      Delaying for delivering my order

The delivery was going good as it reached kolkata from gurgaon on the same date at 11:59 pm.         I ordered the boat headphone from flipkart but the product is defective so, i applied for return. Today, i got the message from e kart. Wish master will coming for picked up the product. So, i call in give no. And asked to wish master when will he come than he gives the reply i am not coming in your place. He told me to come another place which is far away from my place and he just make a fake allegations that there are corona case but there are not single case of case where i live & he also talk very rudely. So, you please take any action on him.

          Is this the service you provide to your customers? I ordered a product online and it was out for delivery today and the delivery had contacted snd said that he cannot deliver the product to my place bu he will drop the product at some shop which is precisely 3km away from this place. I have already paid delivery charge along with the price of the product. Why do you think that i have to pay delivery charges if it is not delivered at my doorstep. If i have to go to some shop for collecting the product then why do i have tp do online purchases, when i asked why can't he deliver he said that in our company its like this. Seriously.. Is this your company policy? Its beacuse of wrong policies like this some people still hesitate to do online shopping and do some kind of traditional shopping, and please make your delivery boy understand that home delivery means delivering the product at the customers doorstep as per his/her convinence and not dropping out the product somewhere as per his convinence. I think that youf company will take proper measures to mitigate this.

            With refernce to track id-fmpp[protected] i would like to convey the intentional delay in delivery of mobile poco x2 from ekart.
            As per tracking id details product was dispached from bangalore on 1/8/2020. It reached delhi on 3/8/2020 but to my surprise it did not deliver it to me, it sent it to gurgaon on 5/8/2020. Destination delivery address is rohini sector-15, delhi.
            It again came back to delhi on 6/8/2020 and again instead of delivering it to me it again sent it back to gurgaon on 7/8/2020.
            I can't understand what is going on? Why is it sending packet again and again to gurgaon? Something is wrong and fishy. Kindly look into the matter and get my delivered at the earliest in untampered condition as it need it urgently as my previous phone has broken down.

                  Fmpp[protected] my product tracking i'd, my product reached nearest hub to me by 2nd august, but still i didn't get my product, i visit ekart courier office, they says your item reached our hub but it is missing, why they behave like such irresponsible, i understand they are busy but they have also understand our needs, so i'm giving a complaint to solve my issue possible, thankyou

                        I have bought the product but at the time of receiving i wasn't available at 3 august, so the delivery boy said that he will deliver next day, but until now 4 aug, i haven't recieved the product and the payment has been done already through flipkart. I am unable to contact him as the product is stated to be delivered in my app.

                            Actually we ordered the Item (Saree) i.e., pure chiffon handbrush paint saree 1700+$ on 29-July-2020.

                            Shipped by: Lokyasri Collections. (Vendor Contact: [protected])

                            Today we received the wrong item i.e, Dupatta. Immediately contacted the supplier. Vendor said that we have shipped the correct item and might have misplaced it with the courier.

                            Please re look on the order and replace the correct item.

                              The courier boy (Not know his name) refused to deliver the item at my home. Instead he insisted to take delivery at the land mark (Maruti suzuki show room) on the other side of the road. I had to take the item from him not at my doorstep of my home but at a repair shop on the other side of the road. Also he talked to me (A senior citizen) rudely denying my age. He should be taught some classes on good behaviour. This is the first time i have encountered such an uncomfortable situation. May take it seriously to avoid any long term effect.

                                    Dear sir / madam,

                                    I did an online purchase from the hatke mobile accessories. They send my shipment via ekart from delhi to kerala (Kannur district). Shipment tracking number is srtc[protected].

                                    As per my request my shipment reached in kannur hub on 24 th july. Until now they did four times out for delivery. But didn't came any delivery to my area. Last on 29th july evening 4:38 they called me and informed that delivery boy reach here, he is near by my area. I was waiting until 6 pm. No one came here for delivery.
                                    This company have no any customer service contact number or any enquiry number or any toll free number.
                                    When they contacted that number, we cannot callback that number. Its not connect directly. As per their instruction i added my number and pin followed by their number. But it cannot reached. I will add that number here.. Please check. ‭+[protected]‬. This number not located in my district. Connect call from their hub.
                                    I have complaint against their kannur hub. I will give pictures of their office location and address. Today i reached their and check with them. They said that shipment rejected and rtn. I saw many people came there with so many complaints like this. Please take any action immediately.
                                    I think no need that hub in future. Very bad experience in my life.
                                    I trusted consumer complaints section.
                                    So i complain with you.
