My order number FMPP[protected] was not delivered but I got call from delivery person, I was out of station so I said the OTP to delivery person and asked him to hand it over at reception but item was no found. Please help me in reaching out to delivery person to know about my order!

    I've ordered an item from Flipkart on 09/12/2022 and it showed the last update on 10/12/2022. After that there is no update regarding the shipment. I tried to track it through the ekart website but it is showing that there is some issue with the tracking ID. I've contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told it is due to some technical issue from ekart. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution to it.

      I have placed a order and it's delivered through EKART.
      Delivery details:
      Wonderful Embroidered Salwa... with tracking ID SRTC[protected] from Shiprocket, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master.
      Product was mismatched.I received a cheapest saree in the parcel.The bill was taken from a parcel and kept on another.
      It's a very cheap and poor behaviour from your logistics team.
      Do the needful immediately.

        I have ordered 3 T shirts for 399 but have recieved 2 old kurtas in parcel. This is an fraud. please can you connect to the sending and get my amount refunded. or else will have to take legal action agains it.

          Seller shipping wrong goods and there is no return address on the order box and also in the Ekart logistics portal. This way Ekart logistics is indirectly helping the fraudsters. Please hold the payment of Rs.399/-(As the order is COD) and return the same.

                              I have not recieved the product for which I paid . I told the delivery man that first I have to check the product, he refused, he said that you pay first, after that there will be a problem, I will return it and you will get your money, but when I went to his office with the product, he took it refused to.

                                I have ordered a jacket through flipkart app on 11 nov 2022 and on 14 nov the delivery done by ekart and I received a small girls pent which is used and damaged like old so I immediately return that product as complete different product received but from 14 nov to till 7 times return the product but ekart team not collecting pickup I dont know why?
                                The boy came just 2 time and he clearly denied to pickup. I want an explanation from ekart team why you are not picking this product as my return policy has been expired so I have to call customer care for return raise I am frustrated please help me.
