since april2015 Several complaint has been lodged, each time the technician attended, changed a parts or other but all in vain. I purchased 3 of your acs from Vijay Sales on 5th May 2015 at Ahmedabad. model S18P33WC. I had to make so many calls to get the fitting done. After this the ACs were making noise, so I had to ask for a technician to come again. Technician/Engineer are unable to trouble shoot, they only know how to fool the customers. My AC is not dispense cool air through indoor unit duct. Normaly it should be between 8 - 12 degree Celsius.
