Hi, I have registered the complaint on 18th may 2014. The complaint number is EBLR[protected]. (I have written here conversation between me and your service person) The service person(Mohan) called me on Monday and he told "sir I am in your place, i will be in your house with in 5 mins". I have requested him that "right now i am in office, it will take one hour to reach my house. Kindly handle some other complaint, i will be their with in one hour". He rejected my words and he said, "i have to do lot of work, please come with in 5 to 10 mins otherwise i am available after one week (Saturday). I said this time little bit strongly "give me some brithing time, i am sitting here 23 KM away from my house. With this traffic i cannot reach my home with in 10 mins, please use some commonsense". And he replayed me that "Our service will be like this only, if you need solution just wait. If you are not interested with our service you can sell your washing machine"...this is the reply i got from your service person. Problem not yet solved, kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. Otherwise I now what to do...

    I lodged a complaint regarding non functioning of my washing machine spin tub on 7th May 2014 with complaint no. EKOL[protected] but still the same is not resolved and unnecessary the customer care harassing me they confirmed me that the next day service engineer will go to your home and repair your washing machine. Later someone called me next day and said that we will send service engineer today.Its disgusting response constantly chasing the customer service they still are unable to solve the issue. It is pathetic response. Looking forward for some help Call on [protected] to know in detail

      sir/madam, myself bipin tanna purchased ultima super model from sony mony electronics borivali west, mumbai on 13/10/2013 there was problem in the machine so i had lodged the cmplaint. the technician sended by you was not aware of the problem twice thrice they sended the same person and once they taken machine to the service station there also it couldnt solve couple of days back one senior technician also came but he also cant solve the problem. the manager shiv kumar talked with me and said now nothing can be happen. i am warning you this time if the complain is not solved within 24 hours i will lodged negligence of service case under consumer protection act, 2008 and then company and their higher officers will be liable for that. the complaint numbers are as follows emum[protected] emum[protected] you can contact me at [protected]

          I observed proper cooling was not happening in my refregirator, immediately I intimated the electrolux customer care regarding the same complain no ETNA[protected] (on 25-APR-2014 Friday). The service provider came on Saturday 8:00 PM and told me there is some problem with the coolant and need to flush the Gas and refil the same.
          This was mutually agreed and on Thursday (01-MAY-2014) the gas was refilled and informed that the problem will be resolved . For this he has taken 450/- (Service Charge) and 1500 (Gas Refill)

          The same Problem was observed on Sunday (04-May-2014) i.e again the colling problem. Monday morning again I complained vide complain no ETNA[protected] and the service provider came today afternoon.
          Now he is saying that there is no gas. This is quite ridiculous.

          Till now I am following up to get this resolved but there is no response.

            Elecrolux ACs are so poor quality ACs company give service but every month you have to lodge a complaint because their product cannot run more than a month. Their service centers are totally fraud. Never ever buy electrolux products. Service center at faridabad cheated us they return our product after season goes off and when season starts the product does not works and the warrantee expires and they reply .ab to warrantee khatam ho gayi hai

