Hi, this is regarding E kart service at Pin code 261203 .
they took your product at the delivery center and never take them out to deliver instead they show you your product is out for Delivery .
The number sent in message always comes switched off so you can't do anything and just have to wait till night to see that delivery attempt failed.

I have noticed the pattern more than 4 time, please take the issue at priority they are not delivering product neither they will call you and in last your product will get cancel in next 3 days

At first the courier person contacted me on 23.01.2021 and said that the address was not clear and could not give delivery, to which I asked him to please tell me what the address is, but he disconnected the call and after a while he contacted me again, only to give me the address again if I could not deliver otherwise I will send return, I have to be patient brother and I urgently need that product too, so for that I said “ I will definitely tell the place, First please tell what the address mentioned on parcel, don’t you know how to treat the customer”, he immediately disconnected the call, then I left too, then I check again the order status in Flipkart on 24.01.2021, the shown “ my order cancelled by me” I shocked, how to cancel the order without my knowledge, so I believe you will take necessary action on the delivery person

The product I bought was of a cheap quality. It is completely different from the pics shown of the item.

My power bank was not delivered to me by the delivery boy. The phone number provided by ekart is not getting connected. More details are mentioned below

I ordered a derma roller on 10th jan 2021 they delivered it to my address withing 5 days but the product was wrong so i raised a replacement from my end which was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Jan but now i have received a message from ekart
that you have cancelled the item from your end and the item won't be delivered, this happens with me and my colleagues manier times . They are cancelling the delivery from there end without reaching individuals address. The product reaches the city but couldn't reach to the address, how is that possible ... ?

I have been waiting from 15 days now no concern has been shown from ekart's end .. Worst service!!
Please look into it. They are fooling people on ground level.

A parcel was wrong delivered by your side

My product was my nearest hub but not deliver previous day, because why faceing this problem? It's service is very bad in some time for this nearest hub. But my delivery boy behaviour and service very good.

Please see the above.I received manual product, not electric. But paid value of electric chopper Rs.1299/-I want to return it. Please direct your delivery agent to collect it and return the price urgently.

FMPC[protected] is my tracking ID. The delivery was to be done by 27th Jan. The delivery boy called on 24th (Sunday), as my office was closed, I requested to deliver my parcel on 25th Monday. But he very rudely said that he will cancel the order & it will be returned back to the seller. Is this your customer service? Don't you have 2nd & 3rd attempt to deliver a parcel as others do. I want strict action to be taken against this person & let me know what have you done. Worst service I experienced till date

I had ordered 'PORTABLE MINI SEALING HOUSEHOLD MACHINE' on ekart . It was delivered 10 days back and the product is not working . I had immediately called the no. [protected] but they told that u will get a call in 7 to 8 business days. But still i have'nt got a call and the my 899 rs is wasted. I want a refund. Ur product is safe here. U can take that and please do give me a refund.

Delivery Man is Cancel My Order I Receive Messege Ekart Executive Not Able To Reach they are Comes Nearest Place Where My Address but Not Comes to My Address Many Times These Problem Repeat What Is Your Delivery Service Means if Not Helpful

We have get product that we haven't ordered we have to return that and money back

Bhadrachalam ekart office called me and asked where your address was when the parcel arrived. I said I was coming but I did not come. After 24 hours I went to the ekart office and was told that the parcel was not found. I told him that he could not bring it to us and if you do not come and take it yourself we will return your parcel. Whether you have an obligation to send or not I mean we do not need to come and pick up otherwise we are talking rudely that we will return. Please be able to consider.
