Replacement Order is not taken by delivery person

Address: 215 A Ashutosh City Gate No-3, Near Funcity

I order one product from flipkart and request for refund of that product.
The delivery person talks rudly and didn't come for pickup of order.
The order has to pickup as on 11 Aug and today is 19 Aug.
This is how how your delivery company works, I am very sad about your company how all this works. I haven't seen such rude and inappropriate work from any other courier partner.
The order is from Flipkart the Order...

    Respected Sir / Madam,
    I would like to bring to your notice that my husband had placed an order which was promised by flipkart to be delivered today. I fail to understand the failure of the same because now the lockdown has been uplifted, transportations have been normalized and ecommerce going in full swing.

    Then why has ekart causing so much trouble with the order. An order placed on 10th aug and its been almost 9 days after that, the order is still stuck in bangalore. On reviewing the tracking details, the shipment was created on 18th aug from bangalore. What the hell were you guys doing all this while.

    This is a terrible experience and me being a plus user, its highly disappointing to see the sheer harrassment you caused with this order along with lack of adequate responsibility as an organization.

    Request you to expedite the process and get the product delivered at the earliest with utmost safety.

      Hi,
      Regarding Delivery of Package on Aug 10- FMPP[protected], its showing that package hs been delivered, But still I didn't received.

      Tried contacting customer care, But unable to reach and also tried through mail id, where mail id is also wrong.

        Dear sir/mam,
        My order from flipkart is reached at my nearest delivery hub on date 16 August 2020 and since the day i am getting messages daily that my order is out for delivery but the person selected for delivery has not delivered my parcel yet and not even tried to call me or reach my delivery address. Even when i am trying to call on number '[protected]' to reach out to the delivery boy, he is disconnecting my call. Please do the needful to deliver my parcel.

          I ordered thr product on 7 th of aug on tatacliq & its promised date was 15 th aug in nanded, maharashtra but its not delivered yet and showing item shipped in ekart not dispatched from hyderabad from 14th aug... How can u do such thing ekart... No complaint or customer care number working... Shame on it.. Its highly urgent to deliver the product... Plz look into the matter...

              When the deliverer is coming to give our order, then in the morning only he calls us and says to come at another village to receive order.
              Sometimes we are busy in our work and not able to go to him so he used to cancel our order.
              I request u to send the deliverer at our village.

                I placed a order of laptop and was delivered to me on 7th Aug and on 9th I placed a return request for pick up and 17 the Aug was given you me as pick up date in between this I received messages from ekart for pick up but no one came to pick my order then on 18th I called the Flipkart regarding the issue and they gave me 21st Aug as resolution date, but on 18th Aug at evening I received a message from ekart that you return request was cancelled .now I am stuck with a damaged laptop and on app the option of return is also not there
                How ekart could do this as without visit g they cancelled the return request

                  Dear All, As I want to inform you that yesterday I received my order from Ekart logisitics and the product details as follows TRK# SDKC[protected] invoice no. 5357. Now the issue is what? I received my parcel as fraud parcel when I opened the box. I ordered the flexible Display Gesture Fordable smart watch but when opening the box found a broken and very old normal watch and this costs nothing. I told courier to share the sellers details and he refused that I cant do anything.. I asked him mANY TIMEs that from where you got the same. And I'm 100%sure that if Ekart logistic is bringing any parcel that means there are MOU signed between sellers and Ekart logistic. You can't refuse such ###. Ekart I'm asking you from where u got this parcel and plz I need the details ASAP..

                      Hello, i am tanumay basak, a frequent buyer of flipkart. Today i purchased a product and i was paying it to one of your ekart executive through upi. But after doing that the ekart delivery guy mr, milan mondal told me there is some issue of otp. So, he told me to pay cash instead and my the money which i paid through upi will be refunded into my account by him in a while. But i havent received my refund from your delivery executive till now. And i tried to reach him via call but his number is switched off from the evening

                        I havr ordered Maisto twist and shoot car from Ekart. My treck id was NMBC[protected] and invoice no #HS 1040.
                        While ordering this web site shown me a video of above mwntuoned model car under make in india, and it was with remote control ooerated car,
                        But when i received and open the currier it was vwry small, without remote and more ever it was Made in china product, which is unexpected and big cheating in the name of make in india.
                        I m unsatisfied with the product and want to return it today it self and refund my hard earned money.

                            I see that the product has reached my nearest hub (Mahadevapura) on aug 16 sunday 6:21am. The product is not yet out for delivery and the status is same for the last two days. We want to take that to native and have travel plan for wednesday, 18th aug evening. Please resolve this asap and get this delivered at the earliest.

                              I had ordered a Boat 261 wireless Bluetooth headset for 1240 from flipkart on 09.08.2020
                              But the same is not being dispatched from the Ekart Logistics Motherhub Gurugram till yet I. E. 18.08.2020
                              It is still showing ordered product is at Ekart Gurugram. I had already complaint to flipkart but no step is being taken by them to resolve my issue they just delaying it.

                                I purchased a laptop from the Flipkart and it has some defects so I filled a return request which was accepted by the dealer and they assigned ekart the pick up the server
                                But on a daily basis, I am getting the message that your order will be picked up before 9 pm but till now no pick up is done the last date of pickup is today but still no response from ekart side.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  Need your urgent attention to this.

                                  Recently I bought an MI A3 phone, kind of grey, 6 GB, 128 GB. I got the wrong product. In MI box the phone which i got was an old Samsung duos phone and also it was completely broken phone.

                                  I placed a return request which got accepted and i was told that on Monday, 17th August 2020, wishmaster will pick up the phone. Also i was told by flipkart executive that since you got an old broken phone there shall be no verification of the same and they are mentioned the same in the complaint as well.

                                  So on 17th August 2020 I called the wishmaster on the number mentioned in the SMS. The wishmaster (delivery person) said they didn't get any email regarding this.

                                  Then later on the same day around 2 PM i got an SMS that return pick up rejected due to product mis match.
                                  But the wishmaster (delivery person ) never came to my place.

                                  How come a delivery person will come to know what mail has come and what not? Isn't his work just to delivery the product?

                                  How can he reject the pickup without even coming to my place?

                                  When flipkart has mentioned in complaint that no verification to be done while return pick up then how come product mis match is the rejected reason?

                                  Please help me over here.

                                    It was arrived at jks mother hub of Gurgaon on 8th of August and the arriving date is is 12th of august .
                                    Now it's 16 August but still my product was stop at the jks hub of Gurgaon it was stop at that hub.

                                    I am ordered poco x2 on 8th August and it was packed and shipped on 12th August and it's delivery date was given me is 15th august but today is 16th August and product not delivered yet..and Flipkart customer care not taking any action on this..and my old orders are cancel even my product is in nearest hub.