              I have an Electrolux Split AC(Model SB33CDE1-CR /2011) which is not working. Service man from Electrolux checked and found that compressor is malfunctioning. He said compressor need to arrive from Electrolux to fix the problem. One month passing since I registered a complaint. There is no update from Electrolux.                 Sir, I have purchased ELECTROLUX F/A Washing Machine 6.5 kg Model - ET65LPSG-SILKEY GREY WM from Ideal Home appliances with invoice number 1-005220 on[protected] at 11.35 am. Among this six months of its purchase, four times I have faced problems with this washing machine and informed to the service centre and they rectified it. On April second week, while washing my two month old grant daughters cloths E3 error is displayed and informed to the service people. 09-04-14 they attended the complaint and informed us it has to reach the service centre and they will send a vehicle for it. After two days with the help of my own vehicle I given the WM for its maintenance in to the service centre and it is 25 KM away from my residents. They informed me it will rectify within two days. Please note I have complained about this problem of first week of April, Now it is the fourth week. Within this six months I have faced problems like this, so I am not likes to recollect it from the service center. Thank you.                   This is Arjun, had buy a brand new split AC of kalvinator in may 2012 in the begging of first month i face the compressor gas problem i had file a complaint against that, which was resolve in 7 days.. And i had also file complaint against cooling problem, but no revert has been made by company side.. Again in 2013 may Ac compressor was failed, after complaint i face lot of problems for changing it. with lots o[censored]nnecessary efforts from my side. and then also my cooling issue was not resolved. But this year on 25/03/2014 i had once again face problem of compressor failure 2nd time in 2 year, i had file a complaint i got complaint no .which IS AGR[protected], i had called Sobi Engineer of kavlinator AC, Mr. Promod Jain From firozabad (Dont know designation) until they are giving me dates.. and no response for making my things good I had to suffer a lot for this in this cehling summer, ac is fixed in my office i had to suffer a lot on my business as i am not able to work after 1 pm of this hot summer..                       I purchased one Electrolux washing machine( Model no. EWS622KCGO) and since purchase it was found to be a defective one. Oflate I made a complaint to their toll free number on 19th March 2014 for a problem of water leakage from the wash tub. I can not use the machine properly. It is not under warranty. After 3-4 follow up calls one technician visited my house and told me that one part is required to rectify the same and he will come on the next day/ day after and asked for servicing charge to be paid to him. My husband told him that since he had failed to rectify the same in spite of proper complaint he does not deserve to get the service charge as no service was given. He left the machine in a dismantled condition, i.e., back cover open. Last complain number was 0062. After that in spite several phone calls no body has attended the machine and it remain as it is.                         I purchased Electrolux washing machine through Shubham Electronic Shoppe, Bangalore on 14/11/2012. The problem started after 6 months. The technisian has visited my hourse atlease 10 times without any resolution. The washing machines make loud noise which is not resolved even after 10 visits of the technician. I have called up the customer service care number and taken the ASM for Bangalore. I believe his name is Pasha. He told me that he will give me a call back with in an hour and I am waiting like a fool for his call for past 2 days.



                        The Electrolux customer care people do not have no ethics to even repair the product which is under warrenty. If you would like to buy maching machine..please do not buy Electrolux as they will not listen to you or repair it. Please feel free to contact me for any clarification +91-[protected].

                          I have raised a complaint through the call center number [protected] and they have acknowledged it through confirmation number EBLR190214xxxx. Few days later their local service partner(GX Systems & Services, Wilson Garden Bangalore) person called and affirmed to send their "engineer". The "engineer" promptly visited our house and took away a part of the faulty door. after few weeks of follow up he returned with an incorrect part and fixed it took away Rs. 1249/- towards the part and service charges from my Mother. She didn't check the washing machine is working or not. Later when we checked the it w as still not working. I called again to Electrolux, they continued with their routine. Another 'engineer" appeared from GX System, he discovered the internal part of the door lock is not fixed. He took away that part and that is it. After several weeks of follow up, the service people came and dropped back the faulty part saying they have not stock the spare parts, when it comes service engineer will come and fix it. Two months over we are still waiting? I say Never buy a Electrolux product! But who knows who can give you better service?

                          I purchased Electrolux microwave thinking that it is a good brand... Anyway, it stopped heating .. I raised the complaint about 5 months back... but neither Electrolux nor Tek Care people are not ready to do the repair.

                          They are giving random excuses & abuses... which I have recording of.

                          The product is in warranty, so it is the duty of Electrolux to do the repair. Now please tell who will do the repair work?

                          In past 5 months, I have talked to 10 people, Written 20 emails, called the customer care to raise the issue more than 50 times, but there has not been any positive response so far.
                          (Called many times on[protected] & sent emails on electrolux.[protected]@pemail.in )

                          I have spoken to their following staff - Ashish Kumar, Rahul Gautam, Pradeep Sharma, Sudhir Kumar, Guddu Kumar, Azhar, Sandeep Kumar & few more... probably none of them wants to work for resolution.

