was attempted three times, out of which 2 times "customer was not available".
                      This is false statement, as someone from my family or myself is always available at the said location.
                      Another false statement was that "could not deliver due to rain" on 9th dec. For your information, there was no rain even in any nearby districts on that day.

                      I am highly disappointed by the service provided by ecom. A small package, that was ordered on 7th dec, could not be delivered till 18th.

                        Since a week my parcel is not being picked up by the courier. I had ordered from club factory who choose ecom express couriers as their delivery partner but they are not picking my parcel from the seller. It's continuously being updated that pickup is rescheduled which is frustrating.

I had already contacted the seller for the same and they are saying it's the problem with ecom as they are not picking up the courier.

We are 24/7 available at home and no phone cal also from delivery guy. No positive review for this ecom express, never partner with this worst ecom express.                                   I have called them thousand time but they are not giving my order. Sometime they do not send the happy code and some time not the order, day are passing but they have not given my order from paytm.

                                    I want to complain about my product. I want return my product this company. I dont like the product so i will return this but one person told me, this product cannot return, company can't take the return. But why when i buy the product so he told me easy return nd all. While i am buying the product no one answer me how to return this product. I am continuously follow up with sanjay rohila bt he dnt reply me positive. person name is - sanjay rohilainvoice no.[protected]invoice id - [protected]i want return the product. Product received date[protected]please find attached my product pic.

                                      I placed two orders from decathlon on 30 th nov with order ids [protected] & [protected]. One of the order was delivered on 5th dec but order with i'd [protected] is yet to be delivered but the tracking status shows its as delivered and i also got an sms telling the product is delivered. I checked with cc of ecom express twice but didn't get proper reply. Iam annoyed with bad experience with ecomm express delivery guys

                                      As told product was not delivered yesterday. But they told it will be delivered today. I didn't receive the package yet. Can improve ur logistics.

                                        My club factory awb [protected] hasnott yet been delivered. I bhave gort 3 out for delivery messages but the delivery guy never came to the apartment and while trying to reach the agents number it vcomrs as awb number invalid so cant contract. My repeated attempts tocontact the customer care is fruitless. Such a psathetic, useless service provider.
                                        Now the latest staus is rto locked. Which on calling the customer care tells me in 3 days the product will be delivered.
