Dear Ekart, I had got delivery from Flipkart, and got a sms that the product is out for delivery. The delivery boy didn't call me, I called him and asked about the delivery, he told, he wont come to my location and told me to come to a place of 6km away. He told he is at that place. I reached that place and called him many times. He didn't pick the call and once he picked and told he will come there in 30min. Im at that place for 1 hour. What the service you are providing ekart??

    Ekart constantly not delivering to
    Our place vemanpally.
    • one of my cod order is stolen by courier service boy & they asked me to cancel order
    • they're constantly rescheduling order until cancel the order
    • talking rudely to customers if we ask them to come to our village

            After getting delivery agent delivery calling for 15 min and we are waiting for more then 2 hour but can't come any delivery boy for deliver that and also flipkart dont have satisfaction system for listening with costumer to transporter we have lost our 2 hour for waiting that product and also in this waiting we are losted our 2000 INR for going at work lait so we want first our harresment and money lost from flipkart..

                A delivery guy has a issues that he cant the product to my address he is a new guy.
                The old delivery boy was delivering to door step.
                So I said him to come to my house so he said he cant..and he was giving a order to my near by house so I said u come and call me there..so he said I cant come do wherever you want I am not scared and i[censored] order anything I ll cancel it.
                Is this a manner to behave with us...

                    Delivery by frauds, we ordered something else and received something else.
                    But we can save that if delivery guy had patience as we choose cash on delivery.
                    But he took money before opening and ran away.
                    These frauds run ads on FB and I wanted to tell ekart to stop taking their delivery as many have been scammed but I lost faith in such trusted co.

                                I had ordered some products in home centre. And, it was delivered by ekart logistics. At that time I did had money. So, I ordered those products. But, now I didn't have much money to accept that product.
                                The delivery boy called me in the morning, and when I asked him to cancel that order he told me "If you have to cancel that order why did you ordered the product. You have that option to cancel it, you do it yourself." He said it in a very rude way.
                                I think that's none of his business to tell me like that.
