    I got a message that it reached Andheri West, but I still have not received any notification if it’s out for delivery.

          Medicines were ordered on 17 Nov 22 vide ID SRTP[protected] and estimated delivery time was shown as 19 Nov 22. However, the medicines are not received by 22 Nov 22 and still it will take one more day. Funny part is the distance between dispatcher and receiver that is only 50 Kms. Very poor show.

              With reference to my order ID-OD[protected] of Flifkart, The delivery agent of the above logistics reached by 11.a.m. to deliver the product. The product was in condition of "open box delivery". When the delivery agent opened the box, he told me that the order was cancelled. I am surprised how the product get cancelled automatically without my knowledge. Then he returned back the product.

              Please help me to get my products immediately.

                  My name is Nafisha Gulnar I am from Darjeeling West Bengal. Sir/Madam on 13th of November, 2022 I ordered a combo pack of 3 piece kurti at Rs. 799 from YouTube advertise. But on 18th of November 2022 I received a wrong and a worst product from your company which is very dirty. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed from this order. I am also went to the ekart office of Darjeeling for complaint but they told me that they are not responsible for this they only deliver the things or product came from company.
                  So, I kindly request you to please refund my money or do the needful for the same as soon as possible.

                                I am a seller on Pickrr and 3 of my packages are under RTO and the courier is Ekart.

                                There is no update from Pickrr's end as well as Ekart. Thos are my signed documents. I am afraid of those documents getting misused. Its been 20 days already please help!
