    My parcel is out for delivery and i received msg for contacting the delivery boy. I have made arround 30 times call, but the delivery boy is not picking the phone. Such a poor response. Moreover on Saturday my parcel was undelivered without making any call for the same.

            Sir,
            Hope you are doing well!

            First of all, I am writing this to help you not to criticise you.

            We (all the people living in the area of pincode 283111) have to go far away from home to collect products because delivery partner asks us to come and collect the product or they will return back the product to Flipkart. In this case we have no option left other than go and collect the product.

            It's very shameful moment for Flipkart/Ekart and us because the people who placed the order on Amazon getting the products at home Even I also got the products at home every time when I am ordered via Amazon.

            I am complaining about this since last 1 year and no solution from Ekart support team. I tried on call support & Twitter support.

            Still I love to order on Flipkart, I ordered 6 items 3 days back. May I get these items at home this time?

              i order one product but when my courier came to delivery of my product but he was trying to call me one time and simply hold the call and dropped and finally delivery not given at my address and no answer of my phone calls.kindly check my order and resolve my issue

                      For enquiry I'm making call to reach him and he is not receiving my single call.

                                I just received the delivery from Ekart, but the item is not the same which I ordered, it's a big mistake that I didn't checked the products and it's label, here is the thing where customers trust is loose from these logistic companies, this was my worst experience ever.

                                    Hi my name is tanya my ordr id is OD[protected] and ekart tracking is FMPP[protected] order is out for delivery today and delivery guy called and said im on door of your house SS 585 come and take your order and i check no one on my door step when i asked to confirm where he is, he said aana ho to aao jldli varna rahne do and he misbehaved with for more info you can listen the call i nerver faced such issue before form ekart i got many delivered even most of them were without any this guy is letting this company down so please try to deliver my order asap and warn delivery boy

The ekart logistics delivery boy was not contact me. On 2 Feb 2022 the delivery boy was canceling the return order .6 Feb delivery boy not lifting the call so plz solve the issue

                                        I have an order on myntra, which product delivery date is today 6th February 2022. I don't get any call from delivery boy, but got a message for failed delivery attempt. Then I call on given number and person said my order is rescheduled to 8th February. He also talked in very bad behaviour and told me to take my order from there office. When I visited there office he denied to handover my order as my order is prepaid.
                                        Here I want complaint for bad delivery service of Ekart that there not any system where customer's orders is delivered to his near by delivery office but he can't get the same because of Ekart's poor system.
