I have not received the product, byt seen delivered from three days, i have cantact with the delivery agent but not received my query

I recently ordered fossil watch through Flipkart, Monday the delivery person from ekart handed me the parcel, he also noticed the package is loose and there is sound coming in the package like the item is open in the box, in 3 minutes i opened the box and found it's not fossil, the package is opened and different watch is inside, i took photos and requested return from Flipkart, yesterday ekart person came to pick it up he checked everything and everything is in place he took the parcel but later that day I got a message that some content is missing, the delivery person also verified everything and now it says content missing, it's 5000 rs worth watch. Flipkart approved pickup the delivery person also verified it before picking up, then what is missing in the middle . I am not getting any response from anyone

Myntra has approved my return to pickup via return number [protected] to handover "Sukkhi gold - plated beaded jewelry set when the pickup person comes to pickup. Myntra has clearly mentioned that i should handover jewelly set instead of rodster jeans wvwn though pickup person is refusing to take the Sukkhi gold - plated beaded jewelry set.
kindly resolve my issue as soon as problem because pickup person has already rejected pickup for two times. I have only 1 chance.

Ekart delivery boy has not delivered product to me . No phone call related to delivery and arguing that he sold product to others . Misbehaving too .

My order FMPC[protected] is supposed to be delivered today. But it didn't even reach the hub nearest to me and that's because the people responsible for it dispatched it in the opposite direction of where it was supposed to be and the latest status i received of it was last year. Now I'll have to cancel it and re-order. Which costs me extra since the offer when i first ordered it is no longer available. It didn't didn't make it to me in time and i don't even know if it will any time soon. Congratulations guys, i had one job and u successfully managed to mess it up. Never trusting your company ever again. Thanks for wasting my time

I'm recently order on Facebook yesterday that order I'm receiving devliery by ekart but that fake company send fake product how to refund my money how to this fradu stop ordering

I called Bluetooth from Flipkart but it came in your courier on Sunday, I got a call from there but I told them that today is holiday so I collect Monday, when I went to your courier office Sangamner on Monday my parcel was in front of him but he No heart, no man, come here tomorrow, your management is so bogus, please pay attention.and action them

Product is not deliver by the promising date I want my product today

17 days complete but my order did not placed and no update from 7 days please soon delivered my order.

Product Not Deleverd Me Reason...??

I have ordered acer laptop which was going to delivered to me by 30dec (Today 30dec 2021) wishmaster told me that he will delivered parcel midnoon ...then he said parcel he will delivered at evening . After 5 6 pm am trying to call him he did not recieved any of my calls...that was where am totally frustrated atleast he can tell me that he unable to deliver parcel and will deliver tomorrow. But no instead I have received rejection call from Flipkart then I choose 2nd option that I still want to receive order...after that I try to make calls to wishmaster he did not answer. Few min later I received msg from Ekart logistic that your delivery is cancelled and parcel will return to seller ???? Whats this nonsense ...really you making us fool here ...they did not work very well and we experiences the frustration here. Very poor service by Flipkart and Ekart. They Took 6 Days to deliver my parcel and yet I haven't received. Will buy everything form Amazon from now on. GOOD BY FLIPKART .

Ekart logistics Haveri wish master Mounesha T kammar asked me phone number and verification code and used to login my filpkart account without my permission and raise return request

I have ordered a Jacket (Breil By Fort Collins Full Sleeve Solid Men Padded Jacket) of order id OD[protected]. Instead I have received a full trouser. I have attached the image in the attachment section. So I have requested a replacement(Replacement ID:[protected]). Now when the replacement came the delivery agent refuse the deliver the replacement. he is saying that he is expecting a jacket to be replaced instead the trouser. Now we have tried to explain the situation but he does not deliver the product. For the next 5-6 hours we have been trying to contact customer service representitive but they are not helping at all. All they are doing is apologizing about the incident and then cancel the call and/or close the chat. After so much frustation I have decided to raise a complaint in consumer forum in a hope that the issue may resolve.

My orders shipped through ekart has reached the nearest hub on 8 December 2021 itself but still it is not delivered. For the order before that one a delivery boy named Kannan from Sivakasi hub came and forced me the get the torn package saying order cannot be cancelled and money will not be refunded. He behaved very rudely and when I complained regarding this issue from the next day whichever order coming to my orders are not delivered. When contacted the hub the manager blindly trusted the delivery boy instead of investigating the matter and scolded me and behaved very rudely. Please take action for the hub and delivery boy and delivery my orders or refund my money. Because of this delivery person I lost 1500 rupees as my order not delivered.

The delivery guy was calling me on phone for the address to delivered the product feom flipkart which was ordered but he was finding it difficult so i went outside the home.

I called him and i asked to reach at a particular famous location which was near from my house he was asking me to come to another location as he had another delivery.

When i reached i spoke the guy and he was very unprofessional while talking he rude first of all its home delivery and i'm coming out to received the product so that it can save your time.

He started asking orginal id proof i showed him originally scanned copy of aadar card annpancard also showed him the message received from ekart logistics with confirmation pin but he was not convinced and was speaking rudely and unprofessionally.

I promise i will never buy any product of flipkart in the future if they have such poor quality logistic service.

My order bearing AWB NO as FMPC[protected] is stuck at the nearest faculty office from last 3 days.. No such initiative has been taken to deliver it... Hence I am complaining about the poor customer service @ekartlogistics
