Dear Sir/ Madam,
In reference to my Order Id OD[protected], For the past 2 week I used to get the below message from your pickup partner(EKART) Lucknow.
Early Morning,
Out for Pickup: Bajaj GX1 500 W Mixer ... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master .Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.
At the end of the day the Ekart reschedules by pick up by sending a following message to me,
Pickup Unsuccessful: Bajaj GX1 500 W Mixer ... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com could not be picked up today due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try again tomorrow.
On inquiry they are told to change address etc... How can I change my delivery address?
It's Pathetic... Kindly change your delivery partners in the Lucknow region and help me with my refund process.
