Ekart delivery boy misbehaving and abusing me, and didn't deliver my order to me, he say take your order 5km far from your house

I have been ordering from Flipkart regularly since a year. The issue here is the products are delivered through e kart logistics which is the delivery partner of Flipkart. When the product is out for delivery, delivery agent simply asks me to come and collect the order from his office stating that there's no delivery service to my area which is absurd as while placing the order there's no such details to collect the same. The issue has been faced by many people in my area. Formal complaint has been raised with Flipkart but there's no proper resolution. There's no contact number of ekart logistics in the website which makes it more miserable.

Dear Sir,
I had ordered an item by redeeming points from my debit card through my banks site(State Bank of India). The delivery partner was ekart logistics, I received update that I had received it by 19/11/2021. Nobody contacted me and at that time I was at Hospital for my delivery (baby). Iam pasting the message received. When i contacted the toll free number, the response is showing as invalid mobile number, invalid pin.

The amount has been debited from my card. Please help me to deliver my consignment.

I order a phone from Flipkart.It was promised delivery date 12 Jan 2022 but they are keep delaying also wrongly updating I need compensation and also need delivery fast....

I ordered 3 men denim shirt but it is delivered by 2 old tethered lady dress so please return my order and give my money back ease you don't understand any person compulsion

Return pickup made for 6 items together for Myntra but Myntra claiming that 4 orders not received and made refund for only for 2 items. Product No.

I had order a product which was supposed to deliver by ekart I got message regarding my product that it's out of delivery than I got message that it is delivered but it still doesn't reach to me.
For proof here is the message-

Sir I had an order which was prepaid. After the order reaches the delivery center, I get a call asking you to pick up your parcel. I said will you not give at my address which I have mentioned. So he said that you have to take the parcel from our office itself. So I said my friend lives a little far away from your office, you bring it there. So he flatly refused. Then the next day I somehow sent my friend there. After that he said that a message has come to you, copy it and send it. then i will give the parcel then I copied the message and sent it to him. Then as soon as I opened the message for feedback, I had already given feedback. This means that the message I sent was copied and it was a message with feedback. He himself has taken the feedback. Who is a fraud please take action against him.

My Flipkart orders are not being picked up from your company can you please check that.

I run a small business that has helped me become somewhat financially independent. So I shipped an order which cost ₹1300 on 2nd January 2022. It got delivered on 10th January but the items which cost ₹1300 was not inside the parcel. It has put me a lot huge loss as I had to refund the money to my customer. And whose fault was that? Please ekart refund me the money or bring me my products back. The shipment number is SRTP[protected] You are a big courier service company. Please don't let it happen to anyone else in the future

This is my ekart tracking id FMPC[protected]. It shows error. I don't know where it is . it's been 10 days since i ordered

When my product went out for delivery...then delivery boy called me and I told him that- I'm not available on tha delivery address at that moment.please come tomorrow, I'll take the product. I said him clearly that I'll take the product tomorrow. Please don't reject it. But next day he didn't came for delivery, I've waited the whole day. And in the evening I received a message that order rejected.
I want to raise a complaint regarding that particular delivery boy. He didn't even called me next day and rejected my order with himself without any permission. That was a very important product for me . I've also complained about this in Flipkart.

He is calling me at the mid of the night and saying that why did you complained about myself & bla bla bla ..
I am saying you ekart do not give employment to those who just don't know the basic manners & time ethics.. So chip person he is..

I had 3 order to pick up 1 would be picked by ekart and 2 for delhivery. All (3) product I kept on my shop and told to my Staff to hand over to Courier boy.
Rohit Singh from ekart came to shop and picked all the product. After my complain rest 2 parcel handed over to his friend Name Aniket. And told me that Aniket will give you these parcel and also told that if he doesn't give I will gave you in next two days. So please sir without your complain otherwise I will be dismissed from job. As per his request I withdrew my complain. Then I raise Return request for 1 order which was bought from Flipkart. This ordered successfully returned. Parcel picked from Rohit Singh or Aniket I don't know. But 1 Parcel which was bought from Amazon doesn't given to me. Daily I call Aniket mo. [protected] And Rohit Singh mo. [protected]. Both person doesn't receive my call. Wherever They receive call tell me that he will gave my parcel tomorrow.
I request you sir please Told him to gave my product.

I was supposed to get my package delivered by Ekart with tracking ID SRTP[protected] on 2nd of January. Since then, they have made no efforts to deliver the same. It is lying in their Sakherbazar Depot for the last 1 week which is barely 15 mins from my house. Their Delivery Partner ([protected]) has not called me once and tried to deliver the package. Instead, they are updating the status as unsuccessfully delivered as if they tried to deliver but could not as I did not respond. Infact, I called their Delivery Partner or Wish Master multiple times and he did not care to respond. This is pathetic service and customer response. Just rescheduling it to new delivery date without even trying to deliver it in the first place.
