          Ekart maintaining very bad delivery executives who are irresponsible and very rude in responding to customers. I faced the same today. If they want to deliver the item. They will. Else they will say all the bull shut stories.

              I was ordered a inner from the website and i was delivered with nothing than just two pieces of cardboard. I was trying connect for refund i was not able connect with them. They are using Flipkart and tracking link and online transfer. If we reached they say that they cannot help us

                  My tracking ID is WSPP[protected] .My mobile number is correct for the order.
                  Today my shipment is out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

                  My shipment is from pickrr (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

                  You do not have any customer support also to get it solved.

                        He did too much fraud in this location. He cut the package and put duplicate product on this when customers complaint about this on Myntra/Flipkart it was picked up without checking. Then he learn this all the villagers after that he charged 50% of the product price to all, when we returned. Approximately he earned 5-6 lakhs in 6 month in this process.please check him and take action.

                                        But they was packed with Used damage and dirty items delivered. Iam open before delivery boy and asked this item was damaged so I demand for refund my amount.
