My Self Sanjiv Shinde and ordered mobile from Flipkart with order no : OD[protected].

Ekart guy refused me to open the company box to show product under box.
He is very arrogant in speaking.
As per him, it's Ekart policy not to open the brand company box,

Bad response and behaviour.. all products in damaged condition...

I ordered ambarane smart watch on 23rd September but still my order not received to me ...Ecart Hapur staff behaviour is very rude...when I called them they talk me in appropriate language...

I was placed order with flipkart. And flipkart sent my parcel trough Ekart logistics. Ekart courier service provider has didn't called, did not visit to house, without my concern canceled my delivery....

On 24th september i ordered realme gt neo 3t in flipkart and its has arrived hyderabad kukatpally hub and i got out of delivery on 27th sept the ekart delivery boy arrived and called me in the process of exchange he mistaken the options and he promised me I'll come tomorrow and I'll give you this product i trusted him and the next day i called him, he answered am on leave and i asked him when you come he told day after tomorrow. I trusted...

I neelesh patel i had order a realme 9 pro plus my order id is OD[protected] .But the delivery boy has kept the phone with him for 3 days and has kept troubling him, please take appropriate action against him and get my phone delivered as soon as possible....

My order reached to nearest hub on 25 sept 2022. Ekart guys are marking order out for delivery each day, but they are not delivering it. Delivery boy is someone who just deliberately keep delaying the order. They just keep repeating the same behavior. Today is 02 October 2022, still haven't received the order. Tried complaining to their customer service, each time they open a new ticket and tell me to wait.
Please suggest me, what...

I have not received my courier yet..pls deliver my parcel today...

My order got dispatched from banmoli sort centre on 27 sep. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow on 3rd oct but it hasn't even reached the nearest hub yet on 2 oct. And there is no update on the order since last 6 days. Flipkart customer service isn't helpful either....

Delivery boy name...

I am Monisha Rao from Bangalore. I have ordered Limited Combo Pack of Women's Fashionable Dresses from E kart but i have received a completely different product and even I tried calling to Customer service but they are not responding. I have tried to Return the product through the link but it is not working now. Kindly help me out in returning the product and refund my amount as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful at the earliest....

I have bought a product from Flipkart
As soon as I recieved it, I feel quality issues with the product .
I immediately placed return request on the same day.
After i received out for pickup message but no one come to pickup product and pickup cancelled automatically by end of the day
This happened to me 2 times till date with same product.
Kindly help....

I had placed an order from Flipkart with order Id -OD[protected] which is to be delivered in gurgaon, pin code -122018, tracking ID - FMPP[protected]
As per response received from Flipkart, this product has reached the nearest hub which is Badshapur, pin code -122101 on Thursday but is not yet out for delivery.
Could you please help me with the reason for the delay in the product delivery and make the delivery by Sunday...

I have placed 03 orders on Flipkart and all three were dispatched through ekart and non of the were delivered to me as on date. Further one of the order was even cancelled by your logistics partner without even my knowledge and even without actually visit at the location. Details of the all 3 orders are as follows

Today I got a sms that my product ordered from Myntra is our for delivery.

My pick up date of damage product was
01 Oct 2022 before 0700PM..today no any wishmaster visited to me regarding pick of product. Secondly no call received from EKART executive..even though they have rejected the pick at their own end...this is forth time
They are harrassing me at a regular intervals

I received this one in damage condition I raised the issue with Flipkart my request was accepted.By your office on date 26/27/29/30 sept 2022 that your product will be picked up but your wish master has not paid a single visit to me. And submitting a false remaks that I have cancelled the request.Your executive is submitting false remark on his own endbr...

I was purchased a product in flipkart and I got received the product. After using one hour I found defect in product I requested for return based on return request I got message on 30 th sep from e kart we are coming for pickup keep ready the product at 8:30pm but no one come for pick up after that I call them they told tomorrow we will pickup the product morning I seen one message your return request cancelled by your request but I was not...

Need to talk on call. Inform to fire the delivery person...
