I ordered a laptop on the 2nd of Oct on Flipkart and payed through credit card. Delivery has been pending for almost 3 weeks even though product shows at nearest hub on tracking. The delivery boy doesn't show up to deliver and keeps marking it as undelivered. Customer care service of Flipkart is of no help. Resolve my problem as soon as possible....

I ordered a Product on 7th Of October, It reached nearest Hub on 9th, On 11th Delivery person, assured me that he is going to deliver the product that day itself, after not receiving the delivery I called him around 8:20 Pm and the Delivery person told me his car broke down and can't deliver the product asked him to deliver on 12 at the earliest, he again assured me.

On 12th I HAVE not received any call from Ekart neither...

The delevry boy is not come for receiving Parsaul...

Hi I purchased a chimney and it’s scheduled delivery was on[protected]. But I received message from Ekart logistics on[protected] that the product will be delivered on[protected] along with the ekart contact no. I called the contact no and the ekart delivery boy replied that the product will be delivered by 12:30PM. Around at 1:30PM the executive called and the pin code mentioned is wrong. I told him that my previous orders about 4 orders...

Product is dispatched from delivery boy today 11a.m but not reached today...

My order was delayed by a week.. Also product reached at my nearest hub ulliyeri on 8th october 2021..i was visited the hub nearly 3 times.. They said that they cant find my small product. Is there any rule like small product deliver delay and big procut deliver fastly???...

I ordered one product from Flipkart kuljinder singh delivery boy told me I delivered it himself I will deliver you later
but from date of delivery he had not made delivery of my product which was prepaid product please take strick action against him my name is kewal Singh chahal from Dhuri mob [protected]...

This is my second bad experience from this courier company. Today is expected delivery date of my parcel and I have not received it yet. I have called the delivery guy more than thrice . Once he hung up my call and then he didn't received. I don't think my parcel will be delivered today. Last week same thing happened and when I enquired the delivery guy told me that he wouldn't delivery my parcel on estimated date and moreover I was forced...

I have ordered Realme GT MASTER EDITION mobile on Flipkart Big billion day sale on Oct 4th 2021. Promised delivery date is Oct 6th 2021. But I haven't received my mobile till now(14th Oct).

When I check the status in flipkart app. It shows Out for Delivery daily. But they are not delivering my product. I have called flipkart customer care number, but they are not helpful.

So, iam raising complaint here.

I have order a mobile phone with an exchange on 4th October 2021 and it has to be delivered by 7th oct 2021 but it hasn't delivered till now and i can see the status as it has reached nearest hub but i was not getting any out for delivery message or any call from Ekart...

I ordered a phone on exchange offer from flipkart . The delivery partner did not even try to contact me when he was having address issue. When he arrived late in the evening yesterday (13/oct2021), he was supposed to take my old mobile check if it is damaged and give me my new phone. He did check my old phone and accepted it but he still asked me to pay exchange worth of that old phone which doesn't make sense. Due to some glitch on his app...

I ordered on Flipkart kuljinder singh delivery boy Dhuri punjab made delivery himself but my product not delivered yet I have made so many call to him he denied to deliver my product . Iam a flipkart customer, i have ordered on 5th of October with a wide Order ID - OD[protected] And it was shipped through Ekart Logistics with a wide shipment No. FMPP[protected], It was expected delivery by 8th Oct, but it is not delivered yet.

Logistics partnar delay my exchange order why ?...

Ordered airpods by flipkart but received damged product
I was retrun but ekart manger rejected wantedly not pickup my order and 5 days stop the product in office after rejected and rash behaviour and talking way not correct
Ekart tollfree numbers not working and mager number off and not there in office ..daily calling evry time but hee told worng number daily iam going office but not responding and correct answers...

I was order no 3 oct and I get the msg for Courier you will be delivery no 8 oct then I get second msg for Courier team delivery was a delays you will be get 12 oct now still no Courier It is very bad service for filkpart & Ekart logistics Courier services...

there wasn't any location update after shipment on 9th oct...and now expected delivery date have been extended to 16th oct,
Flipkart customer service says they have no contact with you... delay in delivery isn't their responsibility.
SO NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IRREGULARITIY ???...

Tracking ID: FMPC[protected] The said order is not yet delivered and on daily basis the date is been postpone and i get update when i call at customer care. they have promised delivery today but still they have not done the same. kindly update me on the same or else provide me the address if they are facing issues for delivering the product. but if i go personally to pickup the order i will not pay the delivery charges for my next deliveries...
