There was a ekart return request raised and no one showed up but i got a message that it is damaged product how is that even possible. And when i am trying to reach this gentleman 10 times he is disconnecting my call.

I need a strict action and return pickup to be arranged.

The delivery person is not delivering the orders to our area having called many times the delivery person number is always busy many orders have been undelivered and returned even talked to customer care they say the order will be delivered by the end of day but no order delivery is done...

I did a replacement through Myntra app.Now the app showing the product is delivered and also I received messages regarding the delivery.But I didn't get the product yet.The delivery partner is ekart....

The delivery boy came to my house but couldn't deliver the product because I couldn't receive the otp on phone. The order ID is [protected] and tracking ID is SRTP[protected]. Please look into it and get me my otp. My phone number is correct....

This is to complaint regarding your employees for non delivering my order no FMPP[protected]. I had recieved the message regarding Out for delivery on 2nd Oct 2022.I waited whole day for it but nobody called me for the same. On third the same thing happened and at 5 Pm on 3 rd OCT I called the representative and they told me that I do not have the courier and the same is at your Jalandhar Urban estate phase 1...

We are using E kart logistics for our online orders and We are facing so many complaints from our customer that E kart delivery service is very poor and because of you we are losing our business. many of my clients did not get door delivery they had to find out your office and collect from thier respective E kart hubs . Tracking ID:WSPP[protected] from oct 4 th its showing at mumbai hub and every day we track delivery date is scheduled changed...

Your service is horrible and will complain to the consumer court that despite repeated reminder there is not response of my courier. Please shut your company...

Ekart is not delivering my product. ( FMPP[protected] )
My product is with Ekart from 23 sept.
They have breached the expected delivery days by more than 10 days.
Every day Message comes that product is out for delivery but no dalivey happens.
Ekart is fraud company....

I ordered from flipkart my order id is OD[protected]
My item would be Delivering on 4/10/22 but the delivery person didn't deliver the same and I got a msg the my item is delivered. Which I didn't get it after receiving the deliverd msg a called on ekart helpline number which is mentioned in the order confirmation msg the delivery boy said I didn't find your address so I will deliverd it tomorrow but know they didn't received...

I had ordered medicines from Zee Lab Pharmacy on 26.09.2022 for my mother. Today this is 05.10.2022 medicines are not delivered yet. when i tried to call delivery person he did not attend call. This is extreme carelessness with anyone's health....

I booked a phone redmi 10 through flipkart. ekart logistics could not deliver my package till now. When i trying to connect with ekart logistics after completing the scheduled date they told me that your courier will be delivered today. But they did not deliver my package. Request you to please file my complaint regarding ekart delivery services
I order multiple orders from flipkart during the sale event,
3 order stuck for delivery, it takes too long to deliver..delivery date was 1 octuber but somehow it will change to 4 oct.

Am waiting since long time and also i went to the delivery hub they were totlly rude and hrasment with words.

Now...

I ordered one apple AirPods Pro, the promised delivery date was 25th Sep 2022, the product reached at Tamluk hub TMZ on 22th September l, but still the product not yet receive. They email me and told me the expected delivery date is 30 September, but today they again flipkart send a mail and said that now the expected delivery date is 5th October . I called the customer care for regarding the contact details of ekart logistics for self pickup....

I have order cloth dryer stand 15 days ago and it's still not delivered. I'm getting messages that my delivery address is wrong. While calling delivery agent is answering but not responding saying " l can't hear you properly ". I'm so much disappointed on ekart service....
