This to inform you that your Person has came for delivery of Flipkart Parcel & he has behaving in very rude manner & he doesn't have options for Online Payments. His Contact number is [protected] & he came from Titwala i guess. Pls take necessary action against him as he telling that no one can take action even if any complaints are registered.

      I ordered for combo 2 watches fossil brand with gold chain...but I got delivered only 1 normal belt watch...kindly refund my amount or I will take legal action to company with book of 420 case with FIR complaints...call me immediately

            Ekart wishmaster (pin 170) is not having a good behaviour & hava a high attitude...not trained properly to deal with the customer...not expected this from specially e-kart...thanks...👎👎👎👎

              Ekart Logistics completely unprofessional having no customer care or helpline numbers or even a email id to reach out to. Shows their unprofessional customer service and also no grievance portal to raise concerns.

                  My order from flipkart: Lakme lipstick tracking ID FMPP[protected] couldn't be delivered after 5 days of being shipped. I called each day and explained my address to the delivery boy but they made excuses each day. The delivery boy with number (call [protected], PIN 102) told me that I won't deliver and cancel your order.

                    My order has to deleiver today by 10 dec 2020.
                    Product reached at panchavati hub nasik loction on 9th dec 2020
                    This location is 2km from my home.
                    I got sms from ekart that your product will delayed by 3 days.
                    I went to ekart office as i can see its at that hub.
                    They said we send your product back to company depot bcoz your location is far from our location.but its only 20km and they can deleiver it.
                    Now its taking 1 week time to deleiver.
                    Really bad experience with ekart service and responce from ekart executives as irrisponsible behaviour and pathetic process.

                        This is regarding an order ( TRACKING NO : SDKC[protected]) issue for which I have already paid Rs. 1449.

                        It was ordered from wayynow.com, I received the package through ekart today (10 December, 2020). However, the order is wrong. I ordered a black dress with parrot green sweater but instead came a very cheap, stained saree. I am seriously disappointed and upset about it. Please help me get my money back or get hold of the scamster. I hope you do something about it.

                          I ordered the watch in watch mela website for diesel company men watch but Ekart logistic delivered dummy women watch. too plastic one. so please no one to order the watch in watch mela site. I asked to deliver person, he told we dont no, just deliver person, not return amount also. how dare the stupide Ekart deliver the part. fraudu Ekart logistics. please take action close the Ekart logistics immediately.

                          before give amount please check the product then give the amount.

I had already contacted to Flipkart customer care and they told me there was problem in your near by ekart logistics. I am waiting for more than one week for my parcel.

                              It is not in dispute that I had placed an order for delivery of guitar for my child. The order number is OD[protected] and the same was expected to be reach me on 9/12/2020 .As per assurence the said guitar was came to my door step on 9/12/20 .the delivery boy was not wearing any mask on his face or not holding any sanitization liquid as per the government notification. In spite of this I ventured to collect the said guitar .At that time I requested him to avail ATM swipe for which the delivery boy agreed.then I swipe my card and I also received acknowledgment by the bank for having debited from my bank account of SBI .the same was brought to the knowledge of the delivery boy. But he is not ready to accept the same and forced me to swipe again.but I refused to do so once again . For that the delivery boy went in his vehicle without delivering my parcel .even the same was brought to the knowledge of your higher official and it does not hear deaf ears. By this misconduct of the delivery boy and your officials I lost a sum of RS 2499 towards the cost of parcel and also lost faith in your company. Hence it is evitable for me to notice to you to deliver the parcel within 24 hours from this complaint. Otherwise I will Lodge a complaint at jurisdictional police station and consumer commission also. And the same will brought to the notice of respective government ministry for further action against your company.

                                Sir /Madam,

                                I'm writing in reference to the above subject, I had booked Diesel gray stainless Steel watch on Dated:03.12.2020 via https://watch-mela.com/ for Rs.1599 plus shipping charges.

                                Today date:09.12.2020 the product was delivered. When the box was opened, it was found that there was a big piece of wood inside and a third class quality digital watch. I've received a totally different watch which is of such bad quality and is not even worth 10rs.

                                I request you to please help me in getting my money back and blacklist such sellers.
                                Please register my complaint and take necessary actions.

                                  I ordered women burgundy gota palazzo set for rupees 800 . Instead of palazzo set i get one black colour kurti whose desing and fabric is very bad. I am soo soo sooo disappointed pls do something. I want to return it and get back my money

                                    This is Suresh Nallaperumal, I have ordered 3 denim shirt in online with cash on delivery option but I get delivered 2 used old shirt by EKART logistics. I have given my full cash Rs.1099/- to Ekart Logistics.I have attached the payment slip details for your reference. EKART tracking I'd is WSPC[protected]. Once I immediately realise the fake product, I have given my compliment to the respective delivery team to stop my product payment process but Ekart Logistics is not cooperating for customers. I suspect they are also in part of this crime. I want justice and also get back my full cash amount Rs.1099/- as soon as possible.
