I ordered a product that was delivered on a wrong address that's why i said to ekart logistics delivery boy to cancel the order or either return so that i will reorder the product but instead of cancelling i don't know what he did but my address is showing delivered in the app. When i called him again instead of giving reasons and talking he said i will see i will see and disconnected the call and didn't responded...

    I have purchase a product from Myntra and which I received on 20th February and due to size issue I return request on same day. But from next day onwards I'm only getting message from Ekart that the delivery guy is out for pickup in the morning and again I got another message that the pickup is failed. But till date the delivery guy didn't even call me once or come to my address from 21st February till today. I even called the delivery person but he asked my address and disconnected my call. My address is in proper town. I gave my landmark also so it is not difficult to find my address to pickup my product. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and do the needful.     I have purchase a product from Myntra and which was delivered through Ekart logistics on 20th February but due to size issue I issue return request on the very same day and from 21st of February I'm getting message in the morning that the delivery partner out for pickup and in the evening I get message that pickup failed. Your pickup guy never ever call me even for once and never even came to my address for pickup. Not only this even without contacting me or coming to my place he updated status that the product is mismatched. I complained so many times regarding this but still my issue is not resolved. I'm waiting for my refund but without picking up my product how will I got my refund. The delivery guy come to my nearby address but still not came to my place for pickup.It's been 13 days I'm still waiting for your delivery guy to pickup my product. My location is Sarupathar town Dist Golghat. Pin-785601.

                Quality of product is too poor . I order cotton wear women back of 6 pieces but i received only 3 .                     My tracking number is FMPP[protected].
                    My order has been lying in Hyderabad since 8th Feb. I live in the middle of Hyderabad. It's been 11 days now but my order has not been delivered yet. In this time you can go around the world a few times but this useless company is having problems delivering within Hyderabad. There is no transparency. All they do is give lip service. I have no idea how FLIPKART tied up with such untrustworthy company. The Deadlines keep changing everyday. They obviously do not understand the meaning of terms like responsibility, accountability, integrity, honesty, ownership. Just Shameless people, Their service is pathetic, an abomination.

                        I ordered 8 packs o[censored]ndergarments but I only recieved 3 bra. I called to the delivery boy he told me that he will talk to the seniors even in evening he could not answer my calls. Seriously I had very worst experience with ekart. Ekart can pay back my money but I think they want to ruin their reputation by working like that fraud companies.

                          and ekart logistics took my courier for delivery but from last 4 days it has been showing that order is out for delivery and not yet delivered and end of the day it is showing failed delivery.

                              This is my address which is mentioned on flipkart.

                              Every time I order something from flipkart, they accept my order for exact above address but at the time of delivery, wishmaster from EKart calls me and asks me to come 3 KMs from from my mentioned address to pick the order.

                              If I ask him to come at mentioned address, he denies by saying your address is not serviceable and rejects the delivery. While rejecting he mentions that client has rejected delivery as client does not wants the order.

                              I have raised many complaints to flipkart about this but no resolution has been provieded and after few days flipkart app shows your complaints is resolved.

                                  We are from area zip code 425310, at the time of buying product Flipkart as well as Myntra shows this code in possible delivery locations. After purchasing the product delivery boys keeps calling to come 3 to 4 km or at their center place for taking delivery. Many times they are cancelling return pick even without calling. Also many times they are directly updating the status as Delivered for prepaid orders and then calls us to center for picking up the product. Its clear case of customer harassments.
