The order was placed on 30th of Aug, 2020 and I did not receive the product till date. Without receiving the product, I got a delivery confirmation message from ekart Logistics and an invoice to my email on[protected]. I tried to connect with the courier sevice. Unfortunately I didn't get any response from their side. Finally, I connected with the flipkart Supprt Assistant. As I had already done the payment on Aug 30th, 2020, I am required to get the product from ekart logistics at the earliest. Hope the issue will get resolved atleast by filing a complaint.
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There are two products supposed to deliver 12th or 13th,
That day delivered boy called me saying im not able to deliver this product to you because that order is more large and also he suggested me com to my place and i will give your product.
From my point of view how can i go to there? i order as a door delivery and that to as a VIP customer product should be delivered in 48hrs, it’s very uncomfortable to me
