        Hello Sir, I am Akhil E staying in kozhikode, Kerala.I have done e online shopping from Flipkart service of one boAt airdopes 381 on 13/12/2020, but due to some inconvenience caused i have cancelled the Order with no(OD[protected] same day itself.But the refund amount is not credited to my account, which was amounting rupees-1864/- . I multiple times called flipkart customer care then only i came to know the refund is been initiated by ekart. Today 12/01/2021, i have not received the refund till date. I need my refund back anyway..

              There is no delivery, no contact by agent and even they cancel my item when I reached at hub for pickup. It is now second time happened in Rewa Ekart office.

              Why I Shop such a company who called timely delivery in order page?

                                    I'm purchase on 31 dec 2020 night HMT watch and this product will be delivery on 5 jan 2021 but it could not be delivered. I'm calling to Ekart say to me pending product in kalyanpur hub and he is delay again and again.
                                    Today, I meet ekart delivery boy in IIT NSI Gate kanpur UP, I'm asking to regading my product situation but he is reply to me I don't known.
                                    Really I don't known what is happening there.

                                      I went to self connect my shipment. But your delivery executive used taboo and abusing language. It felt like he was going to snap at me during conversation. I am cancelling my order and hence I will ask flipkart to never send me my shipment through e kart ever again
