I wanted to be part of ekart logistics franchise so i applied on june and got a mail from [protected]@flipkart.com that there is no franchise outlet right now will get in touch with you in future at 1.30am.

And on that day at 4.30pm i got a mail from [protected]@ekartlogiscs.co that in which i was shared all the documents which ekart logistics will share to me for franchise so reply them for further.

And on 7th july i got a...

The delivery person sent the link for the feedback (which I was not aware of at that time that it was for providing feedback) and said he will need to take a picture of the same for his reference. So, I let him take a picture of the same.
Later when I clicked on that link I understood that he has already submitted the feedback on my behalf for himself.

I had successfully placed order for an iPhone under Order ID OD[protected] on 6th Aug'20 through Flipkart & initially it was expected to be delivered by 11th Aug through seller (SuperComNet) but then somehow the delivery got delayed & the new delivery date was communicated for 14th August but unfortunately there was no delivery attempted on the respective day & thereafter after escalating it multiple time with the Flipkart customer care they are yet to provide any confimation about the delivery till this date as they don't have any update from the Logistics team ( Ekart Logistics) regarding the shipment..I am really disappointed with the service of such a renowned company like Flipkart & its corresponding verticals.

My name is Nadeem and I have facing issues that Ekart delivery is very rude and when I called him he talk to me for just a minute and before solving my problem cut the phone I have raised this issue with Myntra and district consumer complaints office and now i am giving feedback about your service please do Southing otherwise your reputation will going to damage

I have already received my product but ekart courier not updated delivery status.. So i can't return my product from flipkart.com

Worst experience on delivering product.

1. Order has been placed on 13 aug 2020& expected delivery is on 15 aug 2020.
2. Order is not delivered on time and extended to 22 aug 2020 till now have not recieved delivery agent number.
3. Customer agents (Shivani / mehan & others)
Inclusive others doesn't have no answer except *sorry*
4. Worst part is agents are not even having the call / chat / email to escalate to higher authorities.
4. Tracking mechanism is not properly updated nor in flipkart & ekart logistics.
5. * such big giant company should feel ashamed on the kind of customer service which they offer *
6. Please understand the importance of the product to customer. I[censored]nable to deliver the product please don't put the fake delivery dates.

I ordered a laptop from Flipkart and it was damaged I raised the return return twice as first time it was cancelled by ekart now on second time they came and refused at door step to pick up

I have booked Refrigerator in flipkart and expected delivery date is 8th Aug 2020. That day Delivery team called at 7PM and they said they are not going to deliver the product and I requested to delivery team, I will take vehicle and will come to gooty collect the product and I will return old product. I order a laptop from flipkart on 7th of august and was given a promised delivery date 14th of august. But my laptop has been struck at ludhiana hub from last 9 days and has not been dispatched for jammu yet. I am a engineering student, and without laptop i cannot resume my studies. Even i have already made a payment and now i cannot go anywhere else. I dont have even a single penny in my pocket. Please resolve my issue

I had ordered a G smart watch, dual camera from your site by clicking an advertisement shown on Instagram, on 18 Aug 2020. And I received the item on 21 Aug 2020. I opened the package in front of ekart supplier and the item I had received is different than I ordered, I'd recieved two analog watches in the place of G smart watch .I'd attached the label on the parcel and item in the parcel with this mail. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible, by replacing the item. Kindly do the needful .

Your delivery person was very rude and i guess he didn't want to work as he is very rich. Then why you have hired him for delivery purpose make him the owner of your company..

Your delivery executive is behaving very bad manner to me when I ask him to deliver to given address but he call to me and order me to came his comfortable place for delivery. I want very strong action.
