The delivery team of ecart is not deliver the product i order from Flipcart. The delivery man never contacted me but the products status shows it delivered....

Ekart delivery boy has done a fraud with me in an exchange of mobile and taken more money then the actual amount in the bill...

I have ordered phone on 25th sep and the expected delivery date was 2nd Oct. On 2nd Oct the delivery person called me just once but due to network Issue I was not able to talk with him then the delivery is reschedule to next day but still I didn't receive my product. I have checked in tracking the product daily it is dispatching to Thane then reached Mumbai then again dispatch to Thane same routine daily. But didn't go on out...

I was order CROCS shoe and i forget the persul and was sleep at home and that time delivery was call me and that i could t resive the call and few minutes he continous 5 times call me and the last call was resive my mom and that time the delivery boy was tell bad words in Odisha sambalpuri...

I Digant Kumar Dash a plus member of Flipkart ordered 2 different branded headphones along with other products in BBD offers. It is a matter of fact that (1)Instead of Infinity GLIDE N120 headphone(priced Rs.804/-) I got a damaged product and (2) Instead of boAt RockerZ 235(Rs.704/-), I got other brand (U&I) damaged product.
I raised my complaints about this and given all the photo proofs of the product received and the customer service...
