Delivery boy delay pickup. 17th July he call me for pickup . but he didn't come . then i call him then he say i come tomorrow. 18th July i call him then he say he come tomorrow . now today i call him now again he say come tomorrow . then i call customer support but i didn't get regulation.

    I can't exchange my order from last 2 days..the delivery person is not giving the correct details..he is always telling 5 mins, 10 mins 1 hour etc..he just made me to wait for past 2 days yet the order was not delivered..worst experience ever.. please take a serious action.

      I had a delivery from Amazon and received my delivery on 16 July.
      It was COD and went there to receive my package. It was an order of 420 INR. He said he didn't have change so he suggested dat while returning he would return my change. I agreed and waited at night he said he missed me and said he would do it tomorrow I agreed to. Since then it's been 3 days but he still hasn't replied.

        I have ordered a earbuds and neckband in a site name thewinqflix.com worth of rupees 1600 and i have received through ekart logistics when i have opened the box it was an unworthy wired boom head phone . so i have called the delivery boy and he said come to the ekart office at sriperumbudhur tomorrow so that i have visited the office and asked the incharge person but their not answered properly and the told me that they cant do any thing to resolve my issue and every day more than ten customers received these kind of issues . i need to know that why ekart have tie-up with these kind of fraudulent companies and Ekart should answer for this issue because through Ekart only they get money so why Ekart cant take back my money and make legal action against them if i did mot get any reply from ekart i am going file a consumer case against Ekart .

This one Your Delivery Boy or Person Her didn't contact me for any queries and your delivery boy rejected my order and mentioned that ( Unsuccessful delivery Attempts Failed ( Customer Reject )
          Why i am rejected .

                Shipment number MYNP[protected]. On 18 th July Sunday delivery boy called me and I informed him that I am right now not in station. He replied me that he has to deliver by today or cancel. Then after few minutes delivery boy called me from his personal number and asked to call in official number and say that I am cancelling the order.

                But I don't want to cancel I have just requested to please deliver it on 19th July monday. But he refused by saying he has to deliver by today. And I am really disappointed by your service. I wish to deliver my parcel by Tomorrow.

                  When Courier person first reached he forgot the item at his office, then asked me to collect item from his office, which I refused. He then reached me on my cell later evening from his office, and asked me to share the OTP to mark the item delivered without actually delivering the item, which I again refused. The courier person got angry and scheduled the delivery after 4 day, which is totally un-acceptable. When I told him that I would complain, he replied and said "do whatever you want". He is very confident about his behavior and think complaints does not matter, customer are fools.

                  I want my item delivered ASAP.

                    Wishmaster did not replace my damaged product while my damaged product was alrady approved. wishmaster did not even come to my address he refused me on call itself that your product will not be replaced. And he said in his record that the customer has rejected I have a complete recording of him talking on the phone when he refused me for product replacement. Please replace my product.

                      My order from flipkart with tracking id FMPP[protected] is missing pne product ie white colour actually i ordered two tops one was yellow and second was white from same brand but received only one i. E yellow but your website and flipkart is showing delivery of both top whereas thats not true. So kindly give me my missing top or help me in refund as that product is not with me.

                        In my locality most of the products getting cancelled due to the delivery negligence.
                        I have a lots of experience with these guys. If the product is small they are ready to deliver if it's big they are delaying it forward it to further days and they only telling cancel it.
                        I went and collected my products.

                        See how the negligence we can understand.

                        Please take a proper action on these kind of person.
