I had ordered 3 items from Myntra and I had received one item because it reached at the tentative time I wanted to receive. The other products didn't reach on time and therefore there was no one to receive my parcel, therefore I rejected the delivery when it was prompted. the next day when the parcel was prompted to deliver again in the next day, from a personal number of the delivery boy and i had certainly rejected it. the delivery boy used improper and abusive language trying to threatened me.

The person named Bapi Banik who came to deliver order no. OD[protected] with mobile no. [protected] (PIN: 152) and motorcycle no. AS01 DF 5584 TVS Apache, didn't deliver the item at home. Infact he didn't come inside the apartment gate. He says he will not leave his motorcycle.
Person was very rude, needs correction of his behaviour.
Necessary action my please be taken or higher authorities advice will be seeked.

The original promised delivery date was 14th Nov. As per the tracking info on https://ekartlogistics.com/ shipment tracking its reached 14th Nov 2022 02:46:31 PM, yet they needed 48 hours more to deliver the product. Flipkart as always is not supporting at all and is asking to wait.

What I fail to understand is why is it taking them 48 hours to deliver a product that is literally 5km away from the delivery address.

I was informed yesterday that I will get my product delivery. I had also shared the otp with the delivery boy but later he called and said your product will mot be delivered which in morning he said he will deliver by 6pm. Now the update is that i have rescheduled and they are not showing any expected date or time of delivery.I want my product. My product tracking id is WSPP[protected] from Pickrr Technologies Pvt Ltd, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 174)

Its been 3 continous days since the derlivery is getting cancelled on its own,
Today i contacted the delivery guy and he picked up my call, (we takled about how he will be coming to my place).

now he is not even answering the call and i got a text form ekart saying my product return request has been cancelled as i decided to keep the product.

now why its been like this .

Ekart picked up my product bt it's not received by seller that's why didn't get my refund, i want to know the details of that pickup or receiver, who has received this pickup, ekart ID OIPR[protected], my contact no. Is [protected]

I booked order for 3 tshirt on https://tshirtable.in/ site but i received wrong product from the above traders (they send me ladies tops instead of Tshirt ) via ekart (order no. 1245490). I request you to kindly share with me Vinita Traders Contact No. at the earliest. Else return my money and take back parcel at the earliest.

I received a text from ekart stating my order from Flipkart, with order ID : OD[protected], Neuherbs plant based skin collagen booster with hyaluronic acid have been delivered by some Kiran Jadhav at 5:57pm. I didn't receive the product neither did my neigbours or anybody else received it. It was a prepaid order. Plz resolve my issue as soon as possible

I have received a wrong product, so I request for return. The delivery boy wants the original one, which I don't received.. How could I return him the original one? When I ask him for any query he asked me to raise a complaint against him and E kart. He is too rude to handle. Very bad service

I brought a product from flipkart ID FMPR [protected] pickup guy don't call me and and didnt come to my adress and I found status to update as item not matched return cancell then again I file return request and agin today no one showes for picup and when I call him he said he call me call didn't complete due to network issue. Please don't hire such kind of agent who don't want to work.

Kindly provide...my order was long time and doesn't tracking update why...my important tomorrow with family prepare going to go village...

I ordered sarees from insta suggestion I got a number she sent me sarees I selected and ordered today it was delivered and totally I got wrong product

I order a product from flipkart and ekart logistics was showing out for delivery since morning. Delivery agent contact no was provided but the ph no was always showing busy. First attempt was cancel from courier without any contact attempts. Later in day after complaining to flipkart it was showing another attempt will be made but delivery agent said he doesn’t have my parcel so product will be delivered next day. How pathetic and irresponsible service is being provided! Delivery agents are pathetic in conversation.

I have been ordering clothes from Myntra and other online sites since a long time but recently I have been facing a difficulty with this particular delivery boy from EKart logistics who is absolutely disrespectful and I'll mannered. As a student am not available 24/7 in my home. We opt for online services as we are too busy to go out and shop. But this delivery boy calls me multiple time and forces me to receive the order according to his choice. He keeps banging the gate even if there's nobody at home. Today I was at home and as I was in the bathroom I wasn't able to pick up his call. This guy from EKart literally shouted at me infront of my house, harassing me and my mom using a rude tone and misbehaving like anything. We feel so unsafe now a days for such activities of these goons. Strict action must he taken against such person so nobody else faces such problems. They are literally threatening us. We are not opting for such services.Not just us he is disturbing us but other tenants here too to ring the bell even if the house is locked.. calling me multiple times even if am not at home . Please look into the matter as such behaviour shouldn't be entertained by law. We are trusting EKart logistics and they are sending such goons to deliver the order.?? Shame.!!!

Hello i m seller on Snapdeal ..in past years several orders are getting cancle bcs of this courier i call the courier guys several time they give silly excuses till now they don't bother to help ..bcs of that i have bear huge commission on my seller pannel

Not at all trust full with the eKart delivery. Very very very BAD delivery executive who are not professional and responds to customers very rudely.

Delevery person cancel my pick up without any reason no call no enquiry without any reason he will cancel my pick up
