Hello Sir/Madam,
We have bought an Electrolux REF ECP-295SI-FFK refrigerator from Bhagwati
Enterprises Scf-643, 1st Floor, Kesho Ram Complex Sector 45c(Burail), Chandigarh
on 11-Dec-2013.
From the day we have bought this refrigerator it is not functioning properly, it is not giving
proper cooling. We have filed lots of complaints to Electrolux customer care and
they have send technician but they were not able to solve the problem. I want
that faulty refrigerator should be replaced ASAP.
We have talked to following Electrolux personals:
Mr. Lalit Juneja (Dy. Manager-Marketing)-[protected],
Mr. Raman (Service Manager) -[protected]
Mr. Deepak –(Raman’s Boss) -[protected]
They all say they will get it replace soon but it’s been
more that 7months and no action has been taken yet. They are giving excuses that
your request is in process.
I am completely dissatisfied from the Electrolux, this is
first time I have bought any product from this company but my experience has been terrible
from the day we have bought it we have been harassed by the Electrolux professionals.
Attached is the copy of the bill for reference.
Please take some action ASAP.
