    My name is Nadeem and I have facing issues that Ekart delivery is very rude and when I called him he talk to me for just a minute and before solving my problem cut the phone I have raised this issue with Myntra and district consumer complaints office and now i am giving feedback about your service please do Southing otherwise your reputation will going to damage

          Worst experience on delivering product.
          Order no :-od[protected]
          1. Order has been placed on 13 aug 2020& expected delivery is on 15 aug 2020.
          2. Order is not delivered on time and extended to 22 aug 2020 till now have not recieved delivery agent number.
          3. Customer agents (Shivani / mehan & others)
          Inclusive others doesn't have no answer except *sorry*
          4. Worst part is agents are not even having the call / chat / email to escalate to higher authorities.
          4. Tracking mechanism is not properly updated nor in flipkart & ekart logistics.
          5. * such big giant company should feel ashamed on the kind of customer service which they offer *
          6. Please understand the importance of the product to customer. I[censored]nable to deliver the product please don't put the fake delivery dates.
          Note :- * worst part is product from 13 aug to till date it is been circulated in the same city *

            I ordered a laptop from Flipkart and it was damaged I raised the return return twice as first time it was cancelled by ekart now on second time they came and refused at door step to pick up

              I have booked Refrigerator in flipkart and expected delivery date is 8th Aug 2020. That day Delivery team called at 7PM and they said they are not going to deliver the product and I requested to delivery team, I will take vehicle and will come to gooty collect the product and I will return old product.               Today pick up was done around 3 o'clock and I received the refund information also.
              But with laptop I also purchased a attached laptop protection warranty but today I only received the laptop amount not of laptop protection

                      I order a laptop from flipkart on 7th of august and was given a promised delivery date 14th of august. But my laptop has been struck at ludhiana hub from last 9 days and has not been dispatched for jammu yet. I am a engineering student, and without laptop i cannot resume my studies. Even i have already made a payment and now i cannot go anywhere else. I dont have even a single penny in my pocket. Please resolve my issue

                          Respected sir/madam,

                          I had ordered a G smart watch, dual camera from your site by clicking an advertisement shown on Instagram, on 18 Aug 2020. And I received the item on 21 Aug 2020. I opened the package in front of ekart supplier and the item I had received is different than I ordered, I'd recieved two analog watches in the place of G smart watch .I'd attached the label on the parcel and item in the parcel with this mail. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible, by replacing the item. Kindly do the needful .

                                    Hi team,

                                    I was given a fake chinese product via ekart. I would request ekart to not deposit the money (Inr 1499) to the vendor company. The order id was 28198 and the ekart tracking id was srtc[protected]. The vendor company jolykart.com is a fake company and they dont have any customer care number or email.
                                    I have also filed a case for this fraud on consumer helpline and the number is 2180544. I tried calling ekart customer care many time today but couldn't connect. The delivery boy's name was v subramani.

                                    Please support me in getting my money refunded.

                                      Product tracking ID[protected] and deliver boy number[protected], he was not able to wait 5 min to deliver product, as his attitude and behavior is not satisfied, even I called about 10 times but not even received or call back to my number ! Really am very sad Abt ontime deliver and delivery boys . Kindly resolve this issue with serious actions, otherwise Flipkart loose best customer in future..! As am available to collect the parcel but just only I received a msg that I was not available at home, what's the wrong with ur team, as I said I will collect it after 5min to delivery boy
