In mandapeta(533308)...My product is arrived to the hub...it's completed 48 hours but it's not out for delivery...the people working in the Ekart is very negligence...I'm asking for my order...they said come tomorrow..there is no staff...is that Ekart is working with two people...plzzz Change the working procedure...

Wrong product delivery to me give me my money

I had ordered one dress item through fb in logistic .the amount was 1299.but I received a wrong item.what knind of irresponsible it is.such worst bad service.i need soultion for my problem.

I'm order on flipcart and e cart logistics was my delivery partner but yours e cart logistics
mehsana was canceled my order and not delivering me my product. This is more than 5times with me where the e cart wat cancelled my order

I had placed an order in Flipkart supermart with order id OD[protected] but on delivery day(today) I hadn't received any call from delivery executive and now it's showing order is delivered but it hasn't delivered to me and delivery executive hadn't contacted me as well. This is very poor from ekart logistics and Flipkart. I won't shop with Flipkart again.

I always order from Flipkart and it's a good company but only because of its partnership with Ekart logistics it's going to fail one day. Each time I ordered from Amazon the courier boy doesn't even call and deliver the product at doorstep but each I order from Flipkart there comes a problem at the time of delivery. Some agents of Ekart come and deliver at doorstep but some says you have to take it from them from one/half km away. Also sometimes they threatened me to cancel the product without my permission. Some are very rude at the time of delivery. As we order at the time of heavy discount we fear that if they cancel the product by showing some unexpected reasons we can't get the same at the discounted price. So we have to go near them to pick up our products. Ekart customer care number never connects so we can't even complain. And each time Flipkart says you'll not face such situation in future as we are improving. That's all they can do. The only reason I'll order all my product from Amazon one day just because of Ekart logistics service.

I'll order Poco M2 on 27 dec 2020 and the delivery date is 30th dec, 2020 but they not delivered then they update the date to 2 jan 2021.
And today is 4th jan but phone is not delivered yet what is this i want my phone

I have paid online payment to the delivery boy at first I paid through phonepe it showed amount was deducted if transaction is failed money will be returned in 2 days but he said pay again through Paytm that deducted money will be added to you in 2 days after 2 days I saw that it showed payment was successful so that I had payed 2 times for that perfume so I want my cashback

And they also called me on my mobile to fill this form and send it back. 2-3 days later they send me another email and call me on mobile that your letter is approved for franchise. Sir, I placed an order from Flipkart.com on 10 December. Whose order ID is OD[protected]. Addres is
Mintu bhumihar lalganj near tempo stand 277201 ballia uttar pradesh.. where my nike name is mintu bhumihar. Which shipped in 2 shipments via E Cart Logistic on 10 December. Whose tracking ID is FMPP[protected] and FMPP[protected]. Whose message for Out For Delivery came to me on December 15 at 1: 18 in the afternoon. The message of the deliverd came at 6.21 pm on 15 December. But I have not received both of those shipment . I called Flipkart Customer Care and filed a complaint.On December 30 from Flipkart, I got a call that we have spoken to the logistic team. Logistic team gave us an Aadhaar card as proof of delivery. But I said that the Aadhaar card is fake. Then he said that we can only do so much. One more thing, the delivery boy name whose message has come. When we went to hub and knew there, the Hub Incharge himself told me that boy of this name does not do job here. So I have a humble request to you to check this.This whole matter should be investigated.

I've been trying to return my order from Flipkart which is of Rs. 469. I requested to return it and first time my order was not picked up but again I tried to return it but the pickup date was shown 1 Jan 2021 and when i called the number being given by Ekart Logistics in their Out for Pickup Message, The delivery boy didn't pick up my call and declined it several times. I'm highly disappointed with the same. I'm feeling cheated. If in my place the owners of the company would've been there, they'd have known how much it hurts when you waste your money like this. I request you to kindly take my concern seriously as even Re. 1 is important.

We are giving complaints but not at all resolving... As we customers are ordering so that logistics are running please keep this in mind and train your boys to behave... Teach them to talk politely and really disgusting to have such rude delivery boys simply brutes in srikalahasti ekart logistics
