The delivery boy asks the customer to forward the feedback sms to his number so that he can give the feedback himself. In order to ask to forward the feedback sms link, the delivery boy explains the customer that its a company protocol to forward the sms to the delivery partner.

This is totally a fraud by the delivery partner. Its a cheat. They don't behave well with the customers but they want good feedback.

They need proper training on how to behave with the customers. I am totally unhappy with the behaviour of the delivery boy asking me to forward the feedbank link to his contact number so that he rate himself. When I replied saying that I've already given the feedback, he disconnected the call very rudely.

Please look into this matter. This is not acceptable. They should not feedback themselves.

    I order a product in Flipkart. On the delivery day no delivery person contacted me till the evening. Then I contacted him to know the order delivery status. But he is so irresponsive. He didn't even listened to me. And product also not delivered.

    I am VIP customer
    There are two products supposed to deliver 12th or 13th,
    That day delivered boy called me saying im not able to deliver this product to you because that order is more large and also he suggested me com to my place and i will give your product.

    From my point of view how can i go to there? i order as a door delivery and that to as a VIP customer product should be delivered in 48hrs, it’s very uncomfortable to me

    Could you please take action immediately

      Made an online order on flipkart and when the item was to deliver, the delivery boy refused to deliver it to my address. He was forcing me to reach to his location according to his convenience. Even i had mentioned the full address including landmark still i had to receive very rude behaviour from his end. He was not at all professional while talking to me and was very rude. Till now i did not receive my product. The delivery boy's name is gokul barman. I want apology from that mannerless fellow. Please do the needful.

          Ref: shipment srtp[protected] (From thane to trivandrum)
          My business associate shipped me a box from thane/maharashtra through ekart surface (Booked via shiprocket). The tracking number showed that the item reached the trivandrum pattom ekart delivery center on 4th september and delivery was to be on 12th september. Now apparently the website is showing that a return has been booked to return the package to the seller. On what basis is this return booked? Nobody even bothered to contact us to deliver the item despite telephone numbers being clearly mentioned in the documentation. We are at home 24 hours due to the lock down and nobody came home to delivery either. This is downright cheating. I am placing this complaint online in order to record the complaint. There are no local phone numbers or customer service numbers listed for ekart and their robot based online support is useless. Regards.

          Update: This is ridiculous. The sender of the courier informed me that EKART is now demanding return courier charges or they will not return the package. They dont call, come or attempt to deliver and now they refuse to return the package. Downright cheating. Will be consulting with my lawyer.

            I have ordered for watches through online id# 45094 on 30.08.20. I received the product today but found wrong item delivered. Refund the money or replace with original item ordered. Photos of item ordered and received are attached.

              Dear team,

              It is highly disappointing that on 09-sep-2020 I got my order, and it is damaged product.and now I am trying to scheduled the return for the tracking id FMPC[protected] and however no one called me for the same and today I cannot see any information about return policy from morning i have been trying to reach all the ekart customer care numbers [protected] but they are not valid that is what ivr voice message says.

                  I have recieved today a fake product from www.pickrr.com delivered by ekart logistics pkrc[protected] through cod. The product is totally fake. And i am going to file a complaint against the company and his delivery partner ekart logistics or kindly refund my amount of rs 1599

                      I priyadarshini chakraborty a regular customer of flipkart.. Today I am very sad for your delivery channels and rude delivery boy
                      Attitudes.. Till date I have orders alot of products from your site. But today I am very upset. I have opted a item for return... Firstly the service was very late and latter when the delivery boy arrived he was too much in attitude and misbehaved. First he called me it was not audible. Latter when I went to the door he called me once I was not able to pick that call. I immediately reached to him within couple of minutes.As I am in bank I am not too much free moreover he did it in my premises..
                      I request you that he should give me a written apologize.. Other side I would quit my total account and friend and relatives acc in flipkart.. May be it will be a small step.. But sometimes small steps can lead a great loss..
                      Take proper action strict action against the delivery boy otherwise I will get another way to get my respect back.. Quick step will be appreciated

                        The order was placed on 30th of Aug, 2020 and I did not receive the product till date. Without receiving the product, I got a delivery confirmation message from ekart Logistics and an invoice to my email on[protected]. I tried to connect with the courier sevice. Unfortunately I didn't get any response from their side. Finally, I connected with the flipkart Supprt Assistant. As I had already done the payment on Aug 30th, 2020, I am required to get the product from ekart logistics at the earliest. Hope the issue will get resolved atleast by filing a complaint.

                            I ordered a Shirt from myntra and it will be delieverd through ekart logistics but I didnt get any call from the ekart logistics courier boy and he cancelled my order by their own. I called customer care after knowing the problem he cut my call and didnt received yet. So what kind of services your are proving.
                            They said reorder that product but now it is costly due to closing of sale. I mean such a poor services ekart logistics are giving . they should close their office at least he chamba

Website shows delivered on 8th september 2020 afternoon... Both ekart email addresses do not exist... Also all contact numbers not being answered... Ekart n prestock both running scam...                                   Your delivery boy gave a tore note, so i ask him to change the note. That time he snap at me and with a teasing tone he told me to bring the exact amount then. After that he blah blah! It was very embarrassing. Hope the upper authorities will consider my complain. Bcoz this type of behavior is going to spoil your company's reputation.
