We have received the order today against this tracking ID BHJC[protected]. We taught that this from flipkart and made payment also. To our surprise, this order is from a unknown supplier and goods were in bad condition.

Please look in to this matter and help me to return this packet and get the amount back ASAP

        Your delivery boy is unprofessional and rude behaviour, i said if you will come then i will give you item otherwise i will cancel it.

                I purchased shirt via Flipkart in which it doesn't fit so I punch for return. there were two items for return one they updates another one they took but didn't updated in system and seller cancel my return because product didn't reached to them.

                Courier person took my item and didn't updated in system. I need my money back or my shirt . Order no: FMPR[protected]

                  In a return process product was picked up by ekart employee .on 26 december 2022 at 3pm.That ekart employee name was sashi ranjan.
                  sashi ranjan is a corrupt ekart employee.Because 48 hours has elapsed but that corrupt ekart employee did not deposite picked up product to ekart company and keeped the product for himself. that corrupt employee repeated this type event many time also with other customers.And many other customers have problems by corrupt employee sashi ranjan.That corrupt employee sashi ranjan is working in ekart branch of harmu, ranchi, jharkhand.So, ekart must terminate or dismiss the job of corrupt employee sashi ranjan from ekart immediately.

                        I have ordered few items from myntra. some of them i decided to return and raised same request on myntra. one person from ekart come to pickup return. he supposed to pickup only one return, but he has picked up two items on 23 dec 2022 around 12 pm. later on another person come to pickup that second item but i already return that to ekart pickup. Now i am facing problem to get my money back.

                            Shipment Id : SRTP[protected]
                            Ekart Logistics updated the status as delivered on 25th dec at 5.05Pm (delivery guy) Babu C. But I never received the item. They updated status without delivery it.

                            No Customer care support available, All numbers are not reachable or not connecting to any customer care executive to lodged compliant. Customer support mail id also failed.

                            Please don't ever use this company to send any item.

                              We have missed the call of delivery boy and then he thrown the parcel in our doorstep and talk with us in rude manner. If our product get damage inside the parcel all responsibility will be your. Parcel received timing 6:40pm AWB[protected]

                                Sir today I recieved a msg by ekart to receive an order from Flipkart of rs 399. But delivery person delivered me a wrong item and there is not any returning label and also the Flipkart link was fake, label on parcel is combo men tshirt but I found used ladies suit in parcel. Plz take strict action on this case, and resolve my issue and also resolve to maintain the image of ekart logistics .

                                        I ordered the 3 products from snapdeal that 3 three times my product not delivered to me but when i check my delivery status showed delivery attempt unsuccessful.
                                        The first one deliver boy called me i said i was in out of station i will come and collect tomorrow. He suddenly and harshly said "i am going to cancel the order". After that again i ordered the same product for that delivery he did not make any call to deliver but cancelled as undelivered. This time still now i am not receive any call from delivery side. But that product in Gobichettipalayam delivery hub. Please take any action to resolve this problem. I ordered the product for urgent purpose these types attitude irritating the customers like me.
