Need your urgent attention to this.
Recently I bought an MI A3 phone, kind of grey, 6 GB, 128 GB. I got the wrong product. In MI box the phone which i got was an old Samsung duos phone and also it was completely broken phone.
I placed a return request which got accepted and i was told that on Monday, 17th August 2020, wishmaster will pick up the phone. Also i was told by flipkart executive that since you got an old broken phone there shall be no verification of the same and they are mentioned the same in the complaint as well.
So on 17th August 2020 I called the wishmaster on the number mentioned in the SMS. The wishmaster (delivery person) said they didn't get any email regarding this.
Then later on the same day around 2 PM i got an SMS that return pick up rejected due to product mis match.
But the wishmaster (delivery person ) never came to my place.
How come a delivery person will come to know what mail has come and what not? Isn't his work just to delivery the product?
How can he reject the pickup without even coming to my place?
When flipkart has mentioned in complaint that no verification to be done while return pick up then how come product mis match is the rejected reason?
Please help me over here.
