I had ordered a G smart watch, dual camera from your site by clicking an advertisement shown on Instagram, on 18 Aug 2020. And I received the item on 21 Aug 2020. I opened the package in front of ekart supplier and the item I had received is different than I ordered, I'd recieved two analog watches in the place of G smart watch .I'd attached the label on the parcel and item in the parcel with this mail. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible, by replacing the item. Kindly do the needful .
