            I had order Redmi 4 on 2gud and it was shipped through ekart logistics.on 4 Dec it has received at my nearest hub flipkart facility. And on 5dec it was dispatched to my given address place kailashahar. Pin 799263 but still not received yet in given address. It is only 10km from my nearest hub.                       The delivery boy bought me an open package with broken product and gave excuse that it was already opened. The next package was supposed to be brought by the same guy and till date i haven't received my package and he's keep on saying that the delivery will be done the next day.                           Why can't i call ekart and can't even sent email nunber is invalid and address is not found. I order realme narzo 20 on flipkart and they send through ekart on 22nd november expected delivery date 30th november today 4th december but didn't reach my destination yet, and in still dispatch for 8 days traking id FMPP[protected] process it fast or else i will report you.

                                I have come across an advertisement in you tube about a watch from watchvilla.com assuming the website to be a genuine one i have placed a order of watch. and it turns out product to be a fake. and how can you tube promote these which are not verified. i wanted to return the product and went to the watchvilla.com to review its return policy and they have clearly mentioned that they would refund but phone call is being redirected to a voice message. this might be scam.so pls do the needfull