                          Somebody please help. Else I would have to take inspiration from the following -

                            To whom so ever its concern,

                            I Roshni Sharma, daughter of Prakash Sharma writing you on behalf of my dad.
                            We purchased electrolux washing machine Serena Elite in August 2013 and seems its a very wrong decision. First time there was a coin in the machine and the machine got stuck. The service man came and charged Rs 400 for the same. Understand, we did not check it and this caused such an issue and it was in written in the manual- but a stupid question over here- first time we have seen coin going inside the machine and getting stuck inside, don't know from where.. We have been using IFB model before this for past 20 years without a single issues since ages. And things changed since we got into this company.
                            Now here comes the next and most irated situation within a year of the purchase. It got stuck last week in last 15 mins with a big sound and water started flowing from the bottom of the machine. We called up the service people, he comes and opens the machine and says the inner drum has been torn up.

                            He shows us the same and says does not knows the reason for the same coz yet now we do not see any coin from our end. He has also taken the photo of the same. Now its been raised to some senior people (Mr Pramod Dudhane / contact no [protected]) and that person says it may be due to some inner part of machine like screw or so which may be loose have hit and cut the drum. He also said it might be due to some coin or so, and if thats the case no one has proved it to us yet. This is the first time we have seen such thing happening ever. He says its not the warranty stuff and will be charged upto Rs 1800 for the change. There were no heavy clothes in the machine while wash. It was just some casual daily stuff and towels. Also, when service people come in, they handle machine in a weird manner. They have to put it upside down, so when next time if any third thing brokes in- it can be due to this man's misuse coz they cannot bring big service machines handy at somebody's house. So we are not in situation to ask your people to come at home, handle the machine as they want and make us throw in one more future loss. If somebody asks me, I will go for replacement rather than repairing all time.

                            And the last and the permanent issue whenever we on your so called machine is we wash clothes and when we remove them all the buttons are broken and in the machine. My mom has been stiching same buttons on pants and jeans and shirts again and again for the past more than six months. This has never been an issue in our previous machine.

                              sir/mam i have bought a washing machine of electorlux on 14/04/2013 from vijay sales, after buying it i m facing many problems in this machine, first buzzer problem i have call company service center they send technician he tells that u put off buzzer, machine works properly, we did it but same problem arise, again we call service center that we have sound problem in the machine, again technical person came he said he will change the wiring problem get ok..again same problem arise, now machine starts giving current we again call the technician he said u dont water in machine, please see how he is talking foolishly, i nine months of buying i have call service station around 6 to 7 times, sir i think this piece is faulty so i want to change my piece but they are not giving proper answer..please sir help me in this matter

                                I had lodged a complaint on 22nd Jan 2014 with complaint no. EPNA[protected] but still the same is not resolved and unnecessary the customer desk on[protected] is unnecessary harassing me. On lodging the complaint on 22nd Jan 2014, person named Mr. Pandey had come and look over the refrigerator and said that the compressor is in warranty(as I have the bill and the warranty is for 5 years - bought on 9/6/2009). He took the service charge of Rs. 300/- and confirmed that the next day he will come and get the same replaced. Apart from the compressor (which is under warranty) he confirmed that Rs. 2000/- will be charge for air and tray. He confirmed that he will come next day for the work. Later he called next day and said that the compressor charges of Rs. 5000/- approx needs to be paid since no serial no. is seen on compressor. Its disgusting response. Whenever any customer goes to buy a refrigerator he looks at the overall product and not check whether compressor has serial no. or not? Constantly chasing the customer service they still are unable to solve the issue. Mr. Daniel (seems to be senior of them) dont even have courtesy to call back even after confirming about the urgency.                                   Dear Sir, I brought Electrolux freeze in 2009 by Electrolux authorized dealer with guaranty of 5 Years. After 2years its compressor stopped working so it’s not freezing ice. So we contact Electrolux service center and they repaired that with charges. Now again its compressor not working properly and I have compliant about this by ref. no. EJAL[protected] on Electrolux and they are asking for paying charge for repair that again.                                     hi i am ashutosh bhardwaj i bought 1 electrolux microwave 20 g mech from star cj alive about 40 days back. but i have not received receipe book of that product which was free with that product as shown on t.v.i have complained many times to star cj alive regarding this but they are not serious for that i have talked to electrolux customer care they are charging 550rs for that receipe book kindly take some seroius action or i am going to take some serious action. my mobile no is [protected].
